I had a wonderful experience at Triumph Hotel Cairo. Riham the manager, and Ahmed from Shiraz, the supervisor, were both very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was my third time staying at this hotel and once again I really enjoyed my stay The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and very convenient The hotel is super clean and always smells fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the service is really good The food is also very good, fresh, clean, healthy and tasty. I really liked the grilled dishes and the oriental salads. The menu doesn’t have a huge selection, but the dishes they offer are really well made The breakfast is mind blowing The food is actually better and cheaper than many places around the area The cafe is also really nice, especially if you like shisha Probably one of the best ACs in Cairo This is my third stay and honestly there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely come back again.

Reham was very helpful to my needs and always there to help and very friendly If you want to come to Egypt to see the pyramids, I recommend this place..the Triumph Hotel❤️

Today I came to have lunch in Layali Lebnan restaurant. The food was really tasty, and the place was really nice and calm. I would like to stop here and express my special thanks for Captain Dua'a who took a really good care of me. I also saw her taking care of all people inside the restaurant. She is an empowered person and deserves the best in here career.

The accommodation was fantastic.

Liali Lebanon is great value for money. The food is delicious and of high quality. They offer a good selection of Lebanese dishes with an Egyptian twist.

The hotel is located on Khalifa El Maamon Street in Cairo and is close to all government offices. The staff are exceptionally cooperative, especially Ms. Reham and Mr. Ahmed El Naggar. Thank you very much to them and to all the hotel staff. Other than that, everything at the hotel was excellent, especially the room service dining. A special thanks to Waleed!

The only issue is that the balcony door curtains need to be fully blackout to completely block the outside light.

فندق جيد جدا .. المظفون ممتازون على جميع المستويات من العمال الى الادارة .. الموقع جيد ..

توقعت نوع من المكافاة البسيطة لتمديد اقامتي بالفندق 4 مرات .. وبرغم ان بعض الفنادق تعطي مكافات تبدا من افطار مجاني وقد تصل الى يوم مجاني لكل 3 ايام .. لكن حتى افطار يوم واحد لم يعطوني .. الموضوع معنوي لان الافطار بصرف النظر عن سعره العالي الغير مبرر لا يكلف حقيقة 5 دولارات .. لكن سيترك اثر جيد للنزلاء المميزين.

My Husband has used Teiumph Plaza alot of times and enjoys the warmth of the staff. Shereen and Abdul latif and the House keeping staff are always helpful. The gentlemwn at the restuarant too.

Great service really helpful

I visited the hotel several times in the last ten years. There has been gradual deterioration at the standards of cleanliness. There has been no renovations. The curtains were terrible not closing and stuck so every morning the light comes in and woke up. The bed are small and not comfortable. The bathroom needs upgrading for sure. The rooms need painting. The price for breakfast has shot up so high that for the first time I choose not to take it and my wife.

كانت اقامه ممتازه مريحه وفخمه جدا خصوصاً ان الفندق ينتمى الى فئه ال4 نجوم ولكنك لا تشعر باي فرق عن اي فندق في مستوى ال5 5.0 النظافه والاهتمام بالنزيل والرقي في التعامل والكلام والراحه الموجودة في الفندق وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال وخصوصاً انسة شيرين مساعدة جداً وبشوشه دائما وتسهل الكثير من الاجراءات .

الانتظار ولكنه بشكل بسيط لا يؤدي الى الانزعاج ولكن من الممكن ان يكون اقل .

Shereen at the reception was incredibly welcoming and warm. I could always count on getting the best greetings and the most attentive service from her. Having this sense of belonging far from home made my entire trip absolutely perfect. The overall environment and service are exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone traveling for business!

The stay was pleasant the place was clean and all the staff were friendly especially the reception staff This wasn't my first experience and it won't be my last

Our rooms got upgraded on arrival as it was our first stay in Egypt, staff were very friendly & the lobby smelt phenomenal. The rooms were nice but be prepared to hear the cars 24 hours a day. We didn’t spend more then 3GBP on a taxi so this is ideally located for all the main attractions. Only negative is there is not much accommodation for stubborn British eaters so be ready to try local cuisine. We had a lovely time on our stay.

Gym and location was brilliant, the staff very attentive. The one meal we ate on the premises was pretty decent

The breakfast I had on the last day was overpriced and not great, and literally gave me a bad stomach on the flight home. My other main issue was no sauna or steam room as advertised. Wasn't given a comprehensive reason why they couldn't open and operate it, other than I gathered the staff who usually do it where abscent

Remaining staff are stiff Room not clean enough My mother was sick and 400 km away and I had to go after the First night, they refused to understand and insurance to pay for the second bought, in spite I left immediately after paying the additional night.…

المكان يميزه العاملين فيه طاقم عمل كامل يحاول خدمتك على افضل وجه لم اواجه اي مشاكل مع اي احد معهم وبالعكس كانو صبورين ومبتسمين ويتواصلون معي بشكل يومي الفندق ممتاز جدا تقدر تتمتع بالخصوصية ودخول خاص من بوابة خاصة جدا استمتعت وارتحت بالاقامه معهم واتمنى لهم ولهذا البلد المزيد من التوفيق

لايوجد مرفق خاص بالاطفال وكذلك المسبح اللي كنت اتمنى وجوده

AC thermostat was not working. The room was either too cold or too warm. Lighting was week inside the room. Food was tasteless. Safe box was too high in the closet. Breakfast was not included

Dla mnie lokalizacja była korzystna. Pokoje - OK. Duże, wygodne, czyste. Miękie wykładziny i w dodatku bez plam - to duży plus! Osobiście bym dodał stolik i dwa krzesła na balkonie. Tego brakuje. Wygodne łóżka i poduszki!!! Klimatyzacja - super! Nawet wyłączałem kiedy wracałem do pokoju. Śniadanie - OK. Brakowało tylko łyżeczek do kawy i widelczyków do ciast i deserów. Ale chleb z pieca i jajecznica lub omlet robione na bieżaco to wielki atut hotelu. Można by było urozmaicić ciasta do kawy. Ja bym dodał pachlawy, dają orientalnego smaku. Restauracia - bardzo dobra. Jedzenie smaczne i mięso z grila, co się da poczuc po smaku!!! Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i się stara.
