The entrance Rea is so old and bad looking. They need to work on that
Location and a lots things to do for kids
Kitchen stuff not working well
Had a kitchenette and comfy beds and well stocked
The lighting is awful, a bit far from everything. They must have been very short staffed this year. No towels for the pool, not many food options at T bar they were out of a lot. We stay during off season lots and have never had that problem. Parkade was brutally small and I scraped my car getting out.
Awesome location for a family vacation, well stocked kitchen supplies, clean
My mattress (single bed) was overly well worn. Other guests said their mattresses were comfortable (including the pullout). We had to search a little, late at night, to find all pullout bedding, but we were successful.

There was no breakfast included.
The 2 bedroom unit is a must if you have a family of 4. Spacious and Wonderful. We stayed in a one bedroom with a pullout couch in the living room the year prior and the 2 bedroom we stayed in this time was wayyyy nicer for the size of our family.
The beds are awful. The water pressure is awful, the shower at the hot tubs works better.
There's nothing but only the price
We liked all of the activities they had on the property. Many options for all ages.
Update: We absolutely loved all of the activities they had on the property! There were many options for all ages, making it a great place to spend time with family. I want to give a huge compliment to their management team. After seeing my initial feedback, a representative reached out to me directly. The woman I spoke with was very kind, genuinely concerned about our experience, and made it clear that they truly value cleanliness. She explained that our unit had unfortunately been empty since the end of the winter season, which contributed to its oversight. I appreciate her call/sincerity, and her efforts to rectify the situation. I am genuinely looking forward to returning and enjoying the property under better circumstances! Initial feedback: Our actual stay in Horsethief Lodge #818 was, unfortunately, very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The unit felt outdated and dingy. The carpets looked unvacuumed, the air smelled stale, and we encountered multiple issues: calcified faucets with stray hairs, an uncleaned upstairs toilet bowl, a ripped shower curtain covered in mold/pink bacteria, and visible splatters/stains on the walls, dining chairs, and living room furniture. Because we were only there for two nights and mostly just used the space to sleep and because the sheets and the downstairs bathroom were thankfully in better condition, we made it work. It originally felt like cleanliness was not a priority for this specific building, and it was clear unit 818 needed some serious TLC. However, given the response from management to make things right, I am optimistic that this was an isolated oversight and look forward to a much better experience next time!
The natural setting of the property was beautiful with great trails to explore and enjoy.
There were some minor issues such as the entry door which was unaligned and difficult to open. The upstairs bathroom bathtub had drain issues. Both were reported to the front desk.
Relaxing Ambiance, peaceful.
Newer Toilet.
Остались довольны отдыхом, прекрасная локация базы отдыха, отличный персонал, комнаты отеля соответствует цена качество. Рекомендую
Alles sehr gut. Probleme mit der Heizung wurden sofort behoben.
Whirlpools ohne ausreichende Kapazität.

The view
This accommodation was dangerous. The power went out for the build during our stay and the smoke detector was not functional. The battery was fully dead. Not chirping, fully drained making the detector useless. Naturally, with the power out in the building, people were starting fires in their fireplace and we were not comfortable sleeping in that situation. After an hour or so speaking with staff, we were provided with a new working detector. However, it really was just luck that prompted us to test the detector. If we hadn't and there had been a fire, there would have been a real risk of death. I would not roll the dice staying here. And when we asked for a refund, we received a refund for one of our three nights.

Good location, obviously
Overall far too expensive for a single room on a ski hill. Barbeque self ignition didn't work and staff would not "provide" a lighter to start the BBQ.
Ski in ski out the hot tubs were Exelent
Very convenient location for skiing. Very near chair lift.
The condo is quite dark due to the mountains. Some more lights would be good.
Great place to stay, easy access to everything
Rainy weather lol
Well equipped apartment. 3 minutes walk to lift and. Ski back easy.
Some parts (particularly sofas) are in need of replacement
Es war eine Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück!
Garage zu wenig hoch für einen grossen SUV.
Dusche zu wenig Wasser. Herdabzug funktioniert nicht richtig
Good location close to ski lifts. Undercover parking is great. The room would be fine for a couple but too small for a father son trip. There is nothing bad about the room just a poor room selection on my part for what I required.
Was megical
Instead of 2single beds 2nd room should have queen bed
Highly recommend this place. Amazing location to the ski lift. Extremely clean and totally set up for a great stay.
The unit was roomy and clean,
The location in the "lower village" was not as convenient as being in the upper village, especially when carrying skis and equipment.
Cozy and clean. Everything was in there and you do not need to bring any cookware dishes except for foods. The room was enough but only one double size bed and it cannot be suitable for 4 people.
The main pool is located far from the room. The instructions are difficult to understand unless you are familiar with here
Always amazing to stay in Panorama in the early fall when most of the facilities arw still open. Mini golf with the kids, pub in the evening and hot pools and sauna through out the day and evening.
Wish the gondola lift was active from lower to upper village during this time. You get your daily steps in from Horsethief to the hot pools that is for sure!
Location was great.
Kids was so disappointed as gondola was not working. Booking.com didn’t specify it when we booked.

That no pets were allowed
The development of which my studio unit was a part is very, very large. My studio unit was clean, well laid out, and had amenities like a wood burning fireplace, BBQ and private patio, full kitchen with good quality dishes and linens, and nice furniture in good shape. The unit itself was in one of the older buildings and rather dark inside facing away from the sun and being on the lowest level. It featured underground parking immediately under the unit. The bathroom was small but clean and adequate. The only thing I did not like was the hard bed, which though in the down position is a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. The entire unit is 20 minutes from Invermere and 30 minutes from Radium, up a paved mountain road with many turns. The scenery leading to the development is spectacular and the landscaping around the units is beautiful. Some units in the development are far newer and nicer but are privately owned. The entire development is rather isolated but there are tours and many nature adventures to be had nearby.
Amazing place to stray. The room was so cozy.
The property was in a beautiful location in the mountains, very quiet and relaxing. It was nice to have a hot tub just a few steps away. We were not informed that most places to eat would be closed for the season. There was also an “amenity fee” charged at the end of our stay that we were not aware of.
Scenery
Scheduled power outage lasted longer than expected. BBQ was a mess. Fuse to fridge/freezer had been flipped off. Both were room temp when we arrived with frozen food and items that required refrigeration. Travelled with a friend who has mobility issues. Not the place to be with someone who has difficulty with stairs and uneven ground.
Well equipped and clean
Unfortunately our stay was affected but electric outage so couldn’t enjoy to full potential. No access to pools hot tub etc. and fridge off spoiling food.
Perfect Location 💯. This is so much thing to do, lots of fun. Definitely will come back again 😊.
We were really enjoyed.. definitely we will come back again. Highly recommend.
Everything was great, will come back again.
I came here with my family for bike in/bike out, it was great! The beds comfy and lots of room for a family of 4. Loved having the balcony and the bbq
There was not a lot of dining options during our stay
Goede parkeergelegenheid.
It was cozy, staff were friendly. Was disappointing that the water slides and stuff weren’t open. When we booked we called and asked about the pools and slides and were informed it was all good and open to get there and be disappointed was disheartening as the kids were looking forward to the slides.
We unfolded the pull out couch and there was pop corn in the fold of the pull out bed. Little gross but we cleaned it up.
Wry quite and solitude place for a day out
The location, the facilities for 2 x young children were great, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. On arrival we requested a cot and high chair which were provided . We only wished we booked an extra couple of nights

The nature, the view at the mountains, the bird watching and wetlands Ivalmere , the hot tub wich was accesible for me
The accibility for me to come out of the garage and also for my husband. He had the first time a lot of lugage and shopings things and we couldn’t come very easy by our appartement. Why didn’t we get the first time a key to open the stick into pedistrian way. So we could go by car then. We had bring this key later back. Now it was to much for me to come easily by appartement, to much for my husband. Also somebody stood on our place in the garage, my husband must go back to the reception. The women didn’t walk with us. She knew I am disabled. I had much earlier send question about that. We didn’t know the right entrance to come out of the garage. Numbers are’ nt clear if you are there the first time.so my husband wasn’ t please it all. The first swimmingpool wasn’t accesble for me. I need a hill to come up.no stairs like there. The swimmingpool above with the gondola. I could not into the gondola with my scootmobile or strooler certainly not with me husband. So we drive with the car so high as possible by car to reach the swimmingpool. We couldn’t get in. That was also very pittyfull because I couldn’t swim. Trails by scootmobiel were not clear by reception or for us what ‘s okay by scootmobile. We did one by ourself but it was to steep so the engine and the brakes stopped totally. Fortunally we were near the golfclub. We got help From them. But why is nobody try from the resort a trail for disabled people, the region is so beautiful why may disabled peope not enjoy from this also if your guest at Panorama resort?
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Horsethief Lodge, Panorama. Our unit was lovely and clean with everything you’d need for your stay. Great to be able to cook in your own place and enjoy your own patio. We loved taking the gondola up to the pools and various activities. Loved the mountain coaster, mini golf and beautiful trails. We will return.
I love how clean the room / unit when we arrived.
Nothing at all
Location was good, across the store. Close to the gondola. Really nice view.
Check in at 5 pm as a bit late. And check out at 10am too early. That is like loosing almost one day. On the day of check out, if we could still use the pools for the few hours before going back home would be great. Please think about it. You get the time to clean the rooms before next guests and we have few more hours to enjoy the mountains before 3 hour drive home.
Location
Nice stay
Property is a bit dated but clean and location is excellent.
Clean. New appliances. Open layout.
Steep stairs not ideal for small kids and elderly. Lack of ramps within the buildings (underground parking, street parking, outdoor pathways) for strollers and wagons/luggage to carry heavy items.
The view was phenomenal. There wouldn't be a bad room at this resort. You are truly surrounded by mountains everywhere.
The shower pressure was non existent so we had to use the showers at the pool or at the hot tub. Expert note: the showers at the hot tub have consistent hot water not like the pools which are a mixture of freezing turning suddenly warm back to freezing. The unit was dated but overall nice with the exception of the pull out bed. It was actually disgusting, however the most amazing front desk staff member tracked down another mattress and switched it out. She was incredibly kind and I so appreciated her doing this for us. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with pullout couch. Next time we will definitely get a 2 bedroom as it was too small for our family 4.
Property inside resort. Steps to village gondola. Hot tub and bbq nearby. Room is equipped with kitchen and household supplies and dishes. Room is older with a constant wet smell.
Perfect location, so many to do in the resort. Surrounded by beautiful nature.
Panorama has a lot going for it as a summer vacation spot. Our kids had an incredible time in the pool and trying the ropes course and other amenities. However, in the future, our family will find a different rental unit until they make some upgrades. I'm not usually opposed to old facilities (I wouldn't have booked here if I was), but this place felt extremely industrial. From the cheap kitchen tap to the sticky kitchen table (the finish has worn and it feels gross) to the cold, white lights (warm lights would make such a difference!) and the noisy beds with loud, plastic sounding mattress protectors, the place left little to be desired apart from the facilities in Panorama. If this is your maximum budget, you'll still have a good time. A couple of tips: - bring a laptop (or other device) so you can connect it using the HDMI to stream shows (it's not a Smart TV). This was important for our kids' downtime. - there is no in-unit laundry (I'm used to places that have them!) so pack enough extras. One of the units beside ours had laundry and it was very noisy when they ran it. - there are a lot of steep stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern.
Everything is good except a little far away from Invernere
We were pleasantly surprised how nice this property was, perfect for our family getaway !
Good small resort with summer activities and not far from Invermere
Location, cleanliness and the overall feel of the place. Serene, quiet and views everywhere
Nothing, but if I could suggest something, maybe the person on the front desk would give more insight about the place, like best restaurants, best path to take to go to the restaurants and pools. But they were still amazing nonetheless
Good stay.
lot of space
Great location
Had a bit of trouble with the drainage in the main floor shower.
Amenities, multiple hot tubs. Kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a bbq
The furniture has a tacky/sticky finish, which could not be cleaned off
Stayed in Horse thief for 3 days and its total relaxation, we love the place and scenery of the resort surrounded by nature. Amazing experience, definitely will come back next year.
Convenient, relaxing and clean place
Not enough toiletries for a family
Outdated , ok
Great experience
