Завтраки были очень хорошие и разнообразные. Все очень понравилось в столовой. Достаточно свободных мест, и персонал быстро убирает посуду.

Мы приехали из Германии первый раз в этот отель, очень понравилось месторасположение, вежливый персонал, чистота в номерах, очень много интересных мест куда можно пойти, хамам и массажи - это вообще супер

Немного не понравилось то что когда мы регистрировали свою поездку то там стояла всё включено и плюс дополнительно 2 часа бесплатных процедур, а по факту оказалось что бесплатные процедуры - это только сауна.Также что за коктейли нужно тоже отдельно платить. Немного также не хватало морепродуктов

I got a food poisoning after eating lunch for the first time when I came there there and many things that I didn’t like that they didn’t say you have to pay for the sunbeds and you have to pay for the towels for the beach and they’re saying like it’s all inclusive but it’s not and I was shocked at the breakfast in the morning I didn’t pay attention. They were asking the room Number and then when I was checking out there was a charge for an orange juice for a 300 lira which is doesn’t make any sense in it since it’s all inclusive although I stay three days and it was the first time that I have breakfast in there they are just dealing with people left and right there is no manners.

Personel nie czyta emali. Dostałem pokój o niższym standardzie niż zamówiłem. Po reklamacji musiałem długo czekać w recepcji na zmianę pokoju. Próbowaną mnie naciągnąć na dodatkową opłatę. Jedzenie smaczne , ale mały wybór potraw.

A one night stay as we passed through Alanya. We were able to park our motorcycles in one of the 4 parking spaces to the side of the hotel and our room (401, a family room) overlooked the bikes. These spaces also seem to be used by the people in the hotel opposite so when it’s busier they may not be available. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was good. There was a good choice at breakfast.

Приехали в отель в районе 15:30 , заселили сразу, оплатили в лирах. В номере есть сейф, электрический чайник, холодильник. Завтрак с 7:30 до 10:30 , ужин с 18:00 до 20:00. Был и обед ( но у нас не входил в стоимость). На улице один бассейн подогреваемый и один не подогреваемый , и в крпусе С был бассейн крытый , который работает с 08:30 до 19:00. Этажом ниже была сауна и хамам бесплатно с 15:00 до 17:00.Отдыхали 8 ночей. В принципе все понравилось, только перед отьездом был неприятный момент, когда попросили деньги за кофе 110 лир.

при отьезде с отеля ,попросили 110 лир, якобы за кофе капучино экспрессо, хотя мы пили кофе как все в ресторане с кофемашины!? Либо это развод, ну тогда надо изначально обьяснять новым постояльцам отеля где платно и где бесплатно! В ресторане был фреш апельсиновый за 130 лир( было написано цена и все, а остальное , официанты предлагают колу , пиво, вино, фреш за отдельную плату. Но за кофе это трэш( тогда бы цену поставили, мы бы туда не подходили. В ресторане две кофемашины, отдыхающие подходили к обоим кофемашинам и брали кофе. Вообщем странно мне показалось , что это развод на деньги! В номере все каналы TV на немецком в основном, русский канал 1 и то не новостной.Отдыхают в основном немцы, официанты всегда подходят к ним и приносят им чашечку кофе. В номере нет халатов и тапочек. В ванной был шампунь и жидкое мыло. Гель для душа, кондиционера не было.

Месторасположение, есть персонал, который говорит немного на русском языке. Бассейн понравился. Питание так себе. В номере чисто. Заселили на 4 часа раньше бесплатно. Правда хотели на 3 часа задержаться, но цена оказалась очень высокая. Хотели докупить ужин, тоже если отдельно, то очень неоправданно дорого. Нужно сразу было через Букинг брать с ужином. А так всё нормально.

Высокая цена, если отдельно от Букинга приобретаешь услугу: ужин и другое.

Хороший отель, с хорошей локацией и с очень дружелюбным персоналом. Отличное, разнообразное питание.

Не помешал бы небольшой косметический ремонт в номерах.

Смена белья через день. Полотенце меняли каждый день. Хорошая и качественная ежедневная уборка. Разнообразие блюд на шведском столе на все приемы пищи. Бассейн с подогревом. Спа в отеле и отличные девочки банщицы и массажистки.

Отель чуть уставший. Ламинат разбухший в номере. Полотенце иногда серые. Шум вентиляции у нас под окнами.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, piękny park przed hotelem, bardzo blisko do sklepów, kolejki linowej i na plażę. Posiłki bardzo dobre. Spory wybor dań, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Brawa dla kucharzy!!! i kelnerów ktorzy zawsze byli pomocni. Hotel sam w sobie ładny, duzo zieleni wokół. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Ogólne wrażenie 5/5. Jeśli miałabym wybierać jeszcze raz hotel to napewno wybrałabym ten sam.

Drinki mogły by być bardzieĵ urozmaicone (większa oferta).

Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind standardmäßig gut ausgestattet, und an der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Für Wellness und Entspannung stehen ein Innenpool sowie ein beheiztes Außenpool zur Verfügung. Die Wassertemperatur lag bei etwa 20 Grad, sodass einige Gäste die Gelegenheit zum Schwimmen genutzt haben. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für alle, die Wert auf gutes Essen, freundlichen Service und eine schöne Lage legen.

Riviera hotel hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşit boldu. Denize sifir olmasi ve plajda kendi barinin olmasi önemli avantaj. Diger misafirlere de öneriyorum, tekrar gelmek isterim.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, gute Essensauswahl, wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen!

During a 3-day stay, I experienced strong, continuous bad odor coming from bathroom drains. I purchased a bottle of vinager and poured in them, but bad odor continued.

That even something as basic as a beach towel was chargeable, maybe it makes sense but i have never faced this issue before.

Location is just amazing! Next to the sea side. Plus, city green area between the hotel and the front of the beach. Quite street. Comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, good room service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is just outstanding! Worth it definitely! Amazing kitchen team! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful indeed.

It would be nice to have sleepers in the rooms, bathrobes upon requests, a note and a pen in rooms. A triple room looks quite small for 3 adults.

13.01 ile 17.01 tarihleri arasında 5 gece konakladık. Konum olarak ve temizlik konusunda mükemmel bir yer. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Ben yarım pansiyon olarak almıştım ama tek memnun kalmadığım 5 gecelik konaklamam sırasında içtiğim birkaç fincan çayın benden tahsil edilmesiydi. Yinede kötü bir şey söyleyemem herşey çok güzeldi Teşekkürler.

Fint hotell. Bra med mat. Så laken må ha vært snudd alle veier. Da samme flekker var bare andre steder på senga. Stor sort flekk. Merkelig en sku få samme laken alltid. Hyggelig personale. Airconditionboks sikkert for hele hotell rett nedenfor balkong. Hørtes ut som fly tok av konstant. Balkonghygge nei. Og my eldre folk så en vet følelsen eldrehjem før den tid en havner på slikt.

If you are on diet dont book all inclusive. You can't hold your fingers away from the food it is too good. There is allmost nothing i can complain about. Its recommended

The sun beds there could be more space for the sunbeds. and people reserve them with towel hole day while they are out of the hotel and they come back in the last hours and the sunbeds stay empty. You have to wake up early in the morning to get one. Waking up early on vacation is not what people want. There should be more control over on that part. The entertainment was a violinist she played well but sad music is not wat i want to hear on my vacation. weak on entertainment

Sehr schönes Hotel, liegt direkt am Meer und hat viel Auswahl bei der Verpflegung. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und auch die Pool sind optimal, falls man nicht zum Meer geht. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch könnten einige noch ein wenig mehr freundlich sein und mehr Lachen. Ansonsten aber waren wir sehr zufrieden.
