Reviewed May 16, 2025The hotel is convenient located, they put me in the ground floor beside the pool, at the beginning very nice, but at night there was a group of persons yelling and drinking in my window, the front desk didn't do anything. Reviewed Jun 27, 2024Due to a storm having passed through half an our earlier, unlike all the other hotels, Best Western's shuttle service was canceled, so we were stuck at the airport 6 miles away and never got to stay at the hotel. We waited outside for the shuttle to arrive and saw other hotel shuttles, but not Best Western's. We called the hotel only to learn their shuttle service had been canceled due to the storm. Not knowing whether we'd ever make it back to the airport for our connecting flight 10 hours later, we decided not to try for taxi service (didn't have cash anyway) and just stayed at the airport overnight (most uncomfortable!). Granted, it was an unusual situation with the storm, but shuttle service was the main reason we had selected Best Western in the first place. Now to try to get reimbursed for the non-hotel stay.
