Great location to the city and airport, friendly staff and a tapas restaurant which was good.

Maybe it was just my room (183) but there was a timed aircon that hummed. Once asleep it became white noise

We reached the hotel around 1:30AM. We were being handled by SIDI. We got the voucher confirmation already from the traveloka. But from the hotel side they did not receive the email yet from Traveloka, which was not our fault / problem. Fact the email have been sent to different email address that the hotel have. SIDI did not show any positive ownership or positive gesture which should be given to us as an alternatives such as : put some deposite, keep the guest's CC as guarantee, etc. The point was SIDI let us waited in the lobby for almost an hour We are just curious, why this such 3 stars hotel doesnt have any Night Mgr, Duty Mgr or Any Leader who can take decision. At the end, SIDI said he got the booking confirmation through Extra Net. But being part of hospitality, should be flexible. Yes, there are SOS, SOP which is need to be followed, but still need to put the GENUINE part, by seing things case by case. After SIDI gave us the room's key, he did not even do sincere apology, or greeted us with "have a nice staying with us, good night". SIDI needs to have more training to know more about the difference between "SERVICE & HOSPITALITY" WE NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE BY SEEING THE ISSUES , SINCE WE ARE DEALING WITH HUMAN BEING BE MORE GENUINE / SINCERE TO THE GUESTS. #FIRST & LAST EXPERIENCE , NEVER COME BACK# BETTER PAY MORE BUT NO STRESS#

I stayed at Grand Livio, Kuta Bali from November 7th to November 9th 2025. There was a small issue with the bolster pillow. I actually found it unique because the hotel provides bolsters, but unfortunately the one I received had an unpleasant smell, so I reported it. The team handled the situation very well. The bolster was replaced with a new one, and I would like to give special thanks to the Manager on Duty (Veronica or Patricia, I’m sorry I can’t recall the exact name) for her quick response and professionalism. Thank you so much to her. She also kindly complimented me with a pizza, which I truly appreciated. I also ordered a pineapple juice, and honestly, it was the best pineapple juice I’ve ever had sweet, fresh, and very refreshing. Thank you for the warm service and overall pleasant experience.

Breakfast average. Plus the area Kuta is a security risk because of chain snatching Thieves.

We stayed at Grand Livio Hotel in Bali in August and it was a great choice. The location was perfect for us – close to many famous attractions, easy access to Nusa Penida trips, and convenient to explore around. The room was very comfortable, the beds were super cozy, and we had good sleep every night. Breakfast was also very good with nice choices and tasty food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they always smiled and supported us whenever we needed something. Overall, great value and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

DELUXE HOTEL WITH TAPAS RESTAURANT.. Most Indians stay here. Compliment breakfast. Take care of BEEF . Chineese food.

Seems like they didn't wash the bed linens. Bathroom has water leaks. Room has no ventilation, found some mouldy spots.

Our tour operator in Bali uses this hotel. We left one night earlier than planned, we wanted better service and location. This semi fawlty tower was not for us. Hotel is not old, but very visible signs of wear and tear. Our room had scaling paint on the walls, holes in curtains, very visible signs of damage to wooden panels, rusted mirrors and toilet holder for paper. The wc porcelain was loose. Fan in bathroom was broken, very humid air after showering. Bedsheets was clean. Tv was working but «snow» in all channels. WiFi was spotty working. Not stable. We lost all water in our room in «rush» hours for showers every day. 3n. One of the elevators had a malfunctioning sensor for locking the doors. Doors needed to close several times before it could move up or down. Pool is tiny, not a place to relax or enjoy. Very hard to get pool towels. Breakfast was all Asian style, not very tempting and visually appealing. They had some dry toast, something that looked like jam and corn flakes. Location is in the middle of Kuta, 2.2km to beach. If you want a one night stay, just a place for sleeping while touring daytime or just a budget option, this is the one for you! For anyone looking for relaxing and comfortable stay, don’t bother going to this hotel.

This hotel is very comfortable, with warm greetings from the staff. I love the taste of the food, and it's priceless.

In my room, there is no toothbrush or toothpaste set up, and the soap and shampoo dispensers are not working properly, but it's fine.

Location was excellent. There's a lot of restaurants nearby.

Limited number of electrical plugs inside the room.

I've been staying here twice and my stays are always enjoyable here. I love the family room best because it is so comfortable to stay in with a bath tub inside. The rooms are spacious, cool and clean. The location is strategic which are near to go here and there around Kuta and so many food corners around the hotel. It also provides a mini playground for kids to play.

I had a two night stay and didn’t sleep due to the bar right next door playing extremely loud head banging music until 3am!!!! The rooms were moldy with ants all over the bathroom sink. It was gross. The staff were nice as all Balinese people are. It’s not their fault. It was a major long confusing walk to the beach so we took rides each time but wanted to walk

Its A place you can sleep when staying in Kuta, but you should occupie your days. Cheap compared to many other Hotels.

Not clean at all, when we arrived there was blood and brown dirt on our bedsheet, there was A used q tips on The floor, lots of hair and dust, very bad. We got dirty bedsheets plenty of times through our stay… Our Bathroom smell like mould many times, and when we told the straff They just used A spray to cover it. Bad air condition in The room. Buliding is old, smell like mould, but They use A spray to cover it. Quite busy area, much traficc on The road with The Hotel, a little far from The beach. That would be ok if The pool was alright, but there Are no sun there at all. The day we checked out we asked if there was A shower room we could use before The flight, they said yes. Turned out it was The open shower to The pool outside. No shower with covers around. Wifi is non existing… tried to Work from The room but wasnt possible. Had to buy an e sim to be able to use my phone in The room.. also when i made ready my outfit in The bag before checkout, it was in The reception A couple of hours, my thsirt smelled like mould… It was raining one day, our bag which was placed next to The window (Windows thats not possible to Open), was soaking. Which means The Windows Are not sealed. Wet bikinis took many days to dry.

I got a room on the ground floor, and in the corner. I was happy with the hotel's amenities, which were quite complete at a very reasonable price. The location is quite good in the middle of Dewi Sri, easy access to find food and transport such as grab/gojek/taxi. The staff is quite friendly during check in.

However, my suggestion for improvement: the toilet when flushing the water smells. My room also smells damp, as if it is rarely used or the air circulation is not favourable.

For me as smoker this hotel so troublesome. Room you can not leave your coffe ants will enjoy the party .. Tv is great , We got 2 tv but only 1 remote what a joke .
