The hotel is a little farther from the Haram than we had expected, even with the shuttle service. The shuttle pick-up point was located two buildings away from the hotel, and after the 10-minute shuttle ride, there was still a further 10–15 minute walk to the Haram. This may not be the most suitable option for elderly guests or families with young children. The breakfast was quite limited, with only a small selection of items available. While it was adequate, we felt there could have been more variety.

Je me suis senti comme chez moi dès mon arrivée. Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe, de la sécurité à la réception, en passant par le restaurant et le personnel d’étage. Une mention toute particulière à Khaled, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable et toujours souriant. Son professionnalisme et son attention ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Very disappointing stay – misleading information on Booking.com I stayed at this hotel with my family of 6, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The main reason I booked this hotel was because the Booking.com listing clearly stated that shuttle service to the Haram was included. However, when we arrived, the reception informed us that no shuttle service was available. When I showed them that it was mentioned on Booking.com, they simply apologized and said they do not provide such a service. Because of this, I had to use Uber and Careem for all our trips to the Haram, which cost me approximately 300 SAR in additional transportation expenses. Breakfast was also handled very poorly. On the first day, breakfast was delivered to our room for all 6 guests, and we were told that breakfast was not served in the restaurant. On the second day, they delivered breakfast for only 1 person. When I raised the issue, the staff said that only one breakfast was showing in their system. After speaking with reception and then the food manager, the matter was finally resolved, but we received breakfast around 11:00 AM, even though breakfast service was supposed to end at 10:00 AM. This was very frustrating, especially while traveling with children. Another issue was the laundry service. My wife called reception to ask about it, and she was told that the hotel does not provide laundry service, despite it being listed on Booking.com. I spoke with the hotel manager regarding the transportation costs. He offered to reimburse only 150 SAR, which I refused because my actual additional expense was around 300 SAR. Due to all these problems, we decided to check out one day early. Our checkout was scheduled for the 19th, but we left on the 18th at 9:00 PM because the situation had become too stressful for our family. I believe the hotel listing is misleading, and the services advertised on Booking.com were not provided.

Odalarda minik uçan sinekler var, camlar da kuş pislikleri dolu. Yatakların ortası çökmüş. Resepsiyonda 2 kız var çok beceriksiz ve hiç ramada ya yakışmıyor, İngilizce de çok bilmiyorlar. Hijyen konusunda ortaya düzeye yakın. Aldığı paranın hakkı olan bir otel değil kesinlikle.

La logistique des transports est un peu compliquée : le service de navette manque de fiabilité, particulièrement lors des départs. L'hôtel est assez excentré et les fermetures fréquentes des routes environnantes obligent souvent à utiliser des taxis, ce qui nécessite des négociations de tarifs qu'il vaut mieux anticiper.

İlk kaldığımız otelde servis gerçekten büyük bir sorundu. Burada öyle bir şey yaşamadık. İnternet de hızlıydı. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda tuvalet banyo temiz değildi. Bunu söyledik. Temizlik personeli ile birlikte sorumlu kişi de geldi. Temizlik bitene kadar personelin başında bekledi. Tek sorun otel Mescidi harama yakın ama sizi Gazze garajında bırakıyor. Ve çok yürüyorsunuz. Otobüsle 7 8 dakikada Gazze garajında oluyorsunuz ama Kâbeye yürümek gerçekten çok uzun. Bir daha kalır miyiz? Evet otel güzeldi ama dediğim gibi garajdan Kâbeye yürümek insanı biraz zorluyor. Bu nedenle diğer garajlara yakın olan bir otel tercih ederiz sanırım.
