Staff is nice. We were upgraded to a suite. Room is clean although not that big. Location is ok, near to malls but not walking distance

We book the room when there was a long holiday in sg. The room costs us more than 12 million rupiah. The mark up is insane. But we have no choice as during that time all good hotels are sold out..

Aku tak suka dgn carpet dia yg ada coffee stain. Rekabentuk dan perabot lama mcm hotel tahun 1980an.

The inter-connecting room bedding. 1 room with King bed and another room with 1 queen and 1 single. All with bathtub

The service was good, clean and spacious rooms. We stayed here twice once for 7 nights and second time was 12 nights. The restaurant manager was really helpful and kind mr pandhenry.

Lovely hotel foyer and very good breakfast. Big room with large Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Plenty of lifts. Good security and on site gym and nice massage at the on site spa/massage centre.

The hotel is from a bygone era …. Grand spaces and facilities are closed / not operating and lack of maintenance is evident everywhere (fittings & furnishings, bathroom, carpets. The beautiful big pool was closed for maintenance for most of our 5 day stay so we did not get to use it. There is no restaurant or bar on site and you can’t get an alcoholic drink anywhere. Nothing in walking distance so we spent a lot of time going out in a ‘grab’. Large mosque across the road so call to prayer disturbs every sleep, and club music and traffic noise are horrendous at 11 stories up. We were put on a smokers floor as booked a king room and that was the only one available…. the smell was putrid so we got moved next day around the other side of the hotel & to a higher floor - much quieter. Lovely staff but very limited English. no one could help or advise us on sightseeing or touristy things to do or see on Batam - the entire property is really not set up for Western tourists.

The hotel had been in existence for close to 30 years and needs to have upgrades made to their rooms. Initially they assigned us to a room with a faulty toilet bowl and unresponsive air-conditioning system. We complained to the front desk and they moved us to a better room.

All the staffs were friendly and outstanding. They upgraded our room with no additional charges. We really appreciate that.

There’s no ironing board in the room and it’s troublesome to get one and have to wait till it’s available. I brought up the issue in the comment during my previous stay. The management should look into this.

Proximity to Nagoya night life

My friend had a issue with his 9 Reservation. And ended up with a noisy poor quality room

I get the room which is the bathtub cant get out water, so the maintanance came to repair. But the toilet bowl which is overloaded when we use is really bad

room is so big , with "living room" & small pantry. big bathroom with shower & bath tub. The hotel is quite old hotel but facilities are modern & nice. wifi is fast. many variety food for breakfast. access to town is near & easy.
