Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Soggiorno eccellente a Praiano! Ho soggiornato all'Hotel La Perla con due amiche e l'esperienza è stata fantastica fin dall'arrivo. Al check-in ci hanno fatto una bellissima sorpresa riservandoci una camera con vista mare, pur non avendola prenotata: un gesto inaspettato e davvero molto gradito! Ecco cosa abbiamo apprezzato di più: Accoglienza e Servizio: Tutto lo staff è estremamente gentile, solare e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Struttura e Pulizia: Gli ambienti sono davvero puliti, curati e dall'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Colazione: Di qualità eccellente, varia e abbondante (assolutamente top!). Posizione e Logistica: L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo a ottimi ristoranti e alla movida di Praiano. Avevamo incluso anche il posto auto (servizio utilissimo per chi arriva in macchina), anche se poi non ne abbiamo usufruito per muoverci. La fermata del bus per Positano e Sorrento è proprio sotto la struttura, mentre quella per Amalfi si trova a soli due minuti a piedi: per spostarsi nei giorni successivi lungo la Costiera, il pullman resta decisamente la scelta migliore! Se in futuro dovessimo tornare in Costiera, sceglieremo di nuovo ad occhi chiusi questo hotel, magari venendo proprio in auto sapendo di poter contare sul loro parcheggio. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The view at breakfast is incredible, the perfect place to start your morning with a spectacular view of the sea, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The view from my bedroom and bathroom was also beautiful. A short walk to the famous marina which is one of the best swimming spots in the Amalfi Coast, the water is so clear and blue. Would happily stay here again!
It's a bit of a tough walk from the old town of Praiano but only a few minutes in a car / bus or taxi!

Achei que a localização era mais proxima da praia, que haveria algum elevador, mas não, o acesso é o mesmo de todos os demais, a equipe na recepção falava inglês de forma pouco fluente, foi dificil compreender algumas informações.

A localização pode ser boa e ruim, Praiano fica entre Positano e Amalfi. Não dá pra fazer nada a pé. Ou você usa ônibus ou você aluga um veículo para ir para os principais pontos turísticos. O que também resulta em poucas opções para refeições.

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist appeared intoxicated and was unable to handle the check-in process properly. We were left waiting for nearly 40 minutes just to receive our room keys, and eventually the general manager had to step in and take over. Additionally, the hotel had initially assured us that our luggage would be transported to the hotel, but no one was available to assist. As a result, I had to struggle to carry all the bags myself. Communication with the receptionist was very frustrating. Whenever I asked a question, the response was often unrelated to what I had asked, making the entire interaction confusing and unprofessional. Overall, the service fell far below expectations and significantly impacted the start of our stay. I also have the videos of the receptionist behaviour. We should be getting a refund of this book completely.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Nach dem Trubel in Positano war die Ruhe im La Perla eine Wohltat. Davide war sehr hilfsbereit und auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer und auch beim Frühstück aufs Meer war herrlich.
Es hat alles gepasst.

Equidistante de Positano y Amalfi ( 20‘ en bus publico, lo más práctico para movilizarse alli, con parada frente al hotel) y con una playa/ marina encantadora a 5 min a pie con encantador paisaje marino y restaurantes/ beach houses, también desde el hotel bellísimo paisajes de 180‘ vista al mar y acantilados, excelente desayuno y personal muy servicial

It’s a bit away from Amalfi or Positano, so it’s necessary to take the bus if you don’t have a car, that can be an issue.

Reviewed May 13, 2026L’hôtel est très beau avec une vue sur la mer depuis la salle du petit déjeuner, extraordinaire. Le bon petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du serveur présent le matin du 13 mai. C’est le même qui m’a aidé avec mes valises et pour garer ma voiture. Le confort des chambres. La propreté.
Ma chambre devait avoir une vue sur la mer ; il fallait aller sur un balcon étroit face à un mur où l’on apercevez la mer avec un champ de vision réduit. En mettant vue sur la mer on se moque du client. La douche peu pratique d’accès et réservé aux grands pour atteindre la douchette. L’absence d’un support pour le papier toilette dans la salle de bain. C’est grâce aux monsieur qui m’a aidé à garer ma voiture monter les bagages, et servi le petit déjeuner que ma note reste correct compte tenu de la déception de la vue que je n’avais pas en regardant par la fenêtre.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026El chico que atendía en el desayuno siempre fue muy cordial, muy atento y preocupado por los huéspedes, lo que se valora mucho. El desayuno es bastante completo y, sin duda, los mejores croissants que he comido. La habitación tiene una vista al mar preciosa, al igual que el lugar donde se toma desayuno, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. Amé Praiano porque es mucho más tranquilo que Positano y Amalfi. Además, tiene una playa muy linda cerca y el Fiordo di Furore está a solo 4 minutos en auto o moto, lo que lo hace muy bien ubicado para recorrer.
El transporte en bus es bastante complicado desde el hotel. El bus SITA que va de Sorrento a Amalfi suele ir muy lleno, y en dos ocasiones no pudo detenerse en el paradero porque iba a máxima capacidad. Debido a esto, las 6 personas que estábamos esperando tuvimos que tomar un taxi, con un costo aproximado de entre 80 y 100 euros. Como recomendación: si vas a arrendar auto o scooter, sin duda este lugar es perfecto. Pero si planeas moverte a pie o depender del transporte público, puede ser difícil acceder a los principales puntos turísticos debido a la alta demanda del bus.

Praiano, too croudy and prices in restaurants a little bit over that you get for such money, but.. the view very very beautifull!!!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Het ontbijt was goed uitgebreid en een zalig uitzicht op de zee. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en spraken ook allemaal wat Engels, handig om te communiceren. De locatie super mooi, je kan perfect te voet naar verschillende restaurants wandelen, ook de beach was op wandelafstand en er was een bushalte vlak aan het hotel.

Son muy amables pero creo que deberian dar mas informacion de los buses que conectan la zona dado que si alguien tiene un vuelo y no lo instruyen bien puede perderlo porque los buses son limitados para la zona.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025The hotel staff were fantastic, the room was amazing with a view of the sea. Breakfast on the balcony was just lovely. Our hire car would not start due to a flat battery in the key pad, the hotel management fixed it so we could get on our way, certainly can’t ask for anymore
