Very clean and the personal excelent!

A wonderful sea view, peace and quiet.

The location and views were incredible. The room was also beautiful and clean, with a really good air conditioner (very important!) The room was also extremely quiet and the terrace was not overlooked by anyone else. Breakfast was great with loads of healthy options, which is rare for hotel breakfasts. The staff were also lovely and friendly.

The bathroom could have done with a shelf or cabinet for toothbrushes and products and maybe one for the shower too. Everything was forever slipping off the side of the sink.

Everything was amazing. The location was perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the coast. The room was lovely and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, atmosphere and the hotel’s sea platform. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Praiano.

The location of this property was phenomenal, truly perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the most incredible view from the rooms and main area. The hotel staff were so wonderful giving us recommendations and advice to see the best of Amalfi. They were so helpful and friendly.

The breakfasts were amazingly delicious and it was in pair with a beautiful view facing the sea. The staff team were so kind and awesome and Salvatore even helped my boyfriend find a barbershop. Our room also had an amazing view with sunsets and everything we needed. We were also completely satisfied in terms of hygiene, as we returned to a freshly cleaned and refreshed room every day. The hotel even had a pool which was also cool. The hotel's location was perfectly suitable for us especially after we rented a scooter, but it is perfectly fine by walking too.

Beautiful and comfortable room with the bathroom and big balcony, view to the sea. Friendly staff, breakfast really tasty and with different choices. Parking in front of the accommodation, very close coffee bar and two shops with food, drinks and almost everything you could need. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Situation géographique entre Positano et Amalfi. Arrêt bus devant l'hôtel. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Chambres charma t'es avec vue magnifique.

Didn't have a restaurant. There is one just down the road and the hotel provides lifts there and back.

Hotel Torre Saracena is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the amenities are awesome, and the location is excellent! I have stayed here for 3 summers and will continue to stay here every summer!

Weird to have to go through the bathroom to access the balcony and had to place a shower mat or something to keep the door from closing all the way or you would be locked out.

La vue imprenable comme si on était sur un bateau, le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, proche plage et proche centre ville de praiano et des commerces à pied.

La piscine est petite, le Mobilier est vétuste, des fourmis plein la terrasse, des moustiques voraces et ils ne donnent pas de prise anti moustique dans les chambres, l’accès à sa plage privé est en fait un escalier qui donne sur un rocher et ce n’est pas agréable de sauter la bas dans l’eau, l’hôtel est sur la route donc faire attentions aux enfants, le personnel très gentil sauf un, un peu désagréable.

The staff were so kind and always available, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, get ready for stairs which we loved as we got a great workout every day Better than Positano and less crowds, great restaurants on the beach

Strutture allocata in una posizione incredibilmente panoramica con discesa faticosa verso il mare dove ci sono gli scogli piatti meravigliosi dove trascorrere la mattinata. Ogni camera ha un balcone privato con vista e lo staff è estremamente gentile

What a gorgeous view! This adorable hotel is small and quiet. The room sizes are big and we had a nice patio. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The bus stop is also right at the property. There is a nice little pool with lounge chairs and there is access to the sea. Be aware there are about 135 steps down to the access point and just flat rocks to sit on. There is a ladder down into the water. Oh, the little beach is a 10 minute walk (down a path and stairs).

All hotels on the Amalfi Coast, if on the main road, do not have sidewalks. You can walk as many people do but it can feel dangerous

Everything. Loved our room, the view, location excellent for access to restaurants by the beach, parked our car almost opposite for 5 days, lovely staff.

Well we chose it for the pool but it is a handkerchief size! We chose to walk down the 150 steps to the sea and swim there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful despite our very limited Italian. Loved the breakfast and the hotel's amenities.

The rooms and facilities are on a few levels, with some steep steps. Would not be suited to anyone with mobility issues.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten sogar einen Begrüßungssekt mit Snack bekommen. Wir konnten leider nicht so gut Englisch und trotzdem waren sie sehr hilfsbereit, um uns zu verstehen. Total super. Man hatte sich aufgehoben gefühlt.

El staff del hotel es un 10!!! Muy bien ubicado. Con acceso directo al mar, vistas panorámicas increíbles. Salvatore, Saeed y todo el staff fueron increíblemente atentos con nosotras. Lo recomiendo y volvería allí, ya que estás en el medio de la costa Amalfitana y todos los demás destinos son cercanos.

El personal fue muy amable, nos dieron una habitación con terraza, vista al mar y nos recibieron con un aperol! Lo mejor es su solárium que tiene salida al mar y se puede nadar. 100% recomendado

The location is the key to this hotel. It is very well situated on the main road to access transportation to other towns on the coast, and it has a stellar view of the ocean. It's a little older in style, but it was surprisingly quiet and the rooms are fairly spacious. The breakfast was good and the people at the front desk were very helpful. There are a lot of restaurants in Praiano that are walkable (some on the same road, some up the stairs) from the hotel.

I score 10 and i would score more if ir was available. The place is a paradise ítself and the hotel is im accordance to the beautiful landscape. Thank you also to the amazing staff, always willing to help the guests. Also breakfast was delicious, beds so comfortable and the prívate access to the sea simply unbelievable.

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer eigenen Balkon war eindrücklich. Für uns erschien auch die Grösse des Zimmers als sehr grosszügig Das neben dem Hotel befindliche Bistro und der kleine Lebensmittelladen waren sehr nützlich für die Zwischenverpflegung. Vorteilhaft war auch der Busstop direkt vor dem Hotel.

Wir vermissten schon etwas ein Hotel eigenes Restaurant wodurch wir für ein gutes Diner auf nicht ganz günstige Lokalitäten angewiesen waren. Eine besondere Rüge richtet sich eher an booking.com: Es wird ein Hotel mit Parkplatz angeboten aber dann in der Bestätigung nicht mehr erwähnt. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Hotel eigenen Plätze gebuchte Plätze seien wodurch uns eine private Parkgarage zugrwiesen wurde. Je nach Grösse des Wagens variieren die Tagespreise zwischen 30 und 60 Euro.

Bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage

Leider hat die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Trotz unserer frühzeitigen Reklamation wurde lediglich ein mobiles Klimagerät aufgestellt, das in der Hitze kaum Wirkung zeigte. Als Entschädigung wurden uns am Ende die Touristensteuern erlassen, was angesichts des Zimmerpreises jedoch eher unzureichend wirkte.

Rating this as good as it can get for a 3 star hotel! We loved our stay at the hotel and found everyone working there to be kind and helpful. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean all around. There is A/C in the rooms but the weather was nice and cool at night and we left the patio and windows open to hear the sound of the ocean. We walked down the many steps to see the water up close- it's a fun thing to do once, but it's not something you'd do to spend the day at the beach. More of a little hike and photo opp! There is a pool and many areas to sit all around the grounds that are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast supplied was good- great cappucino's and espressos and plenty of pastries and some warm food to pick from. This property is right next door neighbors to a sister property that has a wonderful restaurant called Hotel Costa Diva and you can sit under the lemon trees and twinkle lights to have a delicious dinner or lunch without walking on the main roads. You're also extremely close to a convenience shop and wine shop, as well as another cafe called Infinity which had nice lunch and snack options. And if you walk on the main road for a very short distance you can find the path going down to the marina where there are several more upscale restaurants and beachfront restaurants as well as a small beach and marina for getting your boat tours. Praiano is night and day difference with nearby Positano, as there are almost no stores or tourist crowds. We also walked up to the upper parts of Praiano from the hotel where there are more restaurants and all of it is lively but not crowded, and a perfect vacation feel. Finally, there is the Path of the Gods which you can take a local bus to the trailhead at the top of Praiano. It's one of the most beautiful hiking trails you could ever imagine and can take you all the way to Positano if you're up for a 4-5 hour hike- we weren't and just hiked for about an hour and enjoyed it thoroughly. Having made our way into Positano one day with the overcrowded buses, and the crowds there, I would absolutely make the same decision to stay here again if I were to do it all over again. It was honestly the favorite part of our trip in Italy!

First of all we absolutely loved the staff especially Francesco. He made the best drinks we have ever had and he was absolutely fantastic in every other way. The breakfast was great and we loved that we could eat a bit later than in usual hotels. The location was great, the view was immaculate and the rooms were lovely. It was very practical that the bus station was so close. All in all we are so happy and would absolutely recommend this hotel to everybody. We were amazed and enjoyed our time at the Torre Sarancena Hotel.

There was no toothpaste but fortunately there was the small convenience store right next door!

Quiet location with great views.

Fairly basic accommodation.

A nice quiet spot on the Amalfi coast (which are hard to find). The hotel was well situated with brilliant views. There is an access path to a beach and boat excursion point and a bus stop right outside (which was fantastic for us as we were backpacking on public transport). Breakfast on a balcony overlooking the sea was fantastic.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room was spacious and the view from our private terrace was spectacular. Loved the private rock ledge you could walk down to and jump into the sea. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and courteous.

It is a little tired and felt like it was a bit over priced. It could do with a renovation. A kettle in the room would have been good

E' un albergo da ristrutturare completamente un po' tutto vecchio e tenuto male . Il rapporto prezzo qualità non regge costa troppo a fronte di bagni piccoli e scalcinati , mobili vecchi , frigo non funzionante , mobile vecchio e bagnato di umidità , spazi ridotti e nessuna insonorizzazione . Segnalo che è assurdo far pagare il parcheggio 30 euro al giorno a parte e oltre il già salato costo della stanza .Come sempre le foto ingannano e sono molto fuorvianti .

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even picked us up when we got off the bus too far away. My room and view were amazing! Breakfast was fabulous. I Definitely recommend!

Organização, limpeza, funcionários gentis. Cafe da manha ótimo. Os quartos um pouco antigos, porem a c vista compensava tudo. Tem escadas que descem ate o mar e da acesso a vários restaurantes.

Location was excellent - Praiano is quiet compared to Amalfi or Positano, but still has restaurants etc. Was perfect for us Staff were very polite and accommodating The hotel has sea access (down 150 steps) which was fun. And we enjoyed the small pool, great to cool off after sun bathing The room was large with a sitting area and bedroom area Breakfast had a good selection It was great that the bus stops directly outside as we used this to get from Amalfi, very easy. They are often late though, so dont book your ferry etc for directly after

Die Lage / der Ausblick des Hotels. Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück ist ok. Frisches Obst ec. darf man nicht erwarten.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wer sich westlichen Standart erwartet, ist hier definitiv falsch. Es hätte aber viel Potential zu einem echten Schmuckstück zu werden. Aussenanlage ist nur auf den Fotos schön - ebenfalls ungepflegt. Parkplatz für Mietauto kann um € 30,- pro Nacht dazugebucht werden. Natürlich ratsam, weil parken sonst unmöglich!

Badezimmer sehr sehr klein,Tür kaputt von Zimmer,zum Frühstück zu viele fertig Gebäck,zu wenig Wurst und Käse.

Struttura magica! Sembra di andare indietro nel tempo (anche considerando la storicità del palazzo principale)! Le camere separate dalla struttura si dislocano sul percorso di scale che raggiunge il mare. Sono camere accoglienti, pulitissime, fresche e molto suggestive. La colazione è squisita con tante specialità campane. La vista della terrazza è mozzafiato ed è anche possibile avere la colazione proprio lì. La proprietaria è TUTTO lo staff sono favolosi, mi hanno coccolata e fatto sentire una principessa! Top top top

Frequento l’Hotel Torre Saracena ormai da 4 anni insieme al mio cane e ogni volta è un piacere tornarci. La struttura è meravigliosa, con una posizione unica e un accesso diretto al mare che si affaccia su una delle baie più belle di tutta la costa. La qualità del servizio è sempre molto alta e il personale è semplicemente eccezionale: disponibile, gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un luogo che consiglio davvero a chi cerca bellezza, relax e accoglienza autentica.

You will have to hike up and down a ton of huge steps to get to and from your room. Do not book this hotel if you have asthma, leg injuries of any kind, or have a disability. The hotel is not accessible at all. We planned our whole day based on how many times we had to treck back and forth to our room. The staff could also work on better hospitality and be more empathetic and friendly to guests. White Lotus vibes....
