המיקום חמוד מאוד, חדר סביר. ארוחת בוקר טובה. חוף שקט ויפהפה ! במקום בריכה קטנה וחמודה במרכז.

הרעש והקולות מהחדר הסמוך הצמוד היה מפריע מאוד ! כלומר לא היה בידוד נורמלי בין החדרים וזה העיב על האירוח

Gorgeous place right on the beach and a short walk to other restaurants and shops. Room was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was awesome

Lots of sandflies but that wasn’t the fault of the accommodation…just being spray with you.

Beautiful place, the place to relax and enjoy the beach

The deck is a little worn and could use some repairs, particularly to make sure there are no loose or raised boards that someone could trip over. For us this time was a bit noisy, there were a few families with kids and that was a bit too much.

Hoewel het avond eten fantastische is en er veel keuze is valt het ontbijt tegen. Er zijn wel keuzes voor het ontbijt best beperkt.

Der Strand ist fantastisch, der Sand dort ist unglaublich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr entspannt, die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich. Frühstück und Essen sind auch super.

Liegestühle sind alt und nicht so stabil. Sitzsäcke am Strand als Ergänzung würde ich toll finden. Holzverkleidung der Sandsäcke am Strand (Rand der Terasse) wäre optisch eine Aufwärtung,

We loved everything! What a perfect little slice of paradise Sand in My Shoes is! It is the perfect mix of down to earth and luxury. We loved that this was a small boutique hotel with a very calm vibe. To begin with, the location was amazing! The cafe area was just as inviting as the beach lounge chairs--I loved being able to get a smoothie and look out at the waves and listen to the relaxing cafe music. Second of all, the staff was genuine, kind, and accommodating. The rooms itself were clean and lovely.

Tolle Unterkunft an einem traumhaften Strand, schöne Zimmer. Süßer Pool. Nettes Personal, wirklich alles perfekt. Der Strand ist einfach ideal

Le service et l’accueil est tres agréable. Les chambres sont très joliment décorés et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal avec un accès direct à la plage. Le petit déjeuner fonctionne avec une formule à la commande, qui fonctionne très bien et suffisant.

We had a wonderful stay at Sand in My Shoes. The hotel is located in a peaceful area on a beautiful, clean beach, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room was spacious, stylish and very clean. The large windows provided plenty of natural light, the air conditioning worked perfectly and we received fresh towels every day. The laundry service was also very convenient and well organised. We went supp boarding, kajakking, rented a motor bike and went swimming The staff truly deserve a 10 out of 10. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and hardworking. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Special thank you to Taylor and Akar, they became our friends for the days we were here and helped us always with a big smile and a welcome feeling.

The only point for improvement concerns the number of outside visitors. This appears to be one of the only hotels on this beach that allows non-guests to use the facilities. These visitors regularly occupied the beach beds intended for hotel guests, used the paddleboards, pool and other facilities, and were often very loud. On several occasions, there were no beach beds available for paying hotel guests. Despite this issue, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful location, lovely room and exceptional staff made Sand in My Shoes a very special place, and we would really really recommend it.

הקירות כל כך דקים שהאורחים בחדר הסמוך צרחו עלי בלילה כי דיברתי בטלפון עם הילדים שלי שבגלל הפרשי השעות עבורם היה ערב. מנהלת המקום לא רק שלא הגנה עלי אלא הצטרפה אליהם וטענה שאי-אפשר לדבר בטלפון בכזאת שעה שאנשים ישנים בה. הם עמדו שם וצעקו עלי זוג ומנהלת המלון כאילו אירגנתי בחדר מסיבה. שאלו אם אני עוזבת מחר? ואולי הם פשוט לא אוהבים ישראלים. שום לקיחת אחריות על האקוסטיקה הלקויה ובחירת החדרים, אני מטיילת לבד והם משפחה עם תינוק. מיקמו אותנו בחדרים עם דלת מקשרת. אכזבה גדולה מאוד.

Everything was impeccable! Gina was so kind right from the beginning, and the very personal welcome was appreciated and made us feel very valued. Every staff member was really smiley and genuinely lovely, nothing ever felt too much. Our infant was very respected and loved as well. Rooms were beautifully setup, and the facilities were great. Breakfast was really yummy and generous. The location was perfect- right on the beach, with walking distance to the local town in minutes where there was everything you could need or want. The beach itself was breathtaking!

Remember to bring mosquito repellent!

We really liked the very kind, friendly and attentive staff and the wonderful location, near to the sea and village. The breakfast and coffee were also delicious.

I am sad to say that the property wasn’t quite as nice as we thought it might be. We had to change rooms twice due to an issue with the rooms. Although the hotel dealt with our issues very quickly and were happy to help, it was quite disruptive to our five night stay. The pool rooms were not ideal for us, small, dark and noisy when people are in the pool. The first floor family room was much nicer. I would recommend these rooms!

Kleinschalig resort, Heel gemoedelijk, met fijne en relaxte sfeer. Mooi en gezellig ingerichte huisjes en een lekker zwembad. De baai waaraan het hotel ligt is schitterend. 2 minuten lopen over strand naar dorpje met winkels en restaurants. Als je van kleinschalig en "cozy" houdt, dan is dit hotel echt een aanrader.

Drank en eten is goed maar zeker niet goedkoop. De prijzen op de menukaart zijn ook exclusief 10% service charge. Dat vind ik persoonlijk nooit erg sympathiek.

Sehr private kleine Unterkunft mit nur wenigen Zimmern direkt am Meer. Unfassbar schöner Pool, den man fast immer für sich allein hatte. Sauberes Zimmer. Verschiedene Optionen zum Frühstück zum bestellen. Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Der intensive Chlorgeruch auf der öffentlichen Toilette nach der Reinigung.

Die Lage des Hotels an dem kleinen Strand sowie die Nähe zum dem Ort ist sehr gut. Besonders bleibt in Erinnerung, dass wir direkt am Strand frühstücken und dabei den Sonnenaufgang und die tolle Bucht genießen konnten - herrlich 👍

Insgesamt hübsche, kleine und dadurch private Anlage. Geräumiges Bad, bequeme Betten. Sauberes Zimmer. Gut zu regulierende Klimaanlage. Tolle Lage an einem langen Strand mit wirklich schönem weißen Sand. Der kleine, fußläufig erreichbare Ort hat schöne kleine authentische Restaurants und Massagemöglichkeiten.

Sehr viele Sandmücken am Strand und auch im Resort. Durch einen Spalt in der Terrassentür kamen diese leider auch ins Appartement. Frühstücksangebot für 2 Übernachtungen o.k., aber sehr "Ei-lastig". Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren fast nur Familien mit kleinen Kindern im Hotel, was bei einer so kleinen Anlage natürlich besonders auffällt. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Das Personal teils sehr bemüht, teils aber auch komplett uninteressiert. Für den doch recht hohen Preis und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise, hatten wir mehr erwartet.

Kleine ruhige Anlage mit sehr (kinder) freundlichen Personal. Der Pool ist toll und bietet viel Schatten, für Kinder gab es viele Spielsachen. Tolle Lage da direkt am Strand aber dennoch viele Geachäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Es ist jetzt nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch für thailändische Verhältnisse teuer.

Kleines, familiäres Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und sehr gutem Essen. Die Lage ist super, man kann direkt am Strand essen. Ideal für alle, die keinen Luxus brauchen.

Die Sanitären-Anlagen sind eher dürftig. Heisses Wasser war immer wieder ein Problem, das Wasserhahn spritzte in alle Richtungen.

Loved the location at the beach. Best spot on the island. Nice chill beach vibe and very tasty and good food. Compliments to the chef!

The chairs in the restaurant were a bit uncomfortable which should be better for these prices. Also most staff was nice but the older man serving breakfast and the breakfast it self was a bit off.

Die Unterkunft war ganz süß, das Frühstück war auch okay, das Zimmer war sehr nah am Strand und am Pool, das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Leider dem Preis nicht gerecht. Im Zimmer hatte es einen komischen mockigen Geruch, es war leider nicht richtig sauber und die Lage vom Hotel war leider nicht optimal. Die hügelige Straße mit einem Moped unmöglich zu fahren.

Da vi var der alle dage var der desværre enormt dårligt vejr, havet larmede så meget at man ikke kunne sove, da døren ud til terrassen ikke kunne lukkes helt i, standarden var lavere end jeg havde forventet til den pris - ville klart anbefale det til par, ikke en familie på 4 med børn.

Äusserst liebliche und sympathische Unterkunft am schönsten Strand von Ko Phangan. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool im tropischen Garten. Äusserst nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles wird einem auf Wunsch organisiert. Restaurant mit wunderbarer Aussicht und Füssen im Sand. Gepflegte Privatsphäre fernab von den Massen. Das Dörfchen in Gehdistanz bietet von tollen Restaurants über Bars bis ausgezeichneten Massagen einfach alles. Gezeitenunabhängiger Strand – man kann immer baden und schwimmen!

Alles klar, ich mach dir das schön direkt, verständlich und mit bisschen Druck dahinter: ⸻ Ganz ehrlich: Ich verstehe absolut nicht, wie diese Unterkunft („Sam in my Shoes“ / „Sand in meinen Schuhen“) überhaupt gute Bewertungen haben kann. Unser Aufenthalt hat im Prinzip gar nicht wirklich stattgefunden, weil es einfach nicht auszuhalten war. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt, und das bei den Temperaturen – komplett unzumutbar. Trotzdem haben wir kein Geld zurückbekommen. Im Gegenteil: Die Betreiber haben sich in jeder Hinsicht quer gestellt und waren null kompromissbereit. Das Zimmer selbst? Viel zu klein, total abgewohnte Möbel, und mitten im Raum hängt so ein Windspiel, das die ganze Zeit Geräusche macht – vor allem, wenn die (kaputte) Klimaanlage irgendwie versucht zu laufen. Richtig nervig, man kommt überhaupt nicht zur Ruhe. Dann die Lage der Zimmer: direkt gegenüber vom Pool. Bedeutet: den ganzen Tag und auch noch später hört man Kinder schreien, planschen, rumrennen. An Entspannung ist da wirklich nicht zu denken. Und dafür ist der Laden auch noch viel zu teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach überhaupt nicht. Was ich noch weniger verstehe: In der Umgebung gibt es mindestens 3 andere Unterkünfte, die: * deutlich sauberer sind * größere Zimmer haben * besseres Essen anbieten * und vor allem viel entspannter und kundenfreundlicher sind Hier wird dir bei Problemen wenigstens geholfen und nicht einfach blockiert.

Fantastic Food Most beautiful beach

Sehr schönes Design zum Wohlfühlen, toller Service und Orga, leckeres Essen und top Café Lage am Strand war perfekt, ruhig und nah zur walking Street mit vielen Restaurants. Pool geösser, als auf photos zu sehen ist. Unser Zimmer 5 war ruhig, wie die anderen Zimmer sind , kann ich nicht beurteilen. Zustellbett war auch bequem und Frühstück frisch gemacht und gut.

Hard to say, I can’t seem to find anything negative. Maybe a bit more variety in spreads for baguette in the morning.

Luxusní pláž, klid, čisto, výborné jídlo, restaurace přímo na pláži a neuvěřitelně příjemný personál. Nic není problém. Vše je blízko. Nádherný východ slunce. Jen je potřeba vypravit se na dlouhou a klikatou čeští z hlavního přístavu a potom už jste v ráji.
