希望可以明確標示如何走到前門，導航只會走到後門。 入住時的男前檯人員比較冷淡無言， 要自己打果汁和煎鬆餅，但不會操作儀器，所以沒吃到😂， 沒有不滿意，只是希望能更好。

Everything was great. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. They were too flat for our liking.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Ein rundum perfektes Hotel! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist einfach toll, und die Zimmer sind nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich lädt wunderbar zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Ein weiteres absolutes Highlight ist das riesige, fantastische Frühstück Buffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Alles war perfekt!

Die tägliche Zimmerservice/-reinigung erst um 16.00h finde ich problematisch, kehrt man doch oft um diese Zeit von einem Ausflug/Wanderung zurück und möchte dann bitte seine Privatsphäre haben. Antwort auf diesen Hinweis seitens Reception kurz; zuerst die "new arrivals" das sei halt so.........finde ich nicht speziell kundenfreundlich.

Er is geen restaurant, zodat het een beetje ‘doods’ is, er is een bar, personeel stak gezellig kaarsjes aan maar het is dan toch of dat niet van de grond komt. Beetje ongezellig .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Just a very nice proper 4-star hotel. Nice, clean, and warmly-decorated rooms. Good breakfast with wide selection (including pancake maker for kids).
The only downside is that there is no airconditiong, nor a fan, in the room. The temperature in the room may be ok in a place like Zermatt, but you want some circulation. There were no fans available to borrow. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main station, so you're slightly outside the actual town centre, but during the summer this is really not an issue. It of course lowers the price also a bit compared to comparable hotels that are in the very heart (but would you like that?). In winter I may not stay here because I don't want to drag my skis slightly up the road to get to the train.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The room was nice and Big, I loved it, The location it is like 11 min from Train station and middle of Zermat so location is nice one...pool my Daughter spend like the whole afternoon in the pool playing..in general its nice hotel and I would recommend it to friends.
The View our room was the other side with no balcony...and the room service they came to do room cleaning arround 16:00 or 17:00 usually those things done in the morning when guests not in the room...anyway it was ok for us because we stayed only for 2 nights so we didnt need cleaning but for longer period it would have been as issue.

Une personne du personnel pas très sympa L’alarme incendie très tôt le matin par erreur: ça peut arriver mais le personnel n’est pas venu nous avertir de la fausse alerte c’est nous qui avons dû chercher les infos. Aucun dédommagement. Le spa /piscine ne peut être utilisé le jour d’arrivée qu’à près le checking in et le jour du départ que jusqu’au Check out.

Unter meinem Fenster befand sich Klimaanlageventilator : unmöglich zu schlaffen mit offenem Fenster. Ältere Herrschaften hätten bestimmt weniger Probleme mit dem Geräuschspiegel.

ルームキーパー？が来るのが遅すぎる、15時過ぎに部屋に帰っても掃除は出来てなく、諦めて寛いでいたらドンドンとノックされ掃除に来たようです。やる気無いんでしょうから必要な物だけ交換して帰ってもらいました。せっかく疲れて帰って来たのに、残念でした。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La chambre était très bien, au calme et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment bien avec beaucoup de choix. L'établissement dispose d'une piscine, mais nous ne l'avons pas testée. L'hôtel est très bien situé car proche de la gare et du train pour le Gornegrat. Il est un peu excentré par rapport au centre, mais la ville étant petite, ce n'est pas très grave.
Le personnel est serviable mais il pourrait être plus prévenant. Il n'y a pas de service de restauration dans l'hôtel et c'est ennuyeux car il faut sortir pour manger. Il y a beaucoup de choix à 5-10 min à pied, mais si on n'aime pas sortir, cela est embêtant.
