Zeus Village Resort - Adults Only

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel in Crete. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool area was also stunning and made our stay even more special. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, and we would definitely love to come back!

Salle de bains petite. Manque de transats autour de la piscine. Peut être un peu excentré pour qui n'est pas véhiculé.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en geven je duidelijk het gevoel van een luxe accommodatie. De kamers zijn netjes en in redelijke staat. De airco werkte goed genoeg. Locatie is ook prima en je kunt makkelijk in de straat parkeren. Wij hadden de suite met jacuzzi en het balkon was heerlijk privé. Het ontbijt is ook goed geregeld.

Wat ons het meeste tegenviel is dat overal gerookt werd. De openbare ruimte was voor ons vrijwel onbruikbaar op bepaalde momenten. De luxe/speciale ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn leuk, maar worden altijd door de zelfde mensen voor vrijwel de hele dag gereserveerd. Het hotel doet hier verder helemaal niks aan. De kamer gaat ook volledig van de stroom als je weggaat, dus wanneer je lang weg bent geweest duurt het wel even voordat de kamer weer afgekoeld is door de airco. Onze douche was vrij waardeloos. Door de inrichting wordt de gehele badkamer nat wanneer je gedoucht hebt en dan met name het gebied rond de WC wat ronduit irritant is. Ontbijt is van 8 tot 10, wat niet erg lang is. Paar keer moeten missen omdat sommige uitstapjes al om 8-8:30 vertrekken. Het internet in de accommodatie is waardeloos. Omdat we boven de receptie verbleven hadden we op een paar plekken redelijke wifi. Voor meer dan 250 euro per nacht verwacht je tegenwoordig wel goed werkende wifi in de kamers. Wat het extra vervelend maakte is dat 5G bereik op deze plek ook slecht was. Voor de kwaliteit van de kamers vond ik de prijs wat aan de hoge kant.

Tout d'abord l'établissement à proximité de tout mais au calme. Puis l'hôtel en lui même ; une piscine extra, une équipe aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour Kanstantinos au top), des chambres confortables et bien équipées.

L'absence de volet aux différentes portes et fenêtres de la chambre 214 et donc une chambre hyper éclairée dès le lever du soleil.

La colazione era varia

La mancanza della flessibilità dell'orario della colazione. Abbiamo chiesto di anticipare di mezz'ora l'orario, alle 7.30, per poter andare a prendere un traghetto, ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Ci hanno dato un sacchetto con alcuni alimenti che non abbiamo gradito. Inoltre non è possibile vedere canali italiani.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The place looks really nice, the pool is amazing. Breakfast is great. Nice balcony. Very close to the beach.

Wanted to get away from augusts' families hotels, but turned out to be in an almost seniors only hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Internet inside the room was almost non existent. Had to go to the balcony to have a decent connection. No electricity outlets in the living room where the sofa bed is (had to use an extending cord plugged from the bathroom) . No iron. Shower tub was inconveniently awkward. Took 7 euros in order to rent a beach towel. All in all, there is quite a lot of dissonance between the outdoors where you can see the amount of investment in, and between the rooms for this price range.

Det enda som störde oss var att det var skyltat att man inte får reservera solstolarna vid poolen, dock var alla tagna av handdukar tidigt varje morgon utan att de användes av någon gäst för än senare på dagen. Hade varit trevligt ifall personalen hade kunnat frigöra solstolar som inte aktivt användes

Huone oli siisti, ei kulunut. Ilmastointi toimi kuumalla. Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Aamupala hyvä, vaihtuva. Illallinen myös erittäin hyvä.

Altaan aurinkotuolit varattiin vaikka huoneessa oli lappu, joka kielsi sen. Olisi hyvä laittaa erikseen vielä kyltit allasalueelle asiasta.

The room we got was great - quiet and spacious. The staff there are amazing, friendly, and try to ensure your comfort while staying there is their main priority.

How other guests put their towels on the sun loungers to ensure they got one. Same people always had a lounger. Then went away for a couple of hours. There should be some policy where this is not allowed. Due to some people starting this selfish action. It then set a bad example to new comers.

Nagyon kellemes hetet töltöttünk a Zeus-ban, csak jó dolgokat tudok mondani. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, autó/ hajóbérlésben is segítettek, nagyon jó áron. A reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. A tisztaság első osztályú. A medencék tökéletesek. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha egy nyugodt, gyerekzsivaly nélküli helyre vágytok!

Everywhere was so clean and the staff were so lovely and helpful with any questions asked. Breakfast was plentiful and so much choice, my daughter loved the pancakes!!!

There wasn’t enough sunbeds for everyone but that didn’t really bother us because we went to the beach most days. Towels were put on beds even though the policy is not to.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, with a bus stop just down the street that makes getting into the center of Chania very easy. Supermarket is close, 24/7 store around the corner and great restaurants The pool area was one of our favorite parts, it has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the breakfast experience; it wasn’t rushed, and the staff didn’t immediately clear everything away the second breakfast ended, which made mornings feel much more relaxed. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we left and returned. Their kindness really added to the overall experience.

Booked the lovely suite with private pool, and had a reserved cabana bed by main pool too. Breakfast was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful. Location great for shops and restaurants. Daily cleaning service excellent.

Bathrooms slightly dated but clean and perfectly good for our stay.

This is a stunning resort. Danae in reception was lovely & very accommodating. Our room was a suite with a jacuzzi. Spacious & comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of old & hot varieties. Eggs are cooked to order & are plentiful. The resort is a fair distance from Chania centre but its approximately a 2 euro bus ride into town which takes 10-15 minutes. However, there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the resort.

Excelent stay at Zeus village resort. The team was so welcoming. The whole resort is very beautiful. The room was very comforetable and the breakfast was excellent. Very recommended.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen mit Willkommensgetränk und vielen Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war fantastisch. Die Tavernen im Umkreis waren super.

Bellissimo resort, dotato di ogni comfort, soprattutto ho apprezzato la tranquillità, forse proprio perché "adults only". Atmosfera rilassata e piacevolissima. La piscina con annesso idromassaggio è certamente un punto di forza della struttura. Location bellissima e curata in posizione comoda a negozi e servizi seppure non centrale. Il bilocale a noi assegnato era comodissimo.

Pulizia della camera forse un po' affrettata, qualche asciugamani era macchiato ancora prima dell'uso. Consiglierei alla direzione di fare rispettare la norma per cui non bisogna occupare lettini a bordo piscina se non si è presenti. Spesso già alle 7 del mattino i posti migliori erano occupati da asciugamani di persone che poi accedevano alla piscina ben più tardi. La colazione, sempre fresca e abbondante, forse è un po' troppo "spinta" sul salato, quindi più continentale che all'italiana

Wir hatten das Apartment mit Whirlpool auf der Terrasse, es war wunderbar, eine kleine Oase für uns alleine. Sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Der Sonnenschirm muss dringend erneuert werden.Es fehlt ein Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. K

מלון ממש מקסים ומאוד יפה, האזור הציבורי של הבריכה והגינון ברמה מאוד גבוהה ומאוד יפה, החדרים עצמם מעט ישנים מבחינת המתקנים עצמם-טלוויזיה קטנה, ומקלחת/אמבטיה מעט ישנים, אבל הם במצב מאוד טוב, שמורים ונקיים מאוד, ובסך הכל היה מאוד נעים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, עשירה ומאוד מגוונת! אחת הטובות שהייתה לנו בטיול, וכאמור מאוד נעים לשבת לאכול ליד הבריכה בריזורט היפה הזה.

הג'קוזי לא עם מים חמים, אז לא היה אפשר להיכנס למים בימים קרירים. חלק מהחדרים נמצאים ממש ליד הכביש, כך שבלילה הראשון היה לנו רעש של כביש וביקשנו לעבור, והחדרים האחרים נמצאים בקומות עם מדרגות, ללא מעלית, כך שהיה מעט מאתגר לעלות אליהם עם המזוודה וכל הציוד שלנו. וכן יש מרפסות בחדרים שאורחי המלון מעשנים בהן, כך שעבור מי שלא מעשן, אי אפשר לפתוח חלון ואי אפשר לשבת בנעימות במרפסת. אז כדאי לוודא את זה מראש.

Super śniadania, miła obsługa.

Cozy pool area. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with a lot of options (also for vegetarians). Nice interior but sometimes not so practical.

Bubble bath was cold in October to be nitpicking. As we knew beforehand public transport was a bit longer towards chanias city center but still good until 23:45h.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooi, aangenaam hotel. Grote, propere kamers. Geweldig ontbijt.

In de buurt is er buiten een supermarkt en enkele restaurants weinig te beleven. Om naar Chania te gaan heb je een auto nodig. Het strand stelt niks voor. Extra spijtig dat je 6 € moet betalen voor een badhanddoek aan het zwembad.

Paikat olivat todella siistit ja viihtyisät. Hyvä aamupala.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist Klasse. Lage und Ausstattung waren top und das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und professionell. Unsere Zimmer konnten wir früher beziehen und wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade. Das Frühstücksbüffet war jeden Morgen toll - es gab zusätzlich immer kleine griechische Köstlickeiten dazu. Das Restaurant am Abend bot griechische Küche neu interpretiert. Das war sehr gut und lecker. Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Zeuss-Village verbracht.

Es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

We had the room with a private hot tub and it took 12 hours to heat up to a hot tub, so it’s really a lukewarm tub. Breakfast options were also very limited.

It was an extremely attractive hotel - just the right size to make the guest feel welcome and as if they had been invited as a guest rather than being a paying guest. The pool and restaurant area were very lush, comfortable and appealing.

The surrounding area was a little disappointing and the noise of the traffic was quite loud at certain times of the day.

The breakfast was extraordinary and the pool area was nice!

Todo lo que rodeaba a la piscina, la amplitud de habitaciones, desayuno buffet riquísimo, amabilidad y limpieza.

Para ser un alojamiento tan lujoso creo que merece la pena actualizar tv planas a smart tv, aire acondicionado que haga menos ruido y alguna pequeña actualización en la cocina y baño, pero era súper cómodo, bonito y limpio.

Le calme

Le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. La climatisation s’arrête dès qu’on enlève la clé, ce qui est très inconfortable quand on revient dans la chambre. Le jacuzzi était froid et donc inutilisable. La connexion wifi était très faible et difficile à utiliser. Dommage, car l’hôtel a du potentiel mais ces points devraient vraiment être améliorés.

Les extérieurs sont très sympa (piscine, palmiers, restaurant...). L'environnement est très calme, idéal pour se détendre. Bon petit-déjeuner. Il est possible de se garer devant, ce qui est très confortable. De plus, le personnel est à l'écoute.

La chambre un peu vétuste, ce qui dénote un peu avec les extérieurs. Le lit était trop petit, idem pour la salle de bain vraiment petit, aucun rangement pour poser ses affaires.

Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Les chambres sont propres et le personnel est très accueillant.

La wifi est nulle ! On a aucune connexion wifi et même 3G dans l’hôtel que ce soit dans les chambres et juste un peu de connexion dans les parties communes. L’emplacement n’est pas super pour les personnes qui ne sont pas véhiculés. Chania est assez loin en bus et il faut compter 15/20min a pieds pour rejoindre la plage.

I booked this for a family trip with my parents and couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. The rooms were immaculate and so clean. The pool area and bar is also so lovely and the staff can’t do enough to make it a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again! It was so relaxing and so much love has gone into it for guests to have a great stay. The cocktails were excellent!

My only issue would be the comfort level of the sofa bed - they were super hard and difficult to sleep on. I’d recommend opting for separate rooms not family apartments for stays of a few nights or more for 3 people as it’s not really comfortable as a ‘bed’ option. The beds seemed great though!

Vastaanotto ystävällinen, lämmin ja tunsi itsensä tervetulleeksi. Tervetulomaljat hotellin ravintolassa ja saatettiin henkilökohtaisesti huoneeseen. Aamupala todella laadukas ja kaunis esillepano. Ravintolassa laadukas ruoka ja hyvät viinit. Allasalue todella kaunis ja hoidettu hyvin.

Fantastisk service og hjælpsomhed af personale (alle engelsktalende) , komfortable faciliteter, spændende græsk mad, åben bar nær poolområde hele dagen, nyttig hjælp og service fra receptionen, flere gode strande og spisesteder indenfor 1 km, let adgang til Chania med bus og taxa (ca. 20 euro), flot udsigt til kysten og solopgang.

We had an amazing stay at Zeus Village Resort. The room was stunning, modern, clean, and came with a lovely balcony that made mornings extra special. The staff really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was warm and professional. The bar team were especially lovely, friendly, fun, and fantastic at what they do. The reception team were also brilliant, always helpful, efficient, and welcoming. My wife had a massage during our stay and absolutely loved it. Great quality and excellent value for money. What really made it memorable was the personal touch, when the team found out it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of wine sent to our room. Such a kind gesture! The pool vibes were spot on. Beautifully maintained, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of great sun lounger options. And the breakfast? Incredible. Great variety, fresh ingredients, and genuinely one of the best resort breakfasts we’ve had. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
