The TV did not have international channels, as we are by the lake the fruit juice at breakfast had to be covered with a paper towel and it was covered in flies. The breakfast could have more options. Stronger aircon required in the summer

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The host Luciano was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is a short walk to the town centre and there are a few restaurants and cafes nearby.
The hotel is older than the pictures allow you to see.. we had a couple of issues with the room which the hotel team were very helpful with fixing.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Śniadanie było typowo włoskie - na słodko ale znalazło się też trochę mięska :-). Wielkim atutem jest lokalizacja i dobra restauracja (oczywiście o smakach się nie dyskutuje) tuż obok. 20minut na nogach do głównej promenady.
Do czego mogę się przyczepić to brak jakiegoś czajnika i szklanek w pokoju, krzesła w pokoju (jedno na trzy osoby to trochę mało) oraz do czystych lecz leciwych ręczników.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026We werden perfect en fijn ontvangen door de gastvrouw! We waren aan de vroege kant voor inchecken, maar daar maakte ze geen probleem van. We konden al de sleutel van onze kamer al krijgen zodat wij Lecco in konden en ze brachten zelf als de kamer gereed was onze tassen naar de kamer. Alles werd super uitgelegd, en ze liet ons zien waar we de auto gratis konden parkeren.
Ontbijt was niet heel bijzonder of uitgebreid, maar daar was de prijs ook naar.

Il précise un parking mais ce n'est qu'un parking public ou il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour ce garer. Compliqué car les places suivantes sont payantes. La douche n'était pas très propres, trave de saleté dans les rayures de la douches. Pas de possibilité de se faire une petit café ou thé car pas de bouilloire, ni verre sauf si nous allons au bar de l'hôtel au tarif TRES excessif.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Дуже сподобався персонал готелю, затишок і справжній італійський колорит. Тут дійсно відчувається Італія з помірною кількістю туристів. Поряд є великий супермаркет, який постійно працює (і в сієсту). Ввечорі можна прогулятися пірсом біля озера спокійно і затишно. Номер чистий, рушників достатньо, сніданок скромненький, але є. Кондиціонер в номері, холодильник. Парковка дуже близько до готелю безкоштовна, але місць небагато - головне встигнути зайняти місце. В 10 хвилинах ходьби є ще одна більше.
Готель, звичайно вже повідавший види, старенький. Нам дістався рушник з диркою, до центру пішки з дітьми хвилин 20 йти, але нам це не зіпсувало нашу відпустку. Можу рекомендувати

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut klimatisiert. Die Lage war sehr schön - direkt am Wasser aber etwas abgelegen was wir sehr positiv fanden. Man kann in wenigen Gehminuten das Zentrum von Lecco erreichen. Das Restaurant direkt nebenan war auch sehr zu empfehlen. Tipp bei der Anreise: Nehmen Sie nicht die ganze schmale Einbahnstraße sondern 2 Straßen weiter rein 😉

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Pudimos entrar a la habitación antes de lo que prevé el hotel (check in 3pm). En nuestro caso teníamos habitación con terraza sin haberla elegido. Pudimos traernos comida y cenar tranquilamente por la noche en la terraza. El desayuno lo podíamos hacer en un comedor interior o en las mesitas que tienen en la entrada del hotel. Elegimos fuera ya que se estaba bien por la mañana y el lugar era muy tranquilo.

Pas de restauration sur place mais vu le quartier pas trop grave!

Parcheggio: la scheda Booking riporta sia "Parking" che "Free parking" tra i servizi principali. In realtà non esiste alcun parcheggio privato o convenzionato: alla richiesta di informazioni, il personale ha indicato di cercare autonomamente nelle strade limitrofe, dove è in vigore il disco orario. Un'indicazione fuorviante che ha complicato inutilmente l'arrivo. Accoglienza: telefonica e in loco, il tono è stato sbrigativo e poco disponibile. Struttura: arredi datati, moquette consumata, pulizia approssimativa — muffe nella doccia nonostante i sanitari rinnovati, macchie sul tovagliato della colazione. Camera: Insonorizzazione quasi assente.

Los cafés recién hechos por la mañana a tu gusto o esos dulces que se llaman "besos de dama" que trae de una pastelería, dicen mucho de lo que cuida su hotel. La habitación, tenía balcón y fue maravilloso, poder cenar en la terraza. Las habitaciones son amplias.
Es un edificio histórico, así que no hay ascensor y te toca subir con la maleta hasta la habitación. Pero merece la pena el esfuerzo. No hay playa cerca (al menos andando). Pero, si eres como nosotrxs, q solemos estar el día en ruta, no es importante.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Bardzo słabe śniadanie. Z rzeczy ktore moge zjeść tj bez słodyczy - wystawiono sam chleb i masło, ale bez serów czy mięsa. Dopiero na prośbę przyniesiono po 4 plasterki sera, salami i szynki - ale to na wszystkich na sali. Następnego dnia - powtórka, z tym zastrzeżeniem że nie bylo nawet chleba, a jedynie pokrojona bagietka.

Non c'è il parcheggio privato. Bell'immadiata vicinanza ci sono i parcheggi pubblici liberi. Un poco più distante mi sembra di aver visto un parcheggio a pagamento. Hotel un pò buio in ingresso.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Большая терраса номера. Если вы не сильно требовательны к чистоте - можете заселяться. Постель чистая и удобная. Душевая удобная с хорошим напором воды. Мухина, который нас заселял внимательный и доброжелательный.
Номерной фонд старый, утренней смене всё было безразлично. Кондиционирование номеров отключено до июня, в номере душно, открыть окна у вас не получится- много мошек летит от воды.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Sehr schön am Fluss gelegen; Frühstück gut; Hinweis: Das direkt daneben liegende Restaurant macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Wir haben es leider nicht genutzt und stattdessen in der Stadt (1km entfernt) gegessen: Keine gute Idee!
Parkplätze befinden sich nicht im bzw am Hotel. Man kostenlos in der Strasse parken, wenn man denn einen freien Platz findet. Wir hatten Glück, aber trotz absoluter Vorsaison alles zugeparkt!

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Albergo con i suoi anni sia internamente che esternamente ma tenuto molto bene e pulito in tutte le stanze, in un contesto di posizione storica che lo fa diventare molto suggestivo, Abbiamo apprezzato molto la nostra stanza in quanto dotata di tutti i servizi , molto spaziosa, e con un letto davvero comodo, Che dire poi della bellissima terrazza che dava sul fiume Adda e sul monte Resegone. Proprietari gentili e premurosi.
Colazione basica ma migliorabile.

Bè si vede che una struttura rimessa a nuovo ma con tante problematiche,i bagni sono chiusi senza finestre.insomma a delle piccole pecche,ma per il prezzo direi che va benissimo così.limportante e la pulizie e devo dire che e pulitissimo

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Hotel je na hezkém místě, trochu dál od centra, ale jede tam autobus nebo je to hezká procházka kolem vody. Milá paní na recepci.
Snídaně je spíš podprůměrná. Měli jsme podkrovní pokoj, jenom střešní okna, takže žádný výhled. To by ještě tolik nevadilo, ale okna nedržela otevřená, v pokoji bylo vedro (v říjnu) a hrozný zápach z cigaretového kouře. Nešly ani zatáhnout rolety. No, už jsme bydleli i líp a poměr cena/kvalita je dost nepřívětiva i ve srovnání s evropskými metropolemi.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025Szép kis hotel közvetlenül a vízparton. A hölgy aki végig ott volt, a szobát adta és a reggelinél is ő szolgált fel, nagyon kedves volt! Finom reggelit és kávét kaptunk! Közvetlenül a szomszédban van egy fantasztikus étterem, háromszor is ott vacsoráztunk!
A wc deszkára már ráférne egy csere....

Hôtel à l'arrivée éteint et vide. Respectioniste sentant la transpiration et non accueillante, apprêtée. Petit déj catastrophique très à manger, pas de conditionnement individuel ne pouvant pas connaître la d ouverture des yaourt et jambon. Biscuits secs mous... Hygiène douteuse dans les chambres Pas de parking alors que l'annonce en faisait part. Il faut réussir à trouver une place dans la rue quand on rentre tard pas facile. A FUIRE

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Location on the lake was amazing. Made for nice morning and evening walks. Old school hotel run by a charming pair. Rooms were dated, but fit the character perfectly.
While we received seemingly fresh towels in the morning, they had this mildewy smell - like they were washed but not enough soap was used.

Pas de parking gratuit. Douche pas vraiment propre ainsi que les tapis sales. Personne à l’arrivée, on aurait dit un hôtel abandonné. Vieil hôtel qui manquait beaucoup d’amour.

Posizione non proprio centrale. 20 minuti a piedi e alla sera quartiere che a piedi sconsiglierei. Di giorno invece è carino.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See war gut. Das nebenliegende Lokal ist toll, mit gutem Essen.
Das Hotel war vor 30 - 40 Jahren sicherlich auch mal richtig schön, aber es ist ziemlich runtergekommen. Gott sei Dank hatte das Bad/Toilette ein Fenster, das sich öffnen lies, damit der Gestank etwas entweichen konnte. Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und gehört ausgetauscht. Selbst das Frühstück war lieblos.

La pulizia della camera era piuttosto sommaria, quella del bagno da rivedere completamente, in particolare la doccia.
