Reviewed Aug 17, 2026In general, it is a simple hotel for your rest. There is free parking provided for hotel guests if you register your car no. plate with the reception. We had a view that could see the Kuching Waterfront area with ease. Also, you can drop by the famous cheese naan (Ceylonese Restaurant) and a decent massage parlour next door.
(rather than dislike, this is something for people to note) This is a simple hotel, so there is no swimming pool or gym facilities available.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. This was based on the price relative to others in the area and the location was excellent. I paid for a room with a view of the river and it was less than 10 minutes walk to view the evening light show.
The fridge was very cold so everything froze (some would see this as a bonus). Choices were limited at breakfast but adequate.

Lauter Verkehr nachts vorm Hotel, was den Schlaf stört ( da ausgebucht, war kein Zimmerwechsel möglich). Das Frühstück sehr auf Einheimische eingestellt. Die Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit Teppichboden und auch sehr klein. Auf meine vorherigen Anfragen, ob ich bei zwei verschiedenen Buchungen das Zimmer behalten könnte, wurde nicht reagiert, so dass ich zwischendurch umziehen musste.

Please upgrade ur iron, mind u i only pun on low heat, the brand is homa plus, i burnt my uniform on my 1st day report duty. Im a breastfeeding mom, i ask the staff if i can put my breastmilk inside their kitchen freezer, the staff said their freezer not available due to 1 of their freezer broken, and only 1 was available and already full, only can put inside their chiller, lucky my report duty finish earlier, and i can check out earlier..

The wifi provided was bad. Despite repeated complaints, the staff who initially were helpful in resetting the WiFi, later became not responsive. The breakfast was of average spread and quality. I feel the room is over priced.

The breakfast in the hotel was always the same lacking creativity and variety. Would not opt for breakfast if I stay a 2nd time. The rooms are clean. That was a great plus point.
The air conditioning is too cold and cannot be controlled and the air draft is always directed at the 2nd bed. Hence, it is difficult to sleep and the discotheque noises somewhere is disturbing.

De wifi deed het totaal niet. Bij de afgifte van je kamersleutel werd aangegeven dat de wifi het wel eens niet deed maar die 5 dagen dat ik daar verbleef heb ik geen enkel moment gebruik kunnen maken.
