Staff is extremely loud in the morning, they don't care if you want to sleep in or not.

Le petit-déjeuner était malheureusement assez décevant. Il n’était pas très copieux, les choix étaient limités et manquaient de variété. C’est un point qui pourrait vraiment être amélioré.

Piccolo hotel immerso nel verde. La camera King (o Deluxe è la stessa cosa) è molto grande e comoda, con letto kingsize, divano e balcone grande con tavolino + sedie e ventilatore al soffitto. Chiedete la camera al secondo piano vista lago perché hanno più privacy. Staff delizioso. La posizione è perfetta per girare tutta l'isola. Agenzia turistica interna per fare escursioni (ma noi abbiamo utilizzato quelle in città). Appena fuori si può affittare lo scooter. Avevamo preso la camera solo per 2 notti e poi abbiamo esteso fino a 7 notti. Camera rifatta a giorni alterni

Inizialmente la camera non era pulitissima ma lo abbiamo detto e ce l'hanno pulita bene. La colazione è un po' ripetitiva ma c'è tutto, dolce e salato. La piscina è chiusa tra le camere ma va bene per un bagno a fine giornata.

Отличное расположение, до пляжа близко, но при этом далеко от шумной улицы, достаточно спокойно. Рядом много ресторанчиков, есть супермаркет и прачечная за углом.

Грязная уставшая ванная, плитка вся в плесени и налете, ее стоит освежить. И очень, очень надоедливая проблема с насосом для воды. Включаешь воду помыться, проходит 2 минуты и всё вырубается. Ждешь еще минуты 2 и продолжаешь. И так за 30 минут может дойти до 3х раз.

The environment was very great! I really enjoyed the little lake behind the café—plus there was a wild otter that slipped it's way in said lake. The location is also very suitable as it's quite close to tourist attractions such as Cenang Beach.

The pool was a little dirty.

Lo recomiendo 100%, el sitio espectacular, cada cabaña era perfecta y las vistas al estanque súper chulas. Pedimos el servicio de laundry y cuando nos la devolvieron estaba toda doblada y olía perfecto. La ubicación bien para estar cerca de la playa de Pantai Tengah, de Pantai Cenang es 30 min caminando, pero cogiendo moto de alquiler es nada.

El desayuno básico, pero no me quejo

L’armari estava amagat dins del lavabo, la dutxa no tenia porta. El ventilador feia molt soroll per dormir.

Pokój z widokiem na jezioro, palmy i wodę sprzyjał relaksowi, a przestronne i zadbane wnętrze zapewniało komfortowy wypoczynek. Obsługa była niezwykle miła, uważna i szybko reagowała na wszelkie prośby czy trudności. Na plus również regularna wymiana ręczników, uzupełnianie kosmetyków oraz bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Por precio; buena ubicación + desayuno que no está mal. Pero nada más.

Nuestra habitación bastante simple y sucia, las dos sillas del exterior con tela blanca súper sucias y pegajosas, moho por el baño en todas las siliconas y por la habitación lleno de cagadas de lagartijas. La piscina meh… más de lo mismo y los alrededores del lago muy descuidados. La verdad me esperaba otra cosa de este hotel. No un lujo, pero sí una buena limpieza y un orden.

Dinner should be included with room as we are already paying huge amount but best thing is you can bring outside food.

Het hotel ligt in een rustige zijstraat van de doorgaande weg. We hadden een nette, ruime kamer met uitzicht op het meertje waarin we soms otters zagen zwemmen. Het ontbijt was niet heel gevarieerd, maar prima. Op loopafstand zit een supermarktje en verschillende restaurants, maar het strand is wat verder weg. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Het zwembad is een beetje raar... het grenst aan een rij hotelkamers en er zijn verder geen ligbedden voor andere gasten. Dus je kan nergens zitten, tenzij je een van deze kamers hebt geboekt. Het zwembad was niet heel schoon. Verder moesten we bij de receptie vragen om schone handdoeken en toiletpapier, dat werd niet bijgevuld. Onze kamer werd pas schoongemaakt toen we erom vroegen, na 3 dagen.

Limpeza! Primeira noite horrível: fui picada por ácaros e percevejos, fiz reclamação na receção e na Booking! Fizera-me upgrade para outro quarto mais espaçoso, mas a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar! Pequeno-almoço fraco!

In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants. 2 Strände sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das man Fußböden feucht wischen kann ist unbekannt. Unsere Bettwäsche wurde nach 10 Tagen das erste mal gewechselt! Geputzt wird nur nach Aufforderung. Der Pool ist ungepflegt und wird nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig. Der Kaffee war allerdings ausgezeichnet.

Gute Lage. 3 min zum Strand. Roller zum mieten nebenan sowie Restaurants. Frühstück gut und Zimmer sauber. Würden es wieder buchen

Locatie,ruime kamers, mooi aangelegd resort op goede locatie. Vlakbij de hoofdstraat en toch rustig. Wel ff lopen naar steand maar dat vinden wij geen probleem. En hele lekkere koffie en eettentjes om de hoek.

Ontbijt is goed, maar wel iedere dag vrijwel hetzelfde. Nasi lemak is zalig dus voor ons geen probleem.

Le séjour était agréable dans l’ensemble, mais l’emplacement est malheureusement un peu trop éloigné. L’hôtel est assez loin de la plage et, surtout, il n’y a pas d’accès direct pour y aller. Pour sortir le soir, il faut également prévoir un Grab, sinon il faut compter environ 30 minutes à pied, ce qui n’est pas toujours pratique.

Le petit bémol : la chambre n’est pas nettoyée tous les jours. C’est dommage, car avec un service de ménage quotidien, l’expérience aurait été encore meilleure. De plus, comme l’hôtel est entouré de beaucoup d’arbres et de végétation, il y avait pas mal lézards

Bardzo dużym plusem jest Smart TV w pokoju. Pokój duży i przestronny z wieloma szafkami i miejscem na bagaż. Minibarek działał bez zarzutów tak samo jak klimatyzacja. Widać było że pokój jest dobrze posprzątany i przygotowany na gości. Śniadania były skromne ale smaczne i spokojnie dało się nimi pojeść.

Woda w jeziorze niestety nie miała najprzyjemniejszego zapachu więc dla kogoś kto jest wyczulony na takie zapachy może być to kłopotliwe, nam to podczas całego pobytu nie przeszkadzało.

We zijn zó tevreden over dit verblijf, maar als we 1 ding moeten opnoemen, is het dat de airco een onregelmatig brommend geluid maakte.

Zwembad, prima locatie dicht in het buurt van het strand.

Enige minpunt zou kunnen zijn is dat er naast het ontbijt geen eten te bestellen is.

The rooms were fine, quite spacious. There isn't daily cleaning, which didn't bother us, but they'd told us on arrival there was so it was a bit odd. Not far from the beach (about 10 min walk). Handy mart close by. Breakfast was nice.

The pool is nice but no seats, unless the chairs at other rooms around the pool are available.

Chambre spacieuse

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was on the top floor and was huge with a balcony. It was quiet. Breakfast was ok. They changed it daily, so that was nice. Location was close to restaurants and a 24 hour mini mart, which was great. The pool was great to cool off in. We would totally stay here again.

This resort is very peaceful and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is very good.

La seule chose que je retrouverai à dire concerne la piscine; elle n’a a pas vraiment d’équipements, ni de chaises longues, ni d’espaces pour se poser autour. Elle est plutôt réservée aux chambres qui donnent directement sur la piscine. Mais nous n’étions pas vraiment venues pour ça, donc ce n’était pas une déception.

The pool right outside the room was a major plus point, my kids didn’t want to leave because of this.we got the pool room for the first night but it was small and had AC issues.so we shifted to the pool villa, it was spacious and clean.My kids loved the pool and the breakfast (it was kids friendly with nuggets, sausages and beef bacon.

I didn’t like the smell of chlorine coming from the pool and the lake was brown.

L’établissement est très mignon, nous avions la chambre avec vu sur le lac. La chambre est très bien et on peut accéder à la plage en 10 min à pied et 25 min de Pantai Cenang. Le personnel est très chaleureux, ils sont à vos petits soins. La piscine est assez grande est l’eau est très bonne. Petit déjeuner bon et varié côté salé

Le lit et l’oreiller un peu dur et malheureusement nous entendons du coup les grenouilles le soir et pas de rideaux occultant

The location of the resort was perfect. Bathroom was clean and spacious and size of the room was also good. For Indians there is an indian restaurant right beside the resort. Overall the property was value for money.

Lack of few amenities like tooth brushes and toothpaste, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. Though shampoo was provided on the second day when we asked for cleaning only. There were no glasses, only 2 mugs were there. The room was very basic. Very dull wall color. I guess the room can be decorated in a better way. There were only 1 or 2 vegetarian options for breakfast.

The location is great. Close to lots of restaurants, bars etc but on a side street so not noisy. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, we didn't like the breakfast. We tried for 5 mornings but it was always cold. They have a microwave but we didn't want to keep reheating food. We had breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila lo que facilita el descanso. Aunque se encuentra cerca de la playa, al haber hoteles en primera linea de playa, hay que dar un pequeño rodeo de unos 10 minutos caminando para poder poder acceder a la playa. Cerca hay restaurantes, lavandería y tiendas de conveniencia. El Sky Cab se encuentra a 25 minutos en Grab, Kuah a 25 minutos y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Langkawi a 15 minutos. La habitación era muy amplia y bien iluminada. Disponía de espacio para dejar la maleta, zona de perchero, hervidor y nevera, plancha y tabla de planchado y televisor. Había enchufes cerca de la cama. El balcón era muy acogedor con mesa, sillas, cenicero, luz y ventilador. La habitación disponía de aire acondicionado que funcionaba a la perfección y ventilador. Ducha con agua caliente y buena presión.  Las instalaciones en general del hotel son muy bonitas rodeadas de naturaleza. Dispone de una pequeña piscina perfecta para refrescarse del calor. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque era básico estaba muy rico y tenía opciones de dulce y salado, fruta, jugos, café y té.  El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Contraté en recepción dos excursiones: el Island Hopping y el Mangrove Tour. Buen precio y recomendables. 

Las instalaciones están algo descuidadas. La piscina y el área de la piscina estaban un poco sucias.  La limpieza de la habitación y el baño se debería de mejorar.  La ubicación aunque es tranquila se queda algo alejada del centro de Pantai Cenang donde está la mayor parte de restaurantes y comercios.

Super lieve personeel die graag met je meedenkt. Locatie was in de buurt van alles. Je kan een scooter huren net voor de ingang, wat handig was!

Great value place for you stay in langkawi. The location is excellent. Cenang beach is 15 mins away by foot. Great restaurants also near by. What i liked the most was how polite and helpful the staffs were. They were really accommodating and helped me to plan and arrange for our trips. Special thanks to Solehah!

This being a waterfront resort there will be some insects/mosquitoes. I dont think much can be done about this. The breakfast could have been a bit more better. But, given a choice I would stay again here!

The room was in poor condition, I checked the mattress and bedsheets and it was really not cleaned, I only wonder if there are bedbugs. When asked for reimbursement, they offered to change the room but didn't reimburse us. We weren't gonna stay at a hotel that could have bedbugs and is generally not clean. Breakfast is the worse I've tried in the region.

We really enjoyed our stay here, all was fine. Breakfast is great, everyday there was something new. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Malheureusement, le lac était pollué et avait une odeur désagréable. Nous n’avons pas profité des terrasses. Le personnel nous a expliqué que l’arrivée d’eau avait subi une pollution et que le gouvernement se chargeait de remettre en état.

L odeur du bassin. C est une infection. Dommage qu il ne soit pas nettoyé parce que va gache le site. De plus nous prenons le petit dej en terrasse donnant sur le bassin et ca pue.

The location and natural beauty . It is very near of chenag beach and chenag mall.

The toilet was very basic and the facilities were minimal . Breakfast taste was also not up to the mark .

La ubicación está bien, hay comercios y restaurantes en la zona. La amabilidad de las recepcionistas, aunque no compensa la desagradable estancia que hemos pasado.

Estuvieron haciendo trabajos de construcción, los cuales nos avisaron después de nuestra llegada. El ruido de los cortes de los azulejos con la radial llegó a durar en dos ocasiones hasta la noche, un de ellas hasta las 12:15am de la madrugada. Como nos despertaron con el ruido, tuvimos que salir a pedir que pararan. La piscina sólo está preparada para las habitaciones de alrededor. No hay ninguna silla o tumbona para pasar un rato ahí salvo las de las habitaciones circundantes. Probablemente lo peor fue el estanque, el agua estaba putrefacta, y el olor era insoportable. Nos lo advirtieron a la llegada, y aunque la recepcionista no invitaró a cambiar de habitación si nos molestaba, nada podía hacer en las zonas comunes del hotel. El olor estaba en todos lados. No puedo considerar este alojamiento un resort, ya que no proporciona ningún servicio adicional dentro de él.

Is a nice hotel, with fair price and excellent service. Also every day when clean, they let us the AC on , that detail makes us happy because Langkawi is very hot. Some room u can park just in front your room. Also always provide free water. Breakfast was simple but good quality

Maybe can do a bit renovation of the toilets

Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was nice. Plenty of food within walking distance (highly recommend Bobi's Restaurant that's right around the corner) and there was a 24/7 convenience store very close-by to the hotel for all your daily needs. Breakfast was very basic but adequate enough (buffet-style set up serving beans, toast, eggs, fruits, etc.). The main street on Cenang Beach where you can find small street-side shops selling clothes and souvenirs, and a plethora of restaurants is only a short driving distance away, but I reckon it's walk-able if you don't mind the heat and mosquitoes. If you want a hotel that's budget-friendly, not too far away from the main beach area but far enough so it's not too crowded and noisy, I would recommend this place!

The bed and pillows were unfortunately uncomfortable. The bed was solid and there was barely any cushioning on the pillows. Also, the hotel's pond looked very murky and the fish in the pond were gasping on the surface. My partner who's a veterinarian brought up the fish issue with the hotel staff so we're hoping they will proceed to do something about it.

The room was pretty good. Big and clean. Variety food in breakfast.

In front of our room is the stagnant lake emits a very unpleasant odor, somewhere between sewage and rotten eggs. This completely ruined what was good about the hotel. The pool is dirty, poorly maintained, and in dire need of upkeep. In front of it, there's an unfinished construction area that looks neglected.

La propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée, certains espaces manquaient d’entretien et les murs étaient sales. L’isolation laisse également à désirer, avec beaucoup de bruit venant de l’extérieur ou des chambres voisines. L’eau de la piscine piquait fortement les yeux.

Les énormes cafards dans les chambres et sur mon fils ce matin au réveil. Des lits inconfortables, une piscine présentant une bande de saleté visible noire.
