Reviewed Sep 13, 2026仕事を兼ねて二泊しました。想像以上便利なところでした。スタッフの対応がとても良く、皆さん笑顔で、とても快適に過ごせました。ロビー横に設置された枕コーナーは、とても良かったです。枕の種類が豊富で自分に合ったものを選べました。備品は、ロビーで、選べます。部屋にあるドライヤーも使い勝手の良い物がありました。無料ドリンクも1階、2階、3階に設置されていました。共同浴場もあり旅の疲れを癒せました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。立地もよく、周辺にたくさんの飲食店があります。朝から夜遅くまで開いています。東京駅から地下通路で行き来出来るのでとても便利です。
木曜日、金曜日と利用しましたが土曜日の値段が高くてほかのホテルに変更しました。旅行計画が三週間前だったので、予定の金額を上回ってしまいました。早く予約を決定すればもう少し安く泊まれたかなぁと思います。ホテルに関しては何の問題もなく久しぶりに快適なホテルでした。

Chambre très petite pour deux personnes (difficile d’ouvrir une valise).

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Location was awesome, downstairs happy hours was great. Room size was ok considering but bed was very hard and mattress topper kept sliding off during the night. Not the most comfortable bed in the world and it took a night or two to get used to the hardness. The location made up for the shortfalls.
The hardness of the bed and the room door was a pin pad with no physical key or swipe card - I did not like this as anyone could hack the code! Laundry required a credit card and you could not use coins or IC card.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026立地が東京駅近くだったので選んだのですが、ヤエチカ(八重洲地下街)という地下街が東京駅からつながっており、26番の出口からだとスーパーホテルPremier東京駅八重洲が近くて、雨が降っててもちょっと走れば大丈夫で便利でした。地下街でお土産も揃います。
私はパイル地の使い捨てスリッパ派なので、いくら消毒されたスリッパとはいえ、ちょっと履くのに気持ち悪いので靴下が必要です。 というか他のホテルも同様ですが、色が黒でホテルの名前入ってて、もっと可愛いスリッパなら使ってもいいのに。おじさんっぽいスリッパはテンション下がりますね。 女性専用フロアに温泉がありますが、もっと浴場にアメニティが豊富だと女子旅行で選ばれるホテルになるかなとおもいます。

Die Zimmergrösse (sehr sehr klein) und das harte Kopfkissen. Dieses konnte man jedoch in der Lobby gegen ein anderes tauschen.

The room design doesn't allow for drawers or closets to unpack, so one has to be clever in how to arrange things.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Only a couple of hundred meters from Tokyo Station. I stayed overnight to catch the Shinkansen the next morning. The room was very small but functional, clean and warm.
I checked several floors and there was no microwave oven to heat my meal in the shared service areas.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Room was very comfortable, although on small side. Hotel was quiet. Located in a busy area near Tokyo Station, a few minutes' walk away. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and guests can pick their own pillow at check in. Also supplies available were toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, brush and lotion. Bathroom was compact but efficient with toiletries supplied and plenty of hot water in shower. The buffet breakfast offered was generous with various types of foods available. (12,00 yen -June 2026) There is an onsen on property. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Spoke decent English. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. In the evening there is complimentary ice cream and drinks available for guests. A lovely touch of hospitality. Overall A ++ property. Highly recommended. We would stay again without hesitation. Thank you, Super Hotel Premier!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Located within the business district, it was out of the usual tourist spots so it was a bit quieter. The room itself was really small and struggled for space, but we weren't there to spend our time in the room. Comfy enough bed but the option to select your pillow on the ground floor. Black out blind was very effective. Vending machines on every floor , free unlimited coffee and then a happy hour every evening. Superb service from all staff at the hotel, always so friendly and willing to help. Incredibly sound proofed rooms - slept soundly. You receive a pin code instead of a card for the room and this was so much easier as I tend to lock myself out of rooms by leaving the key inside... A short walk to Tokyo station, there is an entrance to the underground plaza a short step from the hotel so easy to dodge the rain / sun.
Very small room, but suppose it's the same with all rooms in Tokyo.

We would not complain but wished to have bit large bathroom and coffee/tea.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026המיקום של המלון מצוין. יוצאים מפתח המלון שמאלה ושמאלה ומגיעים לפסז' שמוביל ישירות למעבר החציה לטוקיו סטיישן (כניסת יא-אסו סנטרל). במלון יש אונסן- מרחצאות חמים בגישה יפנית מסורתית. לאחר יום מפרך (או גם בבוקר, לקראת יום כזה) היה לי כל-כך נעים ונוח לעשות שם מקלחת זריזה, לטבול כמה דקות במים החמים ואחר כך להתקלח ולהתגלח שם. לכן יצא שכמעט ולא התקלחתי בחדר. בין השעות 16:00 ל- 21:00 יש בלובי וולקאם בר בחינם. אפשר לקחת משקה קל או אלכוהולי, פיצוחים וגלידה אמריקאית. במלון יש חדר כביסה שבו ארבע מכונות כביסה ומייבשים. עלות כביסה 600 יין (כ- 10 ש"ח) באשראי. המייבש בחינם. כמקובל בטוקיו, החדר יחסית קטן. לאדם יחיד זה פחות מפריע, אבל לשהות של כמה ימים, מורגש שחסר מקום אחסנה. בחדר יש מתלה עם כמה קולבים, מגירה וארונית שבה יש קומקום וכוסות. בנוסף, יש מקרר קטן בחדר. ממש מאחורי המלון, יש ירידה לקניון תת קרקעי גדול שממנו אפשר להגיע גם ל- Tokyo station. בבוקר קל לזהות את הכניסה, כי יש ממנה זרם גדול של אנשים שנמצאים בדרך לעבודה. בבנייני המשרדים בסביבה יש הרבה מסעדות. אין שילוט בולט, לכן כדאי לחפש ליד כל בניין שלט "תוכן העניינים" - שלט לבן עם תמונות שמפרט אילו מסעדות וחנויות יש בבניין ובאילו קומות הן נמצאות.
הכרית בחדר קשה מאוד. אם זה מפריע לכם, כדאי לשאול בקבלה והם יפנו אתכם לחדר שבו ניתן לבחור מבין מבחר כריות בצורות וברמות רכות מגוונות. כדי שינקו את החדר, צריך לזכור להדביק מחוץ לדלת את השלט המגנטי הרלבנטי (פליז קלין אפ).

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026El onsen privado del hotel es bonito y limpio. El Hotel está muy cerca de la estación y el personal muy educado y dispuesto a ayudar.
La habitación de tres era un poco pequeña, las camas eran literas.

小さな浴槽の温泉に、泡か、垢、なのかよく判りませんでしたが、溜まっていて、説明書でもあれば、不信感にならずに？入れたでしょうが、次の朝は、お部屋の風呂を利用しました、そこが、残念でした

13 m2 room for 3 adults are very difficult to manage especially if you’re carrying big luggages.

室内に電話はなかった。フロントとやりとりしにくい。宿泊施設に直接電話を外部からするとき、スタッフと話すまで、電話操作が大変。一番初めのボタン操作で、スタッフ対応を入れて欲しい。決められた範囲の質問だけとは限らないから。

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The hotel was nice for a good night's sleep after a long flight. It's conveniently located right next to Tokyo Station, making it easy to travel further around Japan. The hotel was OK, and the staff were friendly. We were obviously upgraded to a larger room, which we're grateful for.
There wasn't anything in particular I didn't like. It was a hotel we chose for one night. We checked in late and checked out very early. It served its purpose.
