Reviewed Dec 6, 2025At first, I was quite frustrated because we arrived exhausted at around 1:30 a.m., and the initial experience wasn’t great. There were a few men smoking right by the entrance, which didn’t feel safe, and the elevator from the parking area didn’t work without a special card—something we only found out after a lot of hassle and calling the hotel. We even had to change rooms because the first one had stained sheets. However, once everything was settled, the rest of the stay improved significantly. The staff was apologetic and helpful. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—it was incredibly generous and included steak and other items you rarely see, even in the U.S. That truly turned things around for us.
We didn’t like the initial experience at all. The entrance area felt unsafe due to people smoking outside late at night, and it was confusing to access the hotel from the parking area. We had to walk outside with our luggage in the early hours because we couldn’t use the elevator without a key card. Also, finding the hotel was a challenge due to construction and a confusing location. And, of course, discovering stained sheets in the first room was very unpleasant.

Cuando llegué el día del check-in sucedió que si estaba en servicio, por lo que no pude aprovechar ya que por ese correo no empaqué traje de baño.

The hotel shuttle takes you to near by places and to the airport for free. We used it almost every day. We loved our stay and will be booking this hotel in Monterey again!

1. 침대 매트리스가 완전히 꺼져서 잠을 자는데 굉장히 힘들었습니다. 매트리스에 경사가 있어서 허리 부서 지는 줄... 2. 사전에 고지 없는 추가 금액이 결제 되었습니다. 약 150불 가량인데, 문의하였으나 확인되지 않고 있습니다. (원화 : 216,000원 상당) 3. 위치 때문에 금액이 비싼 것 같습니다..실질적으로 방음도 안되고, 굉장히 춥고, 1층에서 대화하는 소리가 너무 잘 들려요... 4. 주변이 한인타운이긴 하나, 위험합니다. 집시들도 많고 주변 환경이 좋지 않습니다.. 5. 주차를 위해 Day당 20불 추가 결제가 필요합니다...ㅠㅠ 다들 그냥 포함인데, 여기는 주차공간도 널널하지만 비용을 꼭 받네요..

Reviewed Jun 1, 2025This is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in this area or Monterrey as the area is quite industrial but this hotel has good facilities for restaurants and shops just nearby. The hotel itself is great, staff are really good, friendly and helpful. My room was good although the aircon couldn’t be controlled or turned off. However the staff, facilities and bar and restaurant are excellent. The eggs at breakfast deserve a special mention, superb! The minibus to and from the airport is a great feature also.

The gym was quite small, with few equipment. Breakfast wasn't included and it was quite pricey for Mexico (almost $200 USD).

Su personal muy amable y servicial, buena atención en todo momento, desde la recepción, personal de limpieza, restaurante y el chófer qué nos llevó de regreso al aeropuerto. The only issue I had was with the food, I ordered a steak with mash potatoes and although the steak was okay but not as hot as I would of liked the flavour was very good, the mash potatoes had a warm crust on the top but once I broke through that the potato below was cold and I mean cold as in it just came out of the fridge cold. I paid for my meal but didn’t leave a tip which upset the waiter a lot even though I told him I didn’t eat the potatoes as they were very cold. I then give him a cash tip as it was not him that cooked the meal and he had been very nice up until this point so he got what he wanted and I got my point across. I never ate in the restaurant after that.

The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, polite and helpful and the housekeeper always checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We will be staying here every time we come back to monterrey and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Very very happy! Thank you!
