Excellent hotel in a superb location, within walking distance of several big malls. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit Guangzhou.

Location is perfect

The hotel is super central right next to Grandview Plaza and a short walk away from Metro stations. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. Really comfortable stay in Guangzhou.

Location, location, location! Simply unrivalled - sandwiched between several malls. Very convenient for families with children. The beds are very comfortable, was perfect for us with jet lag. Breakfast selection was moderate but the offerings were delicious.

We have been revisiting in the hotel more than 3times. 1time per year. The room is nice. No smoke smell is the best. Breakfast is good.

I had told staffs 2times. 3days no conditioners with 5stars hotel. I informed the housekeeper. They forgot. Another day, I informed the receptionist, they still forgot. 3days. This was bad experience.

Good location beside two big malls. With lots of food and shopping options. Room is very spacious, comfortable beds and clean.

The breakfast spread is average. I wouldn't say its particularly great, so do temper the expectations.

Hice mis quejas respecto a todas cenas malas que no me permitieron quedarme tranquila en mi habitación cenando, y solo se disculparon. Al día siguiente se cometían los mismos errores. En las habitaciones no se reponían tazas limpias, vasos. Solo se llevaban lo usado y luego uno debía estar pidiendo cada cosa que necesitaba

The hallways and common floors were always very dimly lit, which gave the hotel a somewhat gloomy atmosphere despite the rooms being good.

The sauna and steam room facilities is a must when staying at this hotel. Nothing beats going to source products for your business, then coming back home and winding down for the night. A quick gym session, then head over to the wellness centre reception, grab a wristband for your locker and a towel, then straight into the sauna, steam room and spa. They even have a little drying machine for your clothes to drain the water, then you can use the makeshift pull wire clothes hanger in your room to finish the job completely overnight. I think I’ll stay here again when coming back to the canton fair. The food in the executive lounge was good, free flow alcohol (hot tip, learn how to make your own cocktails before coming so you can take full advantage of the cocktail bar in the lounge)

The food menus could use a bit of a touch up in my personal opinion but apart from that i enjoyed the stay.

Convenient location, lively area with lots of foods and shopping malls around the hotel. The hotel breakfast, facilities and services is top notch. The front desk team members Cindy, Miya and David are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and would definitely comeback to stay at Marriot if visit Guangzhou again.

The area is very busy and crowded during weekends. Both pedestrians and road traffic is crazily busy on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but that's not a problem and it's not the hotel’s management fault

Stayed at the Tianhe Marriott for 5 nights ( 4 nights + 1 night extension). The room was spacious with a pleasant city view. The location is great — directly next to Grandview Mall, which offers lots of shopping, dining options, and 7 themed sightseeing attractions inside, though I’d warn to set expectation a bit lower than Chimelong if you’re looking for major entertainment. Tianhe district and especially this hotel, may have heavy traffic congestion at night / afternoon - to or from hotel. Using the metro is recommended whenever your destinations are accessible by train. Pro tip: if u travel by Didi u can ask the car to stop in Mall of the World and use APM line - 1 stop then arrive at nearby mall to wall to hotel. Breakfast looked standard but tasted surprisingly good. Overall, it was a nice stay and the hotel is well-positioned for convenience. One minor ick: I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for 5 years (previously Silver Elite, now regular member status). I buy 4 nights with breakfast and I extend 1 night without one. On the extra night without breakfast, there was no courtesy breakfast or any small club lounge access offered as a gesture. Since I booked via a third-party platform, it seems my loyalty was completely overlooked (Bonvoy Member, 5 years of previous Silver Elite). A little gesture would have been appreciated. Would still recommend the hotel for its location and comfortable rooms, but the lack of member recognition was disappointing.

Location is perfect, next to many shopping malls and opposite the sport stadium. During my stay, there is a concert at the stadium, and the front desk officer specially given me a top floor room where I can see the stadium and the big concert screen from my room.

Marriott Guangzhou Tianhe has such a great location, very close to the GuangzhouDong train station plus right next to 2 big malls. The staff is very proactive, caring and have great level of english for those who dont speak chinese. The rooms are very spacious, bathroom with both bathtub and shower plate, the bed mattress were perfect providing excellent sleep quality. As well the Man Ho Chinese restaurant was delightful, very tasty traditional plates and the staff were nice and professional.

Over price compare to similar hotel around. It expensive for long stay especially companies have theirs staff staying 7-10 days for work.

Очень скудные завтраки. На 3,4 звезды не больше . Для вегетарианцев ничего нет вообще. Как м для людей которые не едят глютен. В день отъезда опаздывали в аэропорт, кухня не справлялась , пришлось долго ждать . Номера требуют ремонта.

It was the best Marriott hotel i have ever stayed, even compared with some JW, St regis or other luxury hotels. Very nice staff, amazing breakfast, most of tehm speak english, very well positioned, great rooms
