Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich gut, aber relativ klein und es gibt gewisse Gebrauchtspuren z.B. an den Türen und Schränken.

A special thanks to Joseph and entire resort team, who was incredibly helpful and recommended some must-visit places in Zermatt that made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026It was fabulous 2 Nights stay in Zermatt. Love the place and the staffs. Location was great, we can walk from the train station, not too far. Also, the hotel has free-shuttle service. We have a minor problem with the curtain but the staff was quickly response and fix the issue. Breakfast was excellent too.
I didn't like that I forgot to bring my swimsuit. The hotel has lovely pools.

У отеля есть скидка в прокатном салоне. За инвентарь не нужно оставлять залог, что тоже очень удобно. Шикарные завтраки. У отеля великолепная зона СПА!
Не понравился ужин. Еда просто не вкусная. Может быть не повезло. Но оба блюда были пресными. Очень странная уборка. Закончившийся лосьон просто не приносили. В целом это не проблема, но как-то странно. На балконе всегда была лужа из тающего снега. Тоже не критично, но в тапочках на балкон не выйдешь.

A few issues with room. Light stopped working in bathroom and the telephone also. Once we reported the light, it was fixed quickly.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026The Marie's Deli Zermatt restaurant where we ate twice. The breakfast choice and quality of food was also excellent. The hotel is very conveniently situated. Our room had a nice view.
Tea and coffee making equipment in our room was not placed close to a plug. I had to carry the kettle into our bathroom to use it. The coffee making machine was too big to move. The bathroom shower was not immediately easy to use and the folding shower door was initially stuck and took me 10 minutes to open it. Also the water flow out of the bath was very slow - perhaps partially blocked. I did point these things out to hotel staff when we departed.

Badezimmer; keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, die Badewanne musste dafür verwendet werden! Elektro- und IT-Installationen; z.T. kein oder dann zu Unzeiten kam Licht (wie eine Alarmstelle - EIN dann wieder AUS! Diese Installationen waren/sind total falsch programmiert oder installiert. Man musste annehmen, dass diese Sachen nicht zu Ende gedacht und erledigt worden sind.

The room was far too hot. Made it uncomfortable to sleep during the night. Would’ve liked to have fresh milk in the fridge. But none of this stopped us loving our stay.

Die Rezeptionist*innen waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wird durften unser Gepäck einstellen lassen damit wir am Abreisetag noch Snowboarden konnten. Nah am Bahnhof und bei der Rothornbahn. Kommen gerne wieder!

O restaurante! Tinha um italiano servindo mal humorado que toda hora vinha conferir se tínhamos terminado de comer. Muito desagradável. Eu ainda havia perguntado se teria tempo para fazer a refeição. Parece que ela foi literalmente esquentada no microondas. Horrível! Não recomendo! O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor também, poucas opções.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Ich reiste mit meiner Mutter und Onkel. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Über das Hotelzimmer bis zum Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zermatterkern. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Wellness Bereich haben wir nicht benutzt da es draussen schon sehr warm war. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal.

comme il faisait chaud, insectes volants et mouches s'invitaient dans la chambre dès que la lumière s'allumait. L'hôtel n'avait / ne fournissait pas ces petits appareils à mettre dans la prise électrique... j'ai dû en acheter un (env. 15.- fr) et... plus de mouches!
