Everything ! Every one was so friendly and helpful we love it n we will definitely b back. This was our second time here in the last 3mths… we would have booked again when we come back in march but unfortunately ur all sold out for that period we r heading over…😪😭 but we love it there!

A micro wave is always a bonus as we can’t eat left overs but besides that honestly I have no other recommendations (which isn’t even that a major issue it’s just convenient )

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and serviced well and the pool was just what we needed to cool down.

The bed for me was a bit hard and the pillow was flat. Could have done with another pillow.

Breakfast options were limited dietary wise. Would have loved to see bit more variety of fruit /yoghurt , pancakes besides that everything was great. Have just rebooked to stay here again in 3mths

It’s a decent price for what you get. Didn’t eat breakfast or any meal at hotel.

Shampoo could be provided. Issue with phone trying to call downstairs. The bathrooms definitely need to be cleaner Internet disconnected whilst I was still on the property.

Noisy guests talking and partying late. Location wasn’t good. In room the A/c was so noisy and not at same noise level so impossible to sleep. Food at restaurant average.

The room was smelly and dirty. We booked the pool access room 101. It was spacious but room wasn't clean enough when we checking in. Alot of lizzard poop on the corner of the floor. Bathroom was dirty and cleaned properly. Alot of dirty spots/stain on the wall and forced myself to clean it cos it's disgusting sorry. There was rat noise in our room running around on ceiling. It was in space between the air-conditioning, it was horror for me.

Clean, large rooms. Especially liked the fact that reusable water pitchers were used instead of disposable water bottles. Good value for money in the Legian district. The pool looked nice though we didn't have time to use it.

It was a really lovely little boutique hotel. Very clean and nice pool. Lots of places to eat close buy. Can thoroughly recommend it.

There were ants all throughout the room constantly. The airconditioing was leaking water constantly and my daughter slipped and hurt her back. The location was terrible, nothing around and far from everything

The water heat up pretty quick. Got a room right in front of the elevator. AC unit is working perfectly, so do the TV. although TV's remote battery cover is keep falling off.

The water is a kinda slimy. Or was it the soap? Doesn't matter how much i washed, my body felt slimy until i wipe it dry with the towel. There's a door to the veranda, but the door is locked. Took a peek from the window, it was so dirty.

The kids loved the pool. The staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant was great. We loved the area around the hotel - lot of places to hang around, eateries, souvenir shops, beer shops, food court. Great location. Close to Kuta beach too.

Simplicity concept of room, air-conditioning is cold enough, various choices of breakfast. Room is spacious.

Bathroom had one kind of unpleasant smell, would be good if the cleaner spray antibacterial or air freshener. Water in the bottle is not mineral water. Dare not drink.

The pillows were really firm unfortunately wasn’t given two different types of pillows - soft and firm (only firm)

The location is excellent. Food stalls are nearby and plenty. The size of the room 426 is amazing. Worth the price.

We stayed for 2 days but felt that that's too long. The area is a very small town / village. Not much to do. Service at kebun wayan is good.

The friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good pool and not expensive.

The room spacious and comfortable for 2 adults 1 kid. Have lift and the breakfast buffet also nice. The staff very friendly and easy to deal for any arrangements.

The location is far from beach but near to food stalls.

This hotel is a very budget friendly hotel but you get what you pay for. I upgraded to a ground room that opened up onto the pool.

I was very disappointed when getting into my first room, the air-conditioning was not working. Once in my new room, I noticed straight away it was filthy. Floors were dirty and covered in hair. Long black hairs in my bed that was made, leading me to believe the linnin had not been changed just that the beds had been made. The staff were very accommodating and did come and clean the room and put fresh linin on the bed. I think even if you're staying at a budget hotel at the very least, they can still clean and keep things clean. Towels are all very old and linen with holes in them. The pillows are awful, so I went to ikea to buy one. Buffet breakfast is dodgy, so gojek is the way to go. Photo after rooms cleaned with my store bought pillow

Everything the room was tired and outdated the bed was hard, only one chair in the room only jasmine tea no normal tea bags

The rooms are tired and outdated. We upgraded and still the room was a box. The fridge was not working properly even after they came to fix it. One chair in the room we couldn’t even sit on the balcony together. We requested 2 extra pillows they couldn’t supply them as they said they didn’t have them. They only had jasmine tea couldn’t get anything else. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Overall very very disappointing

Didn't get Fresh towels every morning. under the bed was really dusty and bed sheets bit worn out.The water bottles didn't get filled up every morning only the first night checked in and the sugar was not replaced.

Location Central.

Cleanliness of rooms. In particular the beds. Linen was dirty. I got bed bugs. Will not stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay at Bloo Bali. It was my first time staying here and I was delighted with the service. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff were also helpful in providing me with information and recommendations for activities I can do with my family in Bali. Shoutout to Ketut who was very helpful in arranging a last minute airport transfer. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed before around the area. The pool was also really nice and clean for my morning swim.

Unfortunately this hotel was not what we expected, we did not expect 5 star just a clean comfortable room to stay it was far from that! Our room had the worst smoke smell, yes you did change us into another room which had dirty sheets n blanket not to mention the used towel still hanging in the bathroom! We lost out on 2 rooms for 3 nights and we were not refunded any, very disappointing considering the state of the rooms.

Bathroom is very slippery, please warn people fall easily Checkout time at other hotels in Bali usually at 12.00pm, at your BloO hotel is at 11.00 am This is the 4th time we stayed at this hotel, 3 times when the hotel name was "The Sunset" When we stayed at "The Sunset", there was a lot of mosquitoes, this time it is much better as the doors are tight

Bathroom floor is very slippery !! Check out time is too early, the check out time of all hotels we have stayed inn Bali usually 12.00pm or 1.00pm

The property is beautiful and nice. Near to Kuta beach by walking abt 20mins since the traffic there is really bad

Room is not really clean and the toilet has unpleasent smell. The time I checked in the water is very bad and dirty. My son has eczema and it effected him during the stay.

The nightclub next door that thumps until 3am. Really ruined the nights.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Bloo Bali Hotel, but unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. The pictures we saw online were misleading, particularly regarding the room’s lighting and space. We booked a room for four people, but it was cramped with no closet or storage space. The mirrors in the room were warped, making it difficult to use them. To make matters worse, the air vents were leaking ash or dust, which was unsettling. Housekeeping was another major issue. During our stay, the rooms were not properly cleaned. Housekeeping simply made the beds with the same sheets for our entire stay, and on some days, they didn’t even show up. Towels weren’t replaced, and the old ones were left hanging. They didn’t wipe down tables or take out the trash unless it was literally on the floor and in the way. The noise was unbearable, with a loud live band playing rock music until 3 AM most nights right across the street. The hotel wasn’t upfront about this or other issues, like the single room key policy and potential extra charges for lost keys or stained sheets. While the room was fair— meaning no bugs and had hot running water, it didn’t match our expectations. The complimentary iced tea and WiFi were nice, but not enough to make up for the overall experience. On a brighter note, we did enjoy the location being fairly close to amazing food and Seminyak Beach. The front desk was also very nice, however, this stay wasn’t ideal for what was advertised.

The hotel offered excellent value for money, the room was good, the Aircon worked properly and the shower was hot. The swimming pool was great. Downside things were, the shower floor was very slippy when wet and the noise of the music from the restaurant next door could be heard at night.

The bath water feels like oily. The drinking water is not a mineral water. The bed sheet colour is not white but broken white so seems like it’s not clean. The bathroom is also not that clean

We enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel. An experience of indonesian food served delighted us and just matches the price. The staff were good and all approachable.

The staff needs to be more attentive to their customers dining in. Most of the time we are getting our own spoon and fork and cups whenever we eat at lunch or dinner, but not a big deal coz we feel comfortable goin around the restaurant.

Great location - had so many restaurants, bars and little marts within walking distance, staff were really lovely and accommodating. Check in was really easy and daily housekeeping option (if you wanted to) was very good and fast service, there is also an laundry service behind the hotel so everything was super close, minimal noise at night and overall super great place to stay

Went to have dinner downstairs in the restaurant but it was empty and had to wait a long time for someone to take my order then decided to do room service so it took a little bit longer than expected

Beautiful hotel with big room. We stayed here twice while traveling in Bali and we really loved this hotel.

Staff and locations were good. Value for money.

Bed sheets and overall cleanliness of the room could be a little better. Since the corridors were non aircon, some other guest were smoking along the corridor, and their room balcony.
