Absolutely nothing

Great location less then 5 minutes from old town. Car park nearby but very busy and from the carpark it’s a steep walk up stairs to get to hotel but all Manageable. Lovely room with high ceiling, comfortable bed - all very clean. The staff we saw were very helpful although on arrival there were dirty plates in the communal area. Great access to room (via phone) so all very easy to check in and gain access. Overall good stay.

Shower leaked when used which is a design fault so water went all over the bathroom floor and into bedroom - the shower head was held in place with what appeared to be paper. Safe was broken (or had been locked by previous occupier so we couldn’t use it). Front door to building didn’t shut, but didn’t ruin stay.

The bed was very comfortable. Well equipped bathroom. Plunge pool outside with sunloungers which was very much appreciated during the summer seadon. Breakfast was well supplied and staff were accommodating. Had a small kettle plus coffee machine with tea / coffee supplies

The room was nice and comfortable. It was quiet and a great location close to everything that I needed in Ostuni, and also close to the parking area which was handy because I had hired a car. The breakfast was nice and freshly prepared by two lovely ladies.

I didn't really like the lack of reception staff and not getting a key for my room. I didn't like that I had to take my phone with me every time I left the room, or I would not be able to enter again. The design of the bathroom was strange, I had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet which wasn't great when the floor was wet. The breakfast was very nicely prepared but I thought it strange I had to pay extra for eggs, I would of preferred more choices of egg dishes that were included in the price.

O check in não foi difícil mas foi burocrático. Como eles não tem staff, tem que fazer check in online, incluindo escanear todos os documentos. Algo trabalhoso. Mas depois disso foi bem tranquilo o link para e rafa e saída

The place is amazing and location perfect

The check in: it has to be done in advance and this is not a problem although not very user friendly. The issue is that we had problems to access one room and no one gave us phone assistance for the following few hours. Not very nice when you had a long drive to get there.

La camera ha una porta in vetri verso strada e va migliorata la copertura della tenda interna. Il link per ingresso non ha funzionato troppo bene. La zona piscina molto bella ma andrebbe un po’ sistemata.

We loved the architecture. The bed was really comfortable. The pool area was fabulous both inside and out. Exceptional situation right in the old town. Staff very friendly. Aircon great.

We didnt have a wardrobe which wasnt a major issue and the shower floor was slippy without a mat. Very minor points

Muy bonito y acogedor.. Decoración bonita, nos gustó mucho la piscina de la terraza .

Los problemas para hacer el checking , tuvimos problemas y al llegar al hotel casi sin batería en el móvil, teníamos que hacer selfie en la puerta del hotel, nunca nos había pasado esto. Pero la habitación y las instalaciones, nos encantaron.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the most perfect location - a much needed rooftop pool to plunge into on a sunny hot August day!

Make sure you do the self check in in plenty of time as it was a little tricky for us but the hosts are so helpful and sorted it when I called!

High tap over sink made a mess

Ein sehr schöner Ort. es gibt auch ein Pool auf dem Dach. Das Zimmer ist gross und einzigartig. es ist nicht weit vom Zentrum. Es ist ruhig.

Das Online Check Inn hat nicht funktioniert das Datum meiner Identitätskarte hat es nicht genommen. Es wurde mir dann über das Whats App geholfen. Im Internet ist auch eine falsche Adresse und ich hatte eine Zeitlang suchen müssen. Mir wurde aber immer geholfen.

The rooms are gorgeous no doubt about that. And the location is good

The checking in system is terrible, really complicated. they really need to review this. Another couple had to give us the code for the front door we wasn’t given this. Everyone had the same problem and one couple arrived at 11pm and couldn’t get in. No problem with the self check in with codes, they just need to supply these in a normal way. Like the other 5 hotels we have been to on this trip. No wardrobe or anywhere to put your clothes or hang up. The lovely ladies who make breakfast come at 6.15 6.30 and are banging around really noisy. The communication is not great I tried emailing l, the chat bot and WhatsApp no answer when I was trying to get in. The I got a message saying they were at my disposal which they want at all. I asked how to get football on the tv ( again really complicated) and no reply The pool is ok, the wood around it is coming off, there was glass all over the floor and screws. Had to make sure me and my kid had shoes on.

Beautiful room, loved the decor and plenty of space there. Comfortable bed. Very tech. Loved the communal areas and small Pool upstairs, very peaceful up there. Beautiful bathroom with great power shower, very modern.

Struggled to get in initially with it being no contact or check in. I think older people would struggle with this. We got used to it after a couple of times but I found it stressful initially. Would be useful to have someone on hand just for the check in for a set time to let people in and show them in person what to do. The taps in the bathroom sinks were raised too high above the sinks. It looked nice but it wasn’t functional as the water wasn’t reaching the sink and was just splashing everywhere else. The taps need to be shorter so the water actually goes into the sink.

Virkelig dårlig check in digitalt, skrev forkert kode til dør, skrev vi ikke måtte benytte pool og først da jeg dokumenterede, at det stod i annoncen, ændrede de på det. Aircon var så besværlig at vi ikke kunne få den i gang igen. Hvis du ville have æg til morgenmad kostede det €5 ekstra. Virkelig et ringe sted i forhold til hvor dyrt det var

Excellent location, good bathroom and diffuser on hair dryer.

The entry system. It was hard to follow the instructions and the door handle wouldn't open. It took us an hour in the mid afternoon heat to gain access. Too much reliance on technology that didn't work and after ringing the offsite staff, ended up needing to use a manual key. Pool was unclean, not enough beds, and most were in the shade. Air conditioning didn't work properly.

le seul bemol est l arrivée dans la chambre le systeme d'ouverture de porte est tellement compliqué on a mis 45 mn pour arriver a ouvrier les 2 portes personne n etait joignable une veritable honte d'ailleurs ceci est fort dommage car cela nous a mis dans un stress alors que nous somme en vacances. nous voyageons beaucoup mais ce systeme la est le pire que nous ayons rencontré cela donne de suite une mauvaise image alors que tout le reste est parfait. Merci au tres gentilles dames du petit dejeuner qui étaitent toujours la pour que notre sejour se passe au mieux.

j ai mis la note de 1 a cause de ce systeme pour entrer dans la chambre une véritable catastrophe 45 mn pour enfin pouvoir ouvrir la porte est personne de disponible au téléphone ou sur place pour nous aider.

The room was spacious, clean and had great amenities. Location is superb.

No staff present. At 2.30am, the room next door was stormed by police and the door opened by firemen. It sounded like people were trying to break into our room. As there were no hotel staff present, we had no idea what was going on. It was terrifying. The entry system was problematic at times.

There are no staff at checkin. If you need assistance You have to contact by phone. In our case the QR code did not work and it took us over 30 minutes to access the room. telephone support assumed it was our error and asked us to do obvious things before accepting there was an issue with the software eventually a code to lock a box containing a physical key. Was provided The cleaning staff were friendly and resolved an issue with the safe which was locked in closed position.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté du lieu, la décoration sobre et chic, le spa sur la terrasse, ainsi que la bouteille offerte à notre accueil.

Les escaliers sont un peu hauts et rudes.

Sehr schöne und edle Zimmer, sauber, gefüllte Minibar, großes Bett, großzügig mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln. Sehr stylisch, großes Bad.

Keine Hilfe beim Self-Checkin. Ohne Internetverbindung kein Checkin möglich. In dem Zimmer, dem ich war, konnte man in der Dusche auf der Toilette beobachtet werden, da die Vorhänge nicht breit genug waren.

It was a little tricky to do the check-in on line, but with the assistance of email support we finally managed.

Location was very convenient. Parking was just a few minutes away.

It wasn’t easy to enter the unit. Luckily the wifi worked from outside of the building since the code to to get in didn’t work

Arredamento molto bello e ricercato, dimensioni della camera generose, pulizia, gusto personale dell'host, qualità di lenzuola cuscini e asciugamani. Accortezza di fare trovare anche un ombrello in camera in caso di pioggia.

Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà ad entrare con il check in online ma abbiamo ricevuto pronta assistenza telefonica con un codice alternativo. Forse migliorerei il terrazzo con qualche cuscino in più magari

Everything was amazing, our favourite hotel in Italy so far. Room was large and very well appointed. Stylish, great facilities and lovely balcony. Rooftop pool was great to cool off. Breakfast was expansive and excellent quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Ostuni, Puglia — without a doubt one of the best venues we’ve ever stayed at. The entire property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning rustic design, gorgeous limewashed walls, and so much attention to detail throughout. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and everything was spotless from start to finish. Our room was absolutely fantastic — genuinely one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The layout, décor, and overall design of the property were exceptional, blending luxury with authentic rustic charm perfectly. The bathroom was lovely, and the facilities were second to none. Every aspect of the stay felt thoughtfully designed and high quality. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ostuni and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The only minor point we would mention is that the entry and access system took a little getting used to. We adapted quickly, but we did notice some elderly couples staying occasionally struggled with accessing entry.

インターネットが到着時から翌朝8時くらいまで（外部と）つながらず、自分の携帯に頼らざるを得ず、それも容量がギリギリだったので困った。ドアを開けるのに2時間かかった。連絡しても返事なし。近くの商店のWifiを借りてようやくつながった。物理的キーがなかったので鍵をかけるのが怖かった。 翌朝は、朝食げ始まっているのに、従業員が人が食べている横で床掃除を平然と続けていた。

Great location as very close to all the attractions, shops and restaurants of the old town of Ostuni. Unique boutique accommodation with lovely common areas and a heated pool. Loved the medieval feel of the room. Walking distance to everything we needed and the vibrant old town.

Sauber, hübsch u stylisch - mitten im Zentrum - extrem liebes u hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal mit außergewöhnlichem Frühstück. Der Pool ist geheizt u sehr gepflegt. Ruhig obwohl im Zentrum.

Der Smart Check in war etwas naja - wenn das Internet nicht funktioniert bissi umständlich, am Ende alles gut.

Sfeervol maar toch modern appartement in het oude centrum. Zwembad op het dakterras is klein maar fijn. Check-in ging digitaal, contact met het personeel hieromtrent verliep prima.

Excellent location and beautiful rooms designed in local Ostuni stone. The quality is fantastic for a very comfortable stay, the morning breakfast was well worth the costs and the staff were very helpful and engaging.

La ubicación y el edificio antiguo precioso

La dificultad para abrir las puertas que solamente se podía hacer mediante Internet, online. Había que volver a la reserva de Booking para encontrar el e-mail y desde ahí abrir la puerta del edificio y de la habitación y así una vez tras otra muy cómodo se ahorran personal, pero es incómodo para los clientes

l'accès se fait en digital 100%, nous sommes restés bloqués devant la porte et par chance un autre voyageur nous a ouvert. j'ai eu beau tenté de joindre le service sans succès. vraiment pas cool. tout dépend de votre connexion internet. plutôt stressant.

È già la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa meravigliosa struttura. Situata ne cuore di Ostuni, offre tutto quello che si possa desiderare. Amiamo la piscina situata sul rooftop (si può usare anche in questo periodo dato che è riscaldata), l’accoglienza delle camere e la meravigliosa colazione.

Se devo trovare una pecca, questa volta essendo tornati ad aprile, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il riscaldamento.. risolto poco dopo facendo dei tentativi.
