Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Excelente ubicación y procedimiento de ingreso. precioso edificio, bien conservado. Nunca nos encontramos con ninguna persona, por lo q es dificil puntuar al personal más allá de la asistencia enviada para el ingreso.
Todo muy bien, podría estar más limpio el pequeño sillón de la habitación y brindar complementos de higiene personalizados, son detalles que mejoran la estadía.

No staff On property Very thin walls woken several times from noise inside ( slamming doors, staff taking out laundry at 7am, loud talking) and out ( drinking and parties in street at 4:30am) both nights - Hard to sleep

Since it was in the middle of everything it was very noisy ALL NIGHT LONG so take your earplugs. Lots of yelling partiers. Theres no staff there for check in but it was easy with the codes they give you

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026This is the second time we have stayed at Airas Nunes after walking the Camino. It was even easier to check in than the last time. Our luggage was waiting for us and we were able to leave some of our items in the lockers while we went to the Cathedral before check-in. The rooms are beautiful and clean; they have been updated with air-conditioning since we were last there. Since there is not an on-site check-in, they do not offer breakfast or meals, but it is a block from the Cathedral and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within feet of the door.

I felt for the price the furniture and fittings in the room are dated and old. The decor needs refreshing. Also my room had only black tea and mint tea, so more variety would be great. Missing rubbish bin in the room.

The complex was atmospheric with great character and the room was spacious clean and tidy with a nice outlook to the rear. It was quiet. We were very happy with our stay and loved Santiago.

Alle Zimmer sind nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.Doppelbett wurde angeboten ist aber in nur 2 von 12 Zimmern verfügbar.Ich hatte es gewünscht, aber nicht bekommen. Schade! Das Cafee direkt daneben öffnet leider erst um 10 Uhr.

En in ons geval een fantastische service door Pablo die ons vermiste koffertje wist te traceren en alles regelde voor terugkeer van het koffertje. Wat een geweldige medewerker was hij. Een dikke pluim voor Pablo 🙏👍
