Exceptionally clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Included breakfast, simple, but well cooked and good quality - quick service too. Room made up each day with fresh towels. Good location and parking (this is chargeable). We will return!

Maybe a front door key to let yourself in after Midnight would be useful?

Parking was just street parking on a busy mail road not affiliated with the hotel and then another 10£ was slapped on the bill for parking that was not as advertised

Rather dated could do with new paint/ wallpaper in bedrooms? The door on the bathroom wouldn’t open or close unless you lifted it.

Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast with choice of Full English or Continental. The Full English was also hot and cooked to order rather than standing on a hot plate and only being lukewarm. A very comfortable bed.

The bedroom chair had a damaged leg and felt unsafe to sit on. I am awaiting hip replacement surgery and did not want to risk the chair collapsing under me and ending up on the floor. The chair was changed as soon as I reported it. Later, before going to bed, I was sitting on the toilet and the seat suddenly moved sideways due to it being loose and in need of tightening. I feel the damaged chair and loose toilet seat should have been identified and put right by the staff during routine daily cleaning. The rooms appear very "tired". The bedroom furniture is serviceable but very dated. The wallpaper behind the bed is torn in places and also loose and peeling in places. The bathroom wash basin is modern but the bath has chipped enamel. The shower is over the bath which has high sides making it difficult to get into (particularly with a bad hip).

No lift for buggy users with kids , hard to use bath in room because shower wall in way of taps so very hard to control temperature , you have to stand in bath to be able make sure not to hot I learned that mistake by burning my foot

The room had moulds. The entire hotel was quite old and needs renovation. Even the breakfast served was not worth the amount we paid for this hotel. The staff members were rude and unpleasant.

The hotel was in a good location for us visiting family in the area. The room was comfortable & clean. Tea & coffee available in the room. We had a room with air con, which was a blessing because it was extremely hot. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic! Great value for money.

The location and the view of aircraft museum.

The building wasn't great, the room and the furniture were not great. And the guest couldn't not just manage to spend a night out the 5 nights.

The shower in my first room was broken and there was a large damp mould patch in the corner of the bedroom. After first refusing to move my room they finally did and the second room had ripped curtains and the hot tap for the bath and barely worked. As a short 1 night stop for a bed its fine but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 1 night. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

For the price, the hotel met my expectations overall. However, some basic maintenance could be improved. In my room, the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall, which could have been easily fixed with a small amount of wallpaper paste. A little more attention to these details would improve the overall appearance and experience.

Parking was not included in the price of the stay and would have incurred an additional £10 charge. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and transparent in letting us know that free parking was available on the public road outside the hotel. We appreciated their honesty and helpfulness.

The beds were comfortable and it was good that there was a fan in the room. Toiletries and tea/coffee facilities were good.

The wall attachment for the shower was broken so you could not stand up to have a shower. Also there was minimum water pressure and the mixer did not work giving either very hot or cold water. The sink needed to be flushed through as it took some time to drain. The Full English was disappointing and just appeared to be re-heated rather than cooked. The continental would have been the better option.

Very expensive and very disappointing. The room was advertised as being something special and it wasn’t. No bedside tables or plug socket. Tiny bathroom. Downstairs was soulless and nowhere to sit outside, the light on the front porch is hanging off so not a great entrance. The place had a smell of curry about it and the breakfast was not great, very greasy potato rostie and they don’t know how to cook scrambled eggs.

No hairdryer! Having to pay for parking as a resident, could not lock the windows especially as there was a flat roof right outside the our room. The room could have better locks on the door, if I was staying on my own I would not have felt safe. No key to the main front door so if you are out, a d arrive after midnight you have to ring a number and someone opens the door...good job we didn't get back at 3.00am! Our room was good, but looked tired.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were pleasant.

The room was very hot. No air conditioning and I was on the top floor. It wasn't possible to stand under the shower because of the short shower rail which was fixed to a wall in which met the eaves of the roof.

Very easy to acces the hotel good location and reasonable prices. Breakfast was good too .

The decor is outdated, the carpets were grubby and damaged. The furniture was dirty. The refreshments were hidden in the wardrobe and we were not told about them being there. The hot waster is not regulated and a scold risk. My daughter had to wait 1.30min to be able to put her hand in the bath to take the plug out to add cold water.

Parking Fee of £10.00 NOT Necessary as it was NOT Secure Parking Shower did not work - Member of staff offered to let me use another room but I was already dressed and in my suit and tie for work and leaving in 10mins! Breakfast scrambled eggs were very very dry and such a small portion similar to the beans portion! The heat within the room was too high, I spent the night sweating!

Comfortable. Nice staff. No frills. Having breakfast there was a nice bonus. Although I have no complaints I would probably find somewhere different if I were to stay in Farnborough again.

Short 3 min walk along the road and I was at the aviator hotel where I was attending a conference. I was able to park my car for the 2 days in one of the falcon hotels allotted parking spots in front of reception, for a total of £10. The room was quiet, safe, had a very comfortable and clean bed and warm shower. Fresh linen and a few essentials like shower cap/shower gel etc. as a female solo traveller I felt safe staying here, safer actually than I have done at many other hotels I’ve visited.

The windows didn’t have blinds so it was either draw the curtains or feel like anyone on the road side could have a good look in! (I chose to draw curtains!)

The whole package met my needs and was perfect, this wasn't my first stay and will be staying again

Wallpaper held on with drawing pins!! 2 cracks in bathroom sink!!! Broken dressing table chair “couldn’t sit on it cause it was too wobbly!!! Curtains shabby and shredded!!! No Hairdryer!!! Walls water stained!!! People in the next room shouting and rowing until 3am!!! No hot water in sink taps!!!

The bed was put together badly, with the planks upside down and duly collapsed, meaning I had to remake it.

Room No.4 there was a noise (just like someone was slamming the door) coming from somewhere approximately every 5 minutes, I reported to the manager but they were not aware of it and hopefully they will find the source and fix it.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was simple but good and came out fast. I'd say the room was slightly cold but blanket was provided! The smart TV in the room was a lovely touch. Very pleasant stay, thank you!!

Breakfast was good with varied choice of foods. Friendly and efficient check in.

Decor in the room was very tired. Carpets needed a good clean or replacement and bed, pillows were uncomfortable. Nice toiletries, towels and bathroom was clean.

Good value for money. The room was a little tatty but at this price point, you got the basics right which is what matters. Honestly pretty hard to criticize.

If i have to criticize - TV is a bit tiny, 240v sockets (or usb ports but these would wear out faster) next to the beds, just higher than the bedside table would be very useful to charge devices overnight.

Hot breakfast was poor, hash brown not fully cooked, no salt and pepper available. It was very poor standard

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast I cannot fault was excellent and filling. We was in room 4 everything was lovely and clean and tidy bed was comfortable, glazing was excellent and quiet.

The only thing that let the room down was the decor and and up to date draws but did not effect our stay whatsoever.

Bed and room were comfortable and well appointed, full Englaish breakfast was very good and serving staff very polite and halpful.

I don't remember there being sucha large fee for parking when booking and hence felt the £10 figure excessive. There was an option to park on the busy road outside and may have chosen had I realised such a large fee was involved otherwise.
