Leider war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das mit Abstand größte Problem war das Bett. Sowohl die Matratzen als auch die Unterkonstruktion sind qualitativ wirklich sehr, sehr schlecht. Überspitzt gesagt: Wer Lust auf einen Bandscheibenvorfall hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Bereits nach zwei Nächten hatte ich so starke Rückenschmerzen, dass es für mich schlicht nicht mehr möglich war, weiter in diesem Bett zu schlafen. Ich musste schließlich auf die Couch ausweichen – und das sollte bei einem Hotelaufenthalt definitiv nicht notwendig sein. Ein vernünftiges Bett und eine zumindest akzeptable Schlafqualität gehören für mich zu den absoluten Grundvoraussetzungen eines Hotels. Auch der Check-in war leider unnötig zeitaufwendig und umständlich. Gerade wenn die Buchung über Booking.com erfolgt und die relevanten Daten bereits vorliegen, würde man heutzutage einen deutlich schnelleren und effizienteren Ablauf erwarten. Insgesamt hat insbesondere die miserable Schlafqualität meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt. Bei einem Hotel kann man über kleinere Mängel hinwegsehen – bei einem Bett, auf dem man nach zwei Nächten aufgrund von Rückenschmerzen nicht mehr schlafen kann, hört für mich allerdings das Verständnis auf.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026El personal es maravilloso súper amables todos los recepcionistas, muy práctico todo y una zona de aparcamiento gratuito enorme muy cercano. Habitación simple y básica pero cama muy cómoda. Hay mucho joven como es normal en san antonio. La piscina muy bien. Ofrecen ducha de cortesía si tu vuelo es tarde asique estupendo!
Los baños, en concreto las duchas necesitan una mejora. Hace falta secador de pelo.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El personal ha sigut el millor del viatge. Molta amabilitat, facilitat i simpatia. Han sigut atents amb nosaltres tot el temps. Ens van deixar dutxar-nos al final del dia després d'haver fet ja el check-out, ens van donar bosses amb regals. Molt detallistes!
L'ambient a la piscina i altres hostes bastant mal educats, adolescents de 20 anys fent mal ús de les instal·lacions, bevent i embrutant per tot on passaven.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre but only a 10 minute walk to the bus station for easy access to the team of Ibiza, especially the night clubs with dedicated buses in the evenings though to club closing times all over the island. Will definitely stay here again for my next Ibiza trip.
Although I asked well in advance for an early check in, hotel didn't respond .. but to be fair you still have access to all the facilities before check in and the day of departure after check out.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026When I came into the room, it looked clean, but when I took a closer look, I saw that the bathtub was covered in stains, as was the mirror, and even the dishes in the kitchen weren't perfectly clean. I had to wash everything all over again. I wish it had been cleaner before guests arrived.The bathroom in the room was also very small, and I couldn't take a bath properly.

Mas opciones en las máquinas de comida y bebida La pileta cierra a las 19hs (lógico) pero yo le buscaría la vuelta para que los turistas tengan un lugar donde reunirse

I had an amazing week at the hotel and was genuinely planning to return in September. Unfortunately, my final day completely changed my view of the experience. While we were out, two female housekeeping staff entered the room to clean after my friend extended her stay. When I returned, my hand-luggage suitcase had clearly been opened and searched through. The suitcase was left partially open with items hanging out of it, and it was obvious that whoever had gone through it was unable to close it again. I know this was not an accident, as the case was extremely difficult to close and took considerable effort even when I packed it myself. Nothing appears to be missing, but that is not really the point. Had the suitcase been closed properly, I would never have known it had been opened. I was travelling with expensive jewellery and other valuables, and there is every possibility that items could have been removed without me realising until I arrived home. I find it completely unacceptable that my personal belongings were interfered with in this way. Guests should be able to leave their possessions in their room without worrying that someone will go through them while they are out. This incident has unfortunately overshadowed what was otherwise a fantastic holiday and has left me questioning whether I would feel comfortable staying at the hotel again. I would like this matter investigated and would appreciate a response explaining how the hotel intends to address it.

Great location, walking distance to everything, and it was really nice having the pool as a place to hang out and cool off during the day. Will stay here next time we’re in Ibiza for sure!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Eigentlich fast alles. Gutes Internet, gute und leise Klimaanlage, ruhige Lage, so dass mann nachts die Balkontür offen lassen konnte, Supermarkt ca. 300 m enfernt. Ausreichend Liegen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, so dass laute Nachbarn die Nachtruhe stören. Hier kann man dann aber den Sicherheitsdienst einschalten.
