Staff was helpful and pleasant. Hotel was clean, the necessary things were there. Great value for money. Shuttle available at scheduled times (see the time table be careful about Friday timings as I missed it). Shuttle drops near the saai place.

Building is old but maintained. Location is far from mosque around 5 km, but you can take the shuttle.

The reception staff is so welcoming. The service staff is excellent I called them even at night they came without any delay. I will surely come again and recommend them to my circle.👍👍👍

Cleanliness and amenities were good. The staff was cooperative.

There were people smoking in the hallway which is not what you expect staying with family. When pointed out, the management offered to change our rooms but didn't bother to change the rooms of the people smoking in no smoking area.

The hotel was very welcoming. Wesam, with his beautiful smile, was always helpful and made you feel special and comfortable. The hotel itself was spot on—exceptionally clean, well-thought-out, and it really makes you feel special.

The shuttle service is easy once you understand the process, taking about 10 minutes to the Haram. However, it would be helpful if the reception staff explained how the shuttle works at check-in rather than leaving guests to figure it out themselves, which can be confusing for newcomers. Here is how it works: the hotel shuttle drops you at a central location (I believe Jamarat) where all surrounding hotels drop off passengers. From there, constant buses run to the Haram, so you won't have to wait a single minute. It works the exact same way back, meaning you don't have to wait for your specific hotel bus at the Haram; you just hop on any bus that is about to leave. It is much easier than it looks! Since the drivers may face language barriers, a quick explanation from the reception team would go a long way. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list to stay again. It was a very relaxing place to return to after a tiring day at the Haram.

I like the bus for the haram ride.I ask to remove the rug for better breathing, which was done immediately.

Its calm clean and close to haram ( with transportation to and from the haram ) as per location , it’s a good value 4 star hotel. Saloon / restaurants / laundry masjid / bindawood , all in 5-8 minutes walking distance .

During my stay I haven’t found anything that made me uncomfortable .

I had a wonderful stay at Makarem Al Bait Hotel. The location was excellent, especially because of how close it is to the Haram, which made getting to and from prayers very convenient. What truly stood out was the incredible customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Makarem Al Bait to anyone visiting Makkah. The convenient location, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay a very pleasant one. I would definitely stay here again, insha’Allah!

The welcoming of the staff and specially the front desk staff when check-in and check-out.

Had great experience, Not over crowded, Calm place. They offer free shuttle service to Haram which is bonus. Rooms are neat and well equipped. Reception staff is very professional, On call services 24/7 for housekeeping or cleaning, water etc.

My room is the corner one 510. The wi-fi signal are not covering the full room area and lost sometime. But if you go outside the room the signal are perfect.

The transport was very good during Ramadan. This time round, the instructions and regularity was not clear. The hotel timing wasn't clear in terms of shuttle running between hotel and Jamarat. Then connect from Jamarat to Haram.

Excellent Bon rapport qualité prix. j'avais réservé une chambre triple on m'a attribué un quad.le personnel toujours à l'écoute l'homme de ménage à chaque fois qu'on lui demande de nettoyer il le fait aussitôt un grand merci à lui .

L'emplacement est un peu loin de masjid al haram et pour se rendre il n'y qu'un seul bus toutes les heures ce qui est très compliqué pour calculer le temps entre haram est l'autre arrêt c'est à dire bab e ali . Et il n'y avait pas de restaurant ce qui est dommage.

L accueil etait a la hauteur d un 4*, propre et le personnel etait a l ecoute.

Un peu loin malgre l existence de bus nvette. Deux bus, c est un peu difficile pour les personnes agees.

-The room was very clean, like new, I got beautiful view of the city -The location wasn’t within walking distance to The Mosque but the hotel provided reliable shuttle bus operating almost every hour a day. I needed to transit at The Jamarat 2 Park first though, it was easy once I got used to it -There were a lot of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby -The staffs were helpful especially when my pass card didn’t work

Price was excellent and i was able to book two nights for 40£. Its a 4 star hotel

Location Though free bus hotel runs to Haram every hour or so. But the bus need to get another makkah bus and then once u at Haram, expect on way back you need a taxi l. Because it become v tough to know where the return bus will be (location is not easy to remember). Taxi fair varies between 20-30£ one way to haram.
