Hôtel très agréable, grande chambre confortable et très agréable avec grand balcon, petit déjeuner varié et servi à volonté jusqu’à 13:30, 👍, piscine très propre, salle de gym, décoration moderne et cosy, proche de la plage, restaurants, boutiques. Personnel très sympathique à la réception.

Sehr gute Fruhstückssmoothies. Angenehme Betten. ACHTUNG....als Pärchen Spanngurte nicht vergessen, sonst rutschen die Betten auseinander. Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem sehr gute Lage zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Genau gegenüber ist ein Cannabis Social Club, wo man ohne Probleme als Touri einkaufen darf.😜

Balkon war jetzt nicht so der Brüller. Man hatte lediglich Seitenblick aufs Meer, wenn man sich über das Geländer gebeugt hat. Der Rest war in Ordnung, nur eben nichts für Balkonfetischisten. Beim Brunch gab es viele Zutaten (Chips, Pommes, Kartoffeln...) aber wenig "Hauptgerichte" wie zB ein kleines Schnitzel, Wiener oder Chicken Wings.

The aircon was terrible it didn’t work half of the stay and we was hot while sleeping. We got fresh towels every two days but didn’t find the room to be the cleanest.

The staff were really kind and the hotel interior was very nice and clean.

The pool hours were very bad, you can only use it in the middle of the day. The location of the hotel was very bad and there is no parking or parking lot in that area. We were struggling to find a parking space the whole time. The breakfast time was at 8 am, which is very late and you can't actually leave the hotel early in the morning.

Beliggenhed, Air condition på værelset og meget unge indlogerende. Der manglede håndspriti buffet, som ikke var pengene værd.

I really liked the service; they are truly pleasant.

Toller Brunch. Der Pool ist gut. Der Sitzbereich in der Lobby und Außen ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist klein aber ausreichend. Die Lage ist 30 Minuten von der Schinkenstraße zu Fuß, also gerade noch ok.

Der Fitness Bereich ist offen ohne Klimaanlage. Die Umgebung hat mich etwas schockiert, es ist sehr schmutzig, es stinkt und die Häuser drum herum sind sehr herunter gekommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war gruselig. Viele Tauben mit den Hinterlassenschaften auf dem Balkon. Einen Parkplatz nach 24 Uhr zu finden ist nicht möglich. Wir haben nach 60 Minuten Suche am Ballermann geparkt und sind mit dem Taxi zum Hotel gefahren.

El hotel está muy limpio. Tiene un bufet libre desde las 8 hasta las 13:30 sin límite de veces. Los empleados son todos muy atentos y amables. El camarero Rafael es majísimo, y Pilar que es una de las limpiadoras, nos ha guiado y recomendado sitios que visitar. Super atentos en todo momento. La habitación siempre muy limpia y muy amplia. Tiene una mini nevera que viene genial.

The al The elevators work very slowly, and there are 2 elevators, so there are very long waiting times. The brunch is unlimited until 1:30 PM, yes, because you can only sit for 10 minutes since it is 30 degrees inside without air conditioning. Also, that the pool only opens at 11 am and closes at 6 pm. Had to exchange dirty towels twice. Afterwards, I was fed up, so I went to wash my own towels for €4 with self-add fabric softener. The door from the room is like you must wrestling match It weighs I think 50 kilo. The neighbourhood felt like I was in the Favellas in Brazil

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the food was good. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively affected by an unpleasant incident on the first day. I left my wallet in the room, but luckily it was empty, as I had already taken all my documents and cards with me. Someone entered my room and took the wallet, which had been left in plain sight. I reported the incident to reception, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up or response from the hotel. It was a very unpleasant experience, and for the rest of my stay I felt stressed and uncomfortable whenever I left my room. It’s a shame, because otherwise I had a good impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of response to the theft made me question the safety and security of the hotel.

Me gustó el hotel porque todo está cerca a parte que el Arenal es el área más de fiesta y restaurantes

Hemos pagado 700€ por 4 noches para dos personas, y la puerta del balcón o de la pequeña terraza no cerraba a llave por lo que da un poco de miedo que de una habitación a otra alguien pase a robar, además de que un día las personas que pasan limpiando la habitación dejaron la puerta principal abierta, fácilmente alguien podría haber entrado a robar, he señalado este incidente en recepción y únicamente me han dicho que lo sentían, no tan amable, creo que es algo muy grave eso.

The location was very convenient, close to the beach and beachfront shops and restaurants around the "Ballermann" area. The pool had a very good size and there were enough sunloungers available at any given time. Being able to have a complimentary shower (on the ground floor) after check-out to freshen up before our flight was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was big with loads of choice. The rooms were clean and had everything you need if you're only staying for a few nights.

Комфортный отель, со стильным дизайном и отзывчивым персоналом. Очень порадовало наличие бассейна в отеле, а также удобная инфраструктура. Уборка номера каждый день, замена постельного, полотенец по просьбе клиента. Очень близко парочка очень приятных аутентичных ресторанчика, супермаркет, магазины со всякими мелочами и конечно же море в шаговой доступности. Однозначно рекомендую отель. Спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство!

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid maar kwalitatief iets minder. De voorzieningen waren top, waaronder groot zwembad. Personeel was niet altijd heel vrolijk maar hielp waar het nodig was.

Toller self-check-in (wir kamen erst nach 00.00 uhr an) und tolles Frühstücksbuffet bis 13.30 Uhr! So kann man auch zwei mal am Tag den "Brunch" nutzen. Zimmer gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit Balkon. Der Eingangsbereich sehr schön gestaltet. Poolanlage mit Liegen, Toiletten und Duschen. Fitnessraum im Aussenbereich. Fußläufig zum Strand, günstiger Supermarkt ebenso. Busanbindung auch gut Fuß erreichbar. Gäste rücksichtsvoll.

Breakfast was superb, great variety and delicious food. Rooms are nice and tidy. Pool area was really good, clean and peaceful. Check-in kiosks were a bit hit and miss but staff was always there to help.

Area is not what we had in mind while booking, I would not recommend it for families and with children, it is a bit noisy, with a very few nice places to eat (it's mainly kebab shops, cheap takeaways and german restaurants, catering mainly for young teenagers and party goers).

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på hotellet. Beliggenheten var veldig bra, og rommene var komfortable og fine. Renholdspersonalet var svært hyggelige, smilende og serviceinnstilte. Det eneste negative var at rommet vårt ikke ble rengjort på to dager. Personalet på kjøkkenet og i restauranten var også veldig vennlige, imøtekommende og alltid smilende. De bidro til en hyggelig opplevelse. Alt i alt er vi fornøyde med oppholdet og kan gjerne anbefale hotellet.

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold på hotellet. Beliggenheten var veldig bra, og rommene var komfortable og fine. Renholdspersonalet var svært hyggelige, smilende og serviceinnstilte. Det eneste negative var at rommet vårt ikke ble rengjort på to dager. Personalet på kjøkkenet og i restauranten var også veldig vennlige, hjelpsomme og alltid smilende. De bidro til en hyggelig opplevelse. Dessverre var resepsjonspersonalet lite imøtekommende og virket ganske sure, noe som ga et dårlig førsteinntrykk. Da jeg bestilte oppholdet, var den totale prisen 33 299 kroner. Ved innsjekking ble jeg imidlertid belastet 37 689 kroner. Jeg trodde først at differansen var et depositum som ville bli tilbakebetalt, men det skjedde aldri. Dette var skuffende, og jeg skulle gjerne hatt en forklaring på hvorfor det ble trukket et høyere beløp. I tillegg måtte man betale ekstra for å kunne bruke safen på rommet, noe jeg mener burde være inkludert i romprisen. Alt i alt var oppholdet bra takket være de hyggelige ansatte på renhold og kjøkken, men opplevelsen i resepsjonen og de ekstra kostnadene trakk dessverre helhetsinntrykket ned.

L'accueil et la facilité d'installation à notre arrivée, la propreté, le petit déjeuner...le rapport qualité/prix. Parfait pour combiner la fête et découverte de l'Île. Un plus pour la consigne bagage et la possibilité de se doucher à tour heure de la nuit, même apres le check-out !!

Tem de facto uma localização muito central, mas a zona é péssima, não recomendo Arenal para ficar hospedado a não ser que se procure barulho e ambiente de bares. A decoração dos espaços comuns está muito gira e renovada.

O barulho e as pessoas que estavam hospedadas que claramente estavam bebadas ou com ressaca. O quarto é básico e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar (ainda havia areia numa dona do quarto), assim como havia cabelos no wc, a sanita estava mal lavada e havia um cheiro constante a esgoto. O pequeno-almoço tem variedade, mas falta de qualidade. Além disso, o hotel não é fechado, pelo que qualquer pessoa pode entrar e sair, usar a piscina e as zonas comuns.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are very well kept and the hotel and the rooms were very clean. You could ask the housekeepers to clean the room when you would like. The man on the reception was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was 8/10 because it missed some fresh fruit and it was mostly adjusted to british turist, but no hard feelings there was a variety of food you choose from. It had an elevator and we were able to always find a parking place for our motorcycle. There was a pool, a lounge area and you could order food from a good restaurant and they can bring it to your room. Overall it was a very good hotel and it was located like 3 minutes from the beach.

Es ist ein Nichtraucherhotel,das Personal ist total freundlich und kein Anliegen bleibt offen. Die Lage ist topp,einfach super schön.

Der Pool ist nur von 11 - 19 Uhr geöffnet, das ist schade. Ab 9 Uhr wäre schön um schon am Morgen eine Runde zu schwimmen.

A super clean hotel with everything you could ask for, for a hotel of this budget. We were very pleasantly surprised! Great brunch, free flow until 1.30pm, a gym, pool and bar. In the lobby there are comfy time out spaces and a lounge area where you can watch tv ( World Cup in this case) and a microwave, plates etc so you can bring in meals which was really convenient. There is a Tebt laundry just a block away to do your washing so a perfect place to be for any length of time. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great location and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. I loved my room, especially the balcony with its beautiful sea view. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Das Zimmer war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Frühstück mega.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Sowohl für Strand als auch für die Partymeile. Zum Mega Park keine 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Frühstück ist super, vor allem bis 13:30 kann man essen gehen. Lediglich etwas Obstauswahl fehlt ansonsten top. Auch um 13:20 Uhr werden noch leere Sachen aufgefüllt. Super. Die Getränke an der Bar werden frisch gemixt und es sind auch wirklich Markengetränke. Zimmer sind völlig ausreichend, wirken relativ neu und sind sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Self Check in. Aber der Mann an der Bar es für uns, 14 Personen, übernommen. Das war super.

The receptionist was smooth and helpful from the start. We had a great stay and the food was the best I’ve seen (Breakfast & Brunch) included from 8-1pm. Rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable, the reception was always helpful and ready to assist. We also like the idea that we can leave our bags when we check out and go explore and come back to collect anytime. Best value for money if not above and beyond. I would 100000% recommend.
