Reviewed Aug 5, 2026This was our second stay there and it was super nice again. The location is amazing and the rooms super nice. We travelled with our two kids and they loved it.
The rooms are all 10/10 from our experience but the facilities need updating. The pools need new paint and also fixing of some corners. Feels not clean or new anymore everywhere. Also, we booked via booking and still had to pay 25 CAD per night to use the facilities, which was not on the description at all.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The pool and hot tubs do not open until 11:00, while check-out is at 10:00, meaning guests have no opportunity to use these facilities on the morning of departure. In addition, check-in was only available after 17:00, which leaves very limited time to enjoy the facilities during the stay. The indoor gym was also quite limited, and several of the machines were malfunctioning. Overall, the restricted opening hours and limited availability of the facilities significantly reduced the value and enjoyment of the stay.

The room was excellent with all the comforts including full kitchen and a jacuzzi spa tub, but I found myself craning my head around in the hall and stairway windows to get a better mountain view. I think I will need another stay to get the full experience.

It was hot in the building. Hot hallways, units had small little Windows so no air flow. Management should drop the temp in the hallways (wasting money). Wood floors allow for noisy ski boots tromping above you early in the AM.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2024We liked that you could just walk to food, coffee, ice cream and activities. We were very impressed with the staff at every turn- super friendly and sweet and helpful. My ONLY negative was the lack of AC in our room. It was quite unbearable during the day, but thankfully cooled a bit during the night to enable us to sleep.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2024Great location with lots to do for families. Staff were super helpful and very well trained in customer service. The pools were lovey, with a warm outdoor pool to relax in even when it's cold outside.
The restaurants and grocery store on site were expensive. The apartment didn't have proper blinds so it was very bright in the morning- difficult to have a lie in!!

Hot tub just outside the room was awesome and the pool was great and perfect to cool down on a hot day. Beautiful scenery and lots to do. Greywolf Golfcourse was just a few minutes away and was very challenging but gorgeous. Will definitely be back.
