Holiday Inn Express & Suites Singapore Novena by IHG

Overall, I really liked the room! However, the bathroom had a few issues. The bidet was leaking and soaking the floor, which created a slippery hazard. Additionally, a slightly wider shower screen would help prevent water from splashing onto the toilet floor.

I am very grateful that all the breakfast items were clearly labeled! As a pure vegetarian, it made it so easy to know what I could eat, and I really enjoyed the meal. My only suggestion for improvement would be the porridge, as it was a bit too watery and lacked texture. It would also be great if breakfast hours could be extended to 10:30 AM, as guests returning late from evening activities don't always wake up early.

Bad , I already checked out on 23/8/26 Where is my refund…??

Very bad, I already checked checkout on 23/8/26…! When is my refund to be credited back to me

Perfect location for all excursions we wanted to do

Slightly smaller rooms but still ideal

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and kind staff

It was further from the MRT station than we thought, but was a quick bus ride so wasn’t an issue

Brekfast was good fruits vegetables the coffee is good

Very clean. Spacious rooms in comparison to the rest in Singapore. Easy access by bus. Very helpful staff.

The staff were so good and handson! The food was great and location was awesome. Cleanliness was top notch too!

Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was generous. Room size was fine for my needs.

The corridors and doors could be noisy in the mornings. There were small insects in my bathroom around the drain. A maid left my door open during my stay after cleaning it accidently but I received a sincere apology.

Thanks to all intake people and cleaner they did an excellent job.

None.

Good

Location

Not all the food at the breakfast is halal, limited options for Halal

Clean and neat. Location Housekeeping.

No room service. Food not available throughout the day.

The rooms were really comfortable. They were bright too.

When we came in, there was no hand towel in the bathroom. And the wi-fi password didn't work at first.

Hotel bellissimo, colazione super e staff gentilissimo. Super consigliato.

Nothing particularly

Not guess-oriented

Good shower with nice toiletries. Useful transport links, with a bus stop within a 2 minute walk. Nice staff.

The room is far smaller than the pictures suggest. Lights are kept on in the corridor during the night making the room unpleasantly bright while trying to sleep. Our room faced the street and pool which meant that we also had a lot of noise pollution. Breakfast is only okay - a lot of beige fried food and processed options. We asked if we could check in 3 hours early after a long flight and were told this would be chargeable at a half-day rate, which seemed quite cynical and petty.

Great location for our needs

Beds had no bounce, too firm for me

Great location and friendly staff, very clean

Breakfast could have some more seating options

Todo muy bien

My room is on level 4.The air in the room and the hallway is stale. At night, especially when I'm sleeping, the air blowing out of the air conditioner smells so foul that I simply can't sleep well.

Please check AC system.

Nice and helpful staff

No enclosed shower is somewhat inconvenient. The housekeeping service makes mistakes sometimes.

The hotel was neat and clean, the rooms were well done though abit small, the breakfast was on point. The staff were friendly

Nothing. I have already recommended friends to go there for their stays in Singapore

Great location Room was very clean and well maintained Breakfast was excellent catering for a diverse range of eaters

NA

The staff where very nice and couldn't do enough for you. In particular Kanchana on reception helped us with the right buses to take to get about. Very helpful.

The rooms were neat, clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet was alot and nicely done. The location was great because from the airport we used grab and throughout our stay at the hotel, we used grab

it was really good. i would go back and i have already recommended it to all my friends

The place was neat, clean and good breakfast

Clean friendly staff

Friendly staffs and good breakfast

Room size

No large pieces of fresh fruit at brekkie if apples banaanas

The neatness

The staff I met the first day wasn’t friendly at all was so rigid the dawn of 2nd July I didn’t like his service.

everything , stores were so convenient and staff were all so friendly

no

This was our 4th stay, so you can figure out how much we like staying in this hotel. The front desk was very helpful with our early check in and ordering taxis from the hotel.

Sometimes room service is very late and takes until evening to show up to clean the rooms. Otherwise, no complaints..

Seperate floors for the customers with Pets

the staff all went that extra mile very friendly and so helpful

no complaints

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is centrally located.

The pillows are uncomfortable. Barely any difference between the soft and firm ones. The breakfast menu is very basic and not much of a global spread.

Very clean, with friendly and caring staff. The building is modern, and the breakfast selection is quite good

The location is quite far from the city center and is only served by the bus line, not by train, which makes the commute by public transport rather long. However, the lower price compared to central hotels helps compensate for this

Extremely clean

Nice clean spacious room, good breakfast options

Swimming pool is small

Clean, functional room with familiar Holiday Inn layout and amenities. Great breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff. Easy walk from Boon Leng MRT.

We arrived very early but Joshryl on the desk very kindly found us a room and checked us in early so we could shower and change after a long flight. Breakfast buffet was excellent

We thought the hotel was a little bit out of the way and was a 15/20 min walk to the tube station. Just a slight problem after a long day sightseeing. Also the pool was very small and not much room to sit round.

Miły personel

Good hotel, love breakfast. All cleaning staff and food attendees were very kind.

Front office reception not very friendly
