Lokasi yg jauh dari nagoya, kebersihan dia 4/5, security guard yg friendly. Ada balkoni utk menyantuni perokok dan kaki lepak di beranda. Ada octopus spa, ada gym & kolam renang yg besar. ada steam bath & sauna.

Tiada pilihan smoking atau non smoking room. Design & perabot lama. Discotheque cuma di buka pada hujung minggu sahaja. Staff yg ikut buku.

No backup light when power failure. Air cond not cold. Toilet was small. Less amenities. Breakfast dinning area was poor layout . No staffs clearing those plates and others . Surroundings nothing at all and must take grab to others place example supermarket

部屋にタオルがなく、電話して取り寄せる必要があった（迅速に対応してもらい問題ない） チェックイン時にパスポートを預けたがすぐに返却なく後に気付いて心配した（受付で保管されており問題なし）

Was nicht besonders international, aber Omlette oder Rührei geht immer. Im Verhältnis zum Preis war das Hotel sehr gut !!!!

While I don't mind dated hotels, I expect them to be clean. That was not the experience we had with the water from the tap of the jacuzzi. We complained several times about the dirty water coming out of the jacuzzi. They've sent several people to try and fix it only to tell me the water is normal and will clear because "it has not been used for a long time" But it happened again and again. We were unable to utilise it for most of our stay, when one of the reasons I booked the suite was because of this feature. The kids were sorely disappointed. The room service was also terrible. Food not only came so long. But had to send back the steak twice because it was super tough and totally inedible. I even asked the manager to try and cut the steak himself. After three failed attempts and almost 2hrs of waiting back and forth, I was already super hungry and had to order something else. Look, I wasn't even looking for excellent quality beef, I just wanted something that is edible. While the staff remained polite and apologetic all throughout, there wasn't any compensation for any of the shortcomings we experienced. Still paid full for the failed room service and for the room that had a disgusting jacuzzi water. (photo shown has the water looking less brown due to colour correction, but I assure you, it was grossly brown with sediments too)

Sheets had stains. Aircond was a little noisy. Breakfast was so so. Not much varity. All 3 days was serving almost the same menu. Koi food was not available for purchase on our 2nd day.

Quite nice so far, hope breakfast should have more food of meat.

The water pressure in my room 608 was like A boy urinating? Too too soft

Generally everything is nice. Logistically good and booking a grabcar usually take only about 2-3 mins.

They should have chairs at the balcony. Requested for a stool or foldable chair they don't even have one.

There is no shops in the hotel except for one shop only.

Messaged hotel b4 check in to ask about the power plug but no reply. Luckily the room's plug is suitable for 3pins one.

So far ok only the select room need to change some of the room with no balcony. I’m staying in deluxe room that state a balcony . What I know only executive room there’s a balcony

The water system needs cleaning as I can smell a fishy odour from the tap and shower water.

The place is alright, the only thing i didn't like is that I could hear the lift bell from my room.

The environment was good, hotel design was impressive. Morning breakfast was cool. We really enjoy our stay. Spacious Parking area.

Room price is affordable. Near to town and anywhere wqe wanted to go for shopping or jalan-jalan.
