Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Für uns war die Lage super, wir konnten das Gepäck schon am Morgen im Hotel abgeben und hatten somit den ganzen Tag für eine Wanderung zur Verfügung. Auch am Abreisetag wurde uns die Möglichkeit angeboten wieder das Gepäck bis zu unserer Abreise zu deponieren.

Der Frühstückssaal ist nicht schön, da sind wir im 4 Sterne Hotel besseres gewohnt! Der Kellner war sehr unfreundlich, da wir etwas spät gekommen sind, er war schon am wegräumen, er war sehr gestresst!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hotel je krásný, čistý a má fantastickou polohu, snídaně byly dobré. Zaměstnanci hotelu byli velmi milí.
Osprchovat se horkou vodou bylo možné pouze ráno. Když jsme se sprchovali večer, okolo 21h, tak tekla teplá voda a okolo 22h ani ne teplá, ale vlažná. U snídaně jsem chvíli přemýšlela nad tím, jestli má hotel dost zaměstnanců, protože ve špičce lítali po restauraci a vypadali trochu uštvaně, nicméně všechno zvládali. Snídaně by mohla být za tu cenu pestřejší.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026家族4人で2部屋利用しました。1部屋はベーシックタイプ、もう1部屋はスイートタイプです。 駅から近く立地が良く、ホテル自体も綺麗だった点は良かったです。 ただ、設備面で残念な点がありました。 ベーシックタイプの部屋はテレビがつかず、スイートタイプの部屋もテレビがつかない、スタンド照明がつかない、お風呂のお湯を排水できないという不具合がありました。そのため、楽しみにしていたお風呂にも入ることができませんでした。 翌日、修理をお願いしたところ、テレビとスタンド照明は修理されていましたが、お風呂については排水の修理もされておらず、浴槽の清掃もされていない状態でした。 せっかくの旅行で、スイートルームに高い料金を支払って利用しているだけに、この対応にはとても残念な気持ちになりました。 設備の不具合があること自体は仕方がない場合もありますが、修理を依頼した後の確認や清掃まで含めて、従業員の方への指導を徹底していただきたいです。 立地やホテルの綺麗さは良かっただけに、今後は宿泊料金に見合ったサービスと、より丁寧な対応を期待します。

Few basic cutlery like spoons to help stir in the sugar into the morning coffee would be useful.

Matelas sur comme de la pierre, oreiller mou comme du sable fin, restaurant Carbon franchement moyen. Équipe de nettoyage envahissante dès le matin. Clients qui écoutent leur smartphone en haut-parleur au breakfast (c'est pas parce qu'on se paye Zermatt qu'on est éduqué 😅). Prestation médiocre pour le prix. Nous choisirons un autre hôtel pour notre prochain séjour.

Spülkasten am WC defekt. Balkontüre klemmt. Personal kann nur Englisch aber das ist dort vielleicht normal.

The bedroom doors tended to slam but that was more an issue with other inconsiderate hotel guests early in the morning, otherwise the hotel was great

Les armoires cassées inutilisables dans la chambre car il manquait des gonds. Malgré notre signalement à la réception rien n'a été fait alors que la réceptionniste nous a m'avait affirmer envoyer quelqu'un immédiatement. Une liseuse ne fonctionnait pas et un joint de fenêtre dans la chambre complètement décollé. Des taches de calcaire sur la robinetterie de la salle de bain. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

The breakfast spread was very average. There could’ve been better options to facilitate diverse tourists coming to stay.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment idéal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Nous aimerions remercier Maja pour son écoute et attention portée à nos diverses questions. Elle nous a donné pleins de bons conseils et recommandations. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Le lit de très bonne qualité. Nous avons loué les chambres qui donnent sur Cervin et nous ne l'avons pas regretté car il était bien visible au réveil. L'espace piscine et spa est adapté. On avait de la chance car au moment où nous sommes allés il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde.
Dommage que pour le matin les machines expresso ne sont accompagnées que par une capsule choisie au hasard. Nous avions dans notre chambre droit à un café déca. À part cela tout était parfait.

Beautiful buildings with amazing views we had a family suite with mountain view and balcony couldn't have asked for a better set up. Lovely big bathroom operate bedrooms and lounge. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the railway station, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Since we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us by upgrading us to one of their best rooms, which made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The hotel also has great amenities, including a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money, and we absolutely loved our stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Ambassador to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The location across from the train station was very convenient and it was very quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and sauna were great as well. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Just steps from the departure station for Gornergrat. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is close to the main strip - everything is close. We loved it and would definitely return!
