The friendliness and the attitude of the staff. Sweet with a friendly smile on their faces and very happy and eager to help or give advice about activities and tours. The room was rather basic and had all we needed for a short stay and they replenished our water bottles every day which you can also refill from the cooler at the reception.t I would like to see more towels been offered. Location was good, within walking distance from everything. The place looked quite tropical with the palm trees and enjoyed our little verandas.

At least a hand towel and a face towel. Only two towels are not enough and more shampoo and body wash. We payed a small amount for two extra towels. The bathroom needs renovation and the ventilator needs to be properly cleaned.

Everything. We had a perfect stay for 4 nights. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Dee who has a warm heart and always willing to help. - Location is perfect, close to the beach and all necessities. But also tucked away to avoid any loud noises. - They provided help with booking tours which came at a cheaper price to those advertised elsewhere. - Cleaning of the room was done quickly and effectively when required. - They helped us with printing documents for our next trip. - Any problem we had they solved immediately.

The location is great. very nearby to the Cenang beach and eateries. Value for the money spent. The green lawn with coconut trees gives a good serenity. We also had time to sit around and relaxed. My friends and I enjoyed the stay.

Humidité très présente et le toit fuyait . Il n'y a aucune isolation acoustique et lors des pluies ça fait énormément de bruit. Il faudrait aussi quelques porte serviette ou rangement pour les vêtements

Le personnel est juste ADORABLE, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très bien situé sur la rue principale à proximité de toutes les activités et 15 min en voiture de l’aéroport. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.

Il est un peu cher mais c’est un détail car tout le reste est très bien. Il ne font pas de location de scooter mais il y en a plein à côté donc pas embêtant.

The staff was courteous and the stay was peaceful.

A little caveat was the the Air Conditioning took a little time before cooling the room.

The facilities are very old like the tables and house drawers. The toilet does not work as expected.

The location is amazing, its really close to all the good food and tourist spots. Great value for the price we paid. The rooms and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

The hot water shower sprays water. If you want the hot water to be on your body, you have to hold the shower head so close to you.

Todo genial, el personal súper dulce y resolutivo, tuvimos un problema que al llegar al aeropuerto nos habíamos olvidado las insulinas y nos las trajeron sin problema rápido y sin cobrarnos nada!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Highly recommended! The hotel is exactly as advertised and offers excellent value for money. It's within walking distance of Langkawi's famous Pantai Cenang, only about 1 minute from McDonald's and 2–3 minutes from the lively Cenang Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-suited for the price. If you're planning a short leisure trip and mainly need a comfortable place to rest and sleep after exploring Langkawi, Casa Fina is definitely a great choice.

Minor downside: There are some stray dogs around the hotel area, and the hotel has already placed warning notices for guests. Families with very young children may want to be a little more cautious. However, during my stay, the dogs were calm and did not disturb or approach guests.

Excellent location, just off the main road for the beach, shops and restaurants, but quiet and accessible to all local amenities. The room was great and the housekeeping staff fantastic at keeping the room stocked with water, fresh towels and toiletries. The Air conditioner worked well and everything was great.

Tout était super ! L’emplacement par rapport au centre de la ville et à la plage, le logement était top. Ça faisait vraiment île paradisiaque avec les palmiers autour. L’endroit est super bien entretenu et le personnel est adorable. On pouvait voir des chats et des écureuils c’est trop mignon !

Odaları geniş lokasyonu çok iyi direkt chenang beach de yer alıyor etrafında yeme içme yerleri mevcut ve merkeze çarşı pazara yakın. Çalışanları çok iyi güler yüzlü yardımsever.

Yeşillik bir alanda olduğu için sanırım çok sivrisinek var etrafta ve odada. Sanırım odanın banyosunda yer alan havalandırmadan da içeri girebiliyorlar. Ancak odamızda çok sivrisinek var dediğimizde bize ilaç verdiler ve işe yaradı çözüm bulmaları iyiydi.

A lovely place to stay. The room was lovely with a nice bathroom and a great terrace. The location was perfect just between the two beaches and close to a night market and shops. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is extremely old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and several pieces of furniture in the room were broken. Even the toilet flush was not functioning correctly. Noise was a major issue throughout the stay. There was constant construction and traffic noise outside, noise from neighboring rooms, and during rain, the sound of water hitting the roof was so loud that it became difficult to sleep. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels were not provided daily, and room cleaning was only available until 4 PM, meaning no assistance or supplies were available afterward. To make matters worse, the hotel charged extra for basic items such as pillows and blankets. A MYR 100 deposit was also required, despite the property’s poor condition, and the reason for the deposit was never clearly explained. Overall, the hotel did not provide the comfort, cleanliness, or service expected. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The hotel was very nice. The reception was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The location is great, only about 10 minutes from the beach. The place itself is very beautiful, calm, and relaxing. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Negative point: We arrived at midday and found the room very hot. Even after turning on the air conditioner, it took around 20 minutes for the room to become comfortable. A small suggestion for future guests: if you plan to return during the day, it might be better to keep the air conditioning on low when leaving in the morning so the room stays cool.

Located in the heart of Cenang, I did not expect to get a beautiful chalet kampung view from the place. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. The area was surrounded by trees that make the place cozy, the amenities are complete (toileteries, iron, hair dryer, towel, prayer mat, drinking water, coffee sachet). The bed was comfortable and big enough (Queen and Single) for 3 pax. Car park is available and easy to access. I had least expected the place to be this good. Excellent!

L emplacement géographique et la qualité de l accueil par le personnel et les bons conseils. Très bonne Qualité de la prestation que nous avons pris pour aller au Mangroove. Le guide était très bien.

Il y avait énormément de moustiques dans les bungalows Nous avons pas eu de serviettes pour la plage.

Nice double room with aircon and good ensuite bathroom. Fridge, kettle and coffee/tea in the room.There is daily room service who make the bed, change the towels and refill bottled water which is a big bonus. Staff are really friendly and helpful, you can book tours through them. Water refill station at reception as well is convenient. Great location - close to restaurants and the beach. As expected, some mosquitos in the room but can ask reception for some spray which helps.

Very kind staff helping with all sorts of arrangements e.g. tours & activities. Nice garden-like venue, quite but centrally located.

Some insects/mosquitoes in the rooms, but it's unavoidable. If you are uncomfortable with it better to bring your mosquito net and it will be fine.

We ended up in the first cabin which looked onto the car park and got more foot traffic than others. Hotel is a good 15 min walk to the main Beach area.

Lovely bungalow rooms in Langkawi. The girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room has a good size and it's clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the rooms is inside a small alley, so it's very quiet. The main road is very close, so it's easy to find restaurants, shops and visit the beach.

It will be good to offer more shower gel tubes from day one, in order to avoid asking for more every day. 1 tube cannot last for long for 2 persons. Also more hangers would be appreciated and a hairdryer.

В номере дают только 1 карту , и когда ты уходишь холодильник выключается , и там все портиться , это очень неудобно ! Ещё шкаф находится почему-то в ванной комнате , что тоже очень странно и не очень удобно

Muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son amplias, básicas y algo descuidadas en cuanto al estado de estas. El aire acondicionado es viejo pero enfría rápido. Te dejan dos botellas de agua cada día. Preguntad a los trabajadores si queréis hacer alguna actividad que tienen mejores precios que en la mayoría de sitios.

Faltaría algún armario o perchero para dejar las cosas.

Маленькие домики с верандой в центре, это интересно. Тихо, уютно, уединенно. Каждый день дают воду. Уборка по требованию, тоже каждый день. Чисто, доброжелательные сотрудники. Не забываем, что отель с 2 звездой, поэтому много нельзя требовать))) Есть холодильник, чайник с кофе и чаем, шампунь, гель для душа и т.д.. Кондиционера для волос нет. Шкаф в ванной комнате. Сантехника в хорошем состоянии, кровати удобные.

Мало места для хранения вещей. Полотенца для пляжа и купальники приходится сушить на веранде. Желательно всё-таки найти место в номере. Пить чай неудобно, тесно и только одно место, второму приходится сидеть на кровати. В номере плохое освещение.
