Oakwood Premier Guangzhou

We booked a 2BR suite which has washing machine, kitchen and living room. It was absolutely comfortable for our family of 5 staying there for 4 nights. Our main bathroom has a sauna feature which I didn't expect but very much appreciated. Staff were all professional and helpful. They go above and beyond their roles. One warm afternoon, we returned from our daily activities greeted at ground floor with cool Chinese desserts! It was delicious and a nice touch for their guests.

The walk to the nearest station is snotty 12 minutes. Still fairly ok depending on who you're traveling with.

The staff, Specially Mr. Jim treated all Guests friendly and try to help in all Matters.

The hotel is in a very good location near 3 malls; the suites are so spacious. The bell boy in the ground reception very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms was very nice.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, i feel the furniture needs renovation.

Location, spacious and clean

Breakfast was pretty limited and selection is more to Asian than international

Location, service amazing

That I didn’t find it sooner

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The room and facilities were comfortable and well maintained.

Nothing

The location and the room is spacious and have a steam bath. Everything is so clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nothing.

Everything were as expected, exceptional. Highly recommend.

Good

Location was great. Staff are really helpful and housekeeping kept our apartment lovely and clean.

Spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows, luxurious toiletries, the shampoo especially has a lovely fragrance. Apartment well-serviced. Central location and surrounded by eateries, massages/spas, and luckin coffee just across the road. Less than 20 minutes’ walk to all the popular mega malls like Grandview, Parc Central, Tee Mall and Taikoo Hui.

Love the property but would be lovely to have complimentary snacks and voice activated light and aircon switches/controls

It was clean with spacious rooms. Good staff 5 minutes walk to the malls

Très bien placé

The room size for 3pax in the Deluxe family Studio is very spacious and comfortable. The washer cum dryer is an added bonus and the kitchen is great for those who prefer to do simple cooking although totally not necessary when in Guangzhou as too many good food around.

The location is about 10-15min walk to Tee Mall/Parc Central and all other busy mall areas....but you will enjoy the convenient of being near yet not too busy/noisy compared to the big malls areas

It has apartments with a separate lounge and kitchen as well as washing machine. Breakfast is not crowded and the food is high quality. The block is surrounded by restaurants and shopping

Not much

Location and the big spacious apartment

Shower was not powerful enough

Location, size of room , and the amazing staff specially Mr. JIM , i don’t-know if he is the manager or not , but he do for me fever i will not forget ,, thank you

There are bad smell but not that much

Close to city centre Spacious room

No halal meals for breakfast Limited vegetarian options

The staff and facilities were top class with everything we needed and more.

Everything was good, maybe the WiFi was a bit slow but that may have been due to country restrictions?

Location

The hotel has a great location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On the second day of my stay, I was surprised to find a notice informing me that maintenance work would be carried out on the floor above my room from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The noise made it impossible to sleep after 9:00 AM. I believe guests should be informed about such work at check-in. If I had been informed, I would have requested to change my room. Another serious issue was the presence of cockroaches and other insects inside the room, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. Overall, the location is excellent, but the maintenance noise and insect problem significantly affected my stay.

Bien

Room was cleaned everyday. Location proximity to food places.

Nil

Location near MRT station

The property is good except the shower water temperature is a bit inconsistent. Secondly on the night before departure the next morning has asked the bellman to arrange a taxi to airport but was not done. Fortunately this was promptly arranged by the morning bellman so no delay was encountered.

Very good breakfast, nice located, very nice and friendly staff.

Almost Everything

Very friendly staff and such a beautiful hotel cant wait for our next stay😊

I cant say anything i didnt like about the property because everything was perfect 😊❤️

My room was a Deluxe Studio; the size was average. The bathroom was very small and outdated, the furniture was old, the carpet and coach were dirty, and the color scheme was gloomy.

Had a terrific week-long stay at this hotel. Terrific location, great rooms and a decent breakfast. The staff are what really made our stay memorable.. Gordon on the front desk and Michael in the restaurant are outstanding hosts.

Location , hospitality, amazing staff

Nothing

Peaceful breakfast as it is a small hotel / apartment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Washing machine was very welcome.

Bathroom was a bit cramped with the washing machine in there. Bed was a bit lumpy.

Good location and easy to walk near shopping center and food

Furnitures abit old fashioned and worn out. Housekeeping can improve abit

Amo esse hotel e esse bairro. Fico hospedada aqui toda

The location

None

Comfortable apartment , good breakfast , friendly staff . Nice bar next door. Close to centre of Tianhe. Washing machine

Nothing

Spacious, clean with washing machine

Location

The room is fully furnished and the washer/dryer is very helpful in a humid sweaty weather .

Facilities are nice but getting old. The swimming pool only opens in the afternoon. For someone like me who likes to swim in the morning, that makes my schedule difficult. And they close it at nine in the evening when I get back at about 8:30.

A very comfortable serviced apartment with all the appliances you could want including a dishwasher and steam shower room, washing machine tumbler dryer. Had a great night's sleep on king-size bed. The view from the apartment at night was a great light show of the Guangzhou CBD. There were many facilities on site, restaurants, bars, heated swimming pool. It is located in the heart of the business direct with easy access to some of the best shopping Malls and restaurants in the city. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with good toiletries provided. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The front desk lady was attentive and provided assistance patiently. The room cleaning lady was really kind to ensure that all the toiletries are replenished every day. I requested for more bottled water and she supplied additional bottled water for us every day.

Not a big issue, but the bed is slightly too soft. But i suppose it’s just a personal preference.

Stayed in a one bed apartment which was really spacious. Very clean for the most part and comfortable. Bathroom facilities great, including steam shower. Good location and generally nice setting.

I think the previous guests had left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and it hadn’t been turned on. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

Everything is very good at oakwood! Service tip top! Especially i would like to commend great service from lobby side, staffs like Dick,Don,Edwin and Steven they are really very good and tip top service.. For front desk i like to commend staffs like Effie, Miki, Danielle and Gordon are really at their tip top services. Roomservices who has service 21st floor staffs are super good and responsible during my stay. Lastly not forgetting the Director of sales, Kenny, who is a super nice ,friendly person who also care about the services that provided from hotel is it up to our expectations with his constant check. I will definitely come back again to stay. Hopefully the pricing will be still reasonable in the near future. We would like to extend our thanks to the housekeeping aunty who managed to find back our boy's beloved owl. Location is great, many food and malls within walking distance. Didi is affordable even to Parc Central which is just a stone throw away. Breakfast is good and nice quiet ambience when no big groups. Good location for family with kids.

Nothing at all.

Everyone was very helpful

Good location with shopping centres and many food options within the area.

The furnishing of the room is a little dated

It was a very nice stay and they have shuttle bus to Canton Fair which is very convenient. Located near a lot of malls and restaurants.

Location

Water tap in master bedroom not well installed

Everything

Excellent location - within walking distance of Grandview Mall and many small eateries. Room was clean and offered a grand view of Guangzhou city. Staff were highly attentive. Would certainly return if I return to Guangzhou again!

Can't find anything to complain about :)

Location is good, near to shopping malls and eateries. Spacious room.

Nicely located close the public transport, the sporting complex and various shopping malls. Serviced apartments made it feel like a home away from home with well stocked kitchen utensils and staff were exceptional in assisting with laundry etc.

Room was as shown in the pictures. Location was simply amazing, Tianhe district is a very famous district and the hotel was close to a very huge mall and other shops too.

All was OK. Nothing to dislike

large room and friendly staff all round.

all good

Location. TV has satellite channels.

Breakfast variety was lacking. Hotel is a bit dated. Satellite channels were disrupted whenever it rains!

Close to many eateries and the grand view mall. The rooms and facilities are great too

NA

Central location. Spacious rooms (we booked 1rm apt)

Some of the facilities did not work. The washing machine was overheating, we used it only once

The room was fantastic with lots of space n an amazing city view. Quality towels n linen and very clean. Delicious buffet spread with lots of choices n the room was amazing too. Location was excellent n especially close to Grandview shopping centre. Special shout out to Gordon in Reception n Micheal in the restaurant for being so helpful.

Nothing to mention tho a bit of milk for the coffee would have been nice.

very good location, apartments are spacious and confortable

Clean, Friendly and helpful staff.

Too expensive.

The effort they make for you is first class.

The English is sometimes poor for this kind of hotel. But still, they try there best.

Toilet bowl is with black stain room 2507 before we checked in. The bedroom does not have a frying pan. The room is infested with mosquitoes. The shower screen plastic came out. The wall are too thin, can hear next door neighbour coughing or door bell. The sofa bed spring coil is making noise and the mattress is too thin.

Location is reasonably close to Tianhe malls.

Awesome location, very clean, nice furniture and great breakfast

Het was netjes fijne locatie

Hayley, Effie, Mike waren super behulpzaam.

De lobby zit op de 15e verdieping.

Great location, good facilities, two bedroom suite is perfect!

Everything is perfect

Nothing
