At 4am every morning there is very very very loud car racing or motorbikes or something revving engines which will wake you up. there are A LOT of very scary wild dogs outside the hotel in the car park. i counted a group of 17. there are large dustbins very close to the hotel which really smell and this smell carries into the hotel and provides food for the dogs.

The size of room was not enough for a family of 5. Options to book bigger studios or 2 bed room apartment would have been better.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La tranquilidad de no estar justo en la calle principal pero justo al lado. La limpieza y cambio de toallas diario en la habitación. El baño muy limpio. Servicio de lavandería en el establecimiento y reponen las botellas de agua diariamente. Hay ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado. Disponer de una terraza para dejar las cosas mojadas está muy bien.
La piscina tiene que estar más limpia, los azulejos estaban sucios y quizá más tratada el agua.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026C’est un petit hôtel en rez-de-chaussée de Max 20 chambres avec un accès au bout du couloir à une piscine très agréable. L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé, à 5/6min à pieds de la rue animée de pantai cenang. La chambre est agréable et il y a un parking. Je recommande c’était top ! Le service de blanchisserie est top aussi : c’est un peu plus cher qu’à l’extérieur mais le linge est lavé, séché, repassé et plié 👌🏻

À part ça les chambres était assez propre nettoyer tous les jours mais manque d’entretien des équipements dommage Proximité du centre 👍👍

La literie et les oreillers étaient vraiment trop dur pas confort du tout. La climatisation est très mal placée juste au-dessus des lits,

Reviewed May 19, 2026Had a wonderful stay at Sri Embun Resort! The room with 2 queen beds was very spacious and comfortable for our family. The highlight was definitely the shower — strong water pressure and very clean, making it so relaxing after a long day. The resort atmosphere was peaceful and the staff were friendly too. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The pool isn't as clean as it looks but still can be tolerated, The toilet tiles are slippery means wasn't washed properly and I can see yellow stains at the sides. The worst thing is that bedsheets have stains all over. Housekeeping staff isn't helpful either. We wanted to buy some water from the front desk but they ran out of it. My helper approached the housekeeper and asked if she could get some water, but the lady replied no as they have given us some during the housekeeping the day before. My helper even says it's ok, we can buy from them but she still refuses.. no flexibility i guess.. Now to think about it, I should have demand for some as they didnt clean up my other room on the 2nd day of our stay😂😂

衛生間沒有乾濕分離是預期中的，但淋浴在衛生間的正中間，馬桶在最裡面，洗手台靠近進門側，格局很別扭。馬桶墊圈與馬桶不匹配，太小，讓上廁所整個感覺很怪異。房間採光不太好，外面已經天光大亮，但在室內好像天才蒙蒙亮。也許這就是本地特色建築方式吧。

Kamers zijn klein voor als je met zn 4e bent. Weinig licht. Zwembad kan wel wat renovatie gebruiken. Niet echt een gezellig hotel. Maar goed, de prijs is ook laag, dus je moet er niet te veel van verwachten.

Pas vraiment un resort..nécessite un rafraîchissement et les photos sont trompeuses La salle de bain pleine de calcaire (lavabo qui fait sale), la douche au milieu qui mouille tout. La climatisation hyper bruyante, les oreillers trop gros. Pas vraiment équipé pour le nombre de personnes : pas de cuillères, ni de tasses ou verres en nombre.

Some option of cafe/food could have been useful. Place needs some maintenance. Prefer to have a bucket/mug in washroom.

Das gesamte Hotel und die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Es war für uns okay, aber man merkt, dass hier was getan werden muss. Der Pool war zwar ganz nett, aber nicht besonders sauber.

Staff were helpful when we discovered that the door didn't lock and gave us a new room. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Small patio area was nice although view was not great. Lots of car park space and nice pool.
1. The mini bar was in the foyer and locked when the reception was closed. 2. Toilet paper dispenser was by the door and not next to the toilet. 3. Towels were rough

It only takes me less than five minutes to walk from the resort to the beach, and a minute to reach the Monalisa Restaurant, which is a fantastic place for food enthusiasts like me. I absolutely love it and will definitely book a stay here again for my next trip.
None that I can think of. Keep up the good work. I enjoyed the stay.

There were Lizards around not inside the room but in outer areas, may be if property could do something to control it also may be an upgrade to the smart TVs will be needed specially with kids.
