Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Nada una porquería de hotel no me permitieron hacer el cambio de habitación y pagar la diferencia. En ese hotel no hay restaurante. En el cuarto no hay cafetera ni agua de cortesía todo lo vendían hasta una cuchara desechable y las toallas y rollos de papel tenia que bajar a recepción a pedirlos y ni se diga el baño pésimo la regadera solo tiene una puerta y se sale toda el agua y se hace una laguna hable a recepción y me dijeron que bajara por el trapeador para que le secara y para colmo nunca hacen el aseo yo me vine con una alergia tremenda en los ojos en fin jamas volveré ahí

The suite needs various repairs: the stove didnt function, the sink faucet had big leak, toilet seat was broken ,,shower stall dirty. Over all,,,,it needs repairs urgently,,,,and perhaps more cleaning would help.

No tienen servicio de taxi al aeropuerto y no te resuelven nada respecto a eso...se supone que si es un hotel cercano al aeropuerto deben tener ese servicio gratuito, además del despertador...

Way over priced! Everything cost extra. A half of a cup of coffee was 60 pesos with no refill. A skillet for cooking had to be rented. Everything cost extra. Very expensive but didn’t get much. I would not recommend or ever go back.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026When we arrived they weren't friendly at all. There was 2 ladies and one was on her phone and the other one looked mad. She asked me for my info and kept rolling her eyes as she was checking me in. She didn't believe my daughter was a minor. She asked me for her age and when I gave her her age she said I had to show a school ID. She was just very rude overall making a face first everything. The rooms were small old and had this ugly old smell. Small and hard beds, no waters. I paid 83 dollars, was about 17 minutes away from the airport. I will never stay here. I dont think these rooms should be more than 40 dollars a night.

No especifica que no te dan servicio de limpieza hasta el 7to dia por ser de "larga estancia" y tampoco tienen ningun utencilio para cocinar, tienes que comprar sarten, platos y hasta tenedores para poder comer lo que genera costos adicionales. Todo lo tienes que pedir prestado, ejemplo plancha para ropa o pelo, que te den un papel de baño extra, etc . Cuando en cualquier otro hotel esto es un servicio basico incluido
