Cani in sala colazione e a cena, insopportabile vedere gente che si fa leccare le mani dal cane e poi va al buffet a prendere il cibo. Mai visto una cosa simile.Vogliamo bene ai cani ma non vogliamo mangiare nella loro ciotola. E poi un continuo abbaiare, sembrava un canile più che una sala ristorante.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirklich top. Wir hatten eine Suite mit direktem Blick auf die Piste und das ganze Geschehen draußen – richtig schön. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns aber vor allem das Personal. Wirklich alle waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – vom Empfang über den Service bis hin zum Housekeeping und Valet-Service. Man merkt einfach, dass dort viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders David von der Bar bzw. vom Poolservice war einfach klasse – super aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt 😊 Auch das Team an der Rezeption und Parkier Service war wirklich toll. Ein echtes Highlight ist außerdem der riesige Weinsafe im Hotel, der sogar ein Eintrag als Guinness Rekord hat. Das sieht man definitiv nicht überall.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Toilettensituation beim Pool auf der Dachterrasse (4. Etage). Wenn man vom Pool aus aufs WC möchte, wird man auf eine Toilette im 3. Stock verwiesen. Diese war bei unserem Aufenthalt allerdings komplett mit Pflanzen zugestellt und nicht nutzbar. Dadurch musste man in nasser Badekleidung durchs Hotel zurück ins eigene Zimmer. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Toilette wieder für Gäste freigeräumt werden könnte.

Pool und Essen waren gut

De ligging was perfect, buitenkomen, twee roltrappen nemen en je zit in de skilift. het zwembad met panoramaview een topper. Eten voortreffelijk, diner was sterrenniveau.

Terrasstoelen op het balkon had ik zeker gebruikt, nu waren ze niet aanwezig. Deel van de skiruimte is een smalle gang. Br

I have just returned back from a 5 night trip to one of our favourite Alpine resorts - Ischgl. We travelled with our 2 adult children and have the best day at the Hotel Fliana. Hotel location is fantastic overlooking one of the main slopes back into the village. Two lift stations directly outside the hotel make this hotel super easy access onto the huge Ski range of Ischgl. Food at the hotel is super - my favourite the Breakfast with lots of choice. Fabulous staff in the dining area - big shout out to Dom who looked after our table ! This is our second visit to the Fliana - our last visit was in 2020 days before the resort shut before Covid. It was so nice to come back and see all the new renovations, and updates. The hotel has made. The spa facilities at the Fliana are EXCELLENT!! They have a rooftop outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. An indoor pool and the sauna facilities are pristine and spacious with beautiful lounge areas to relax after your treatments. Another big shout and thanks to David in the hotel bar… what a beautiful bar with great views of watching people down at the end of their day! Fabulous trip - thank you Fliana

Frühstück top - von Saftpresse bis Omlettekoch, frischem Obst und Früchten, diversen Getränkenund sehr gutem Brot alles vorhanden. Sehr guter, nicht zu scharfer Frühstückskaffee, viele Sorten Tees und etliche Fruchtsäfte.

Die Matratze im Zimmer was etwas duchgelegen, aber noch ok. Im Superiorzimmer wären zwei Waschbecken wünschenswert.

Excellent accomodation, food variety, SPA area (saunas, body treatment), two smimming pools, outdoor whirpool, fitness area, friendly staff. Many times awarded restaurant for food experience. Perfect location, just near between two gondollas stations. Show cooking dining. Professional wine and cheese sommelier experience. Impressive winesafe, mainly with Bordeaux wine collection.

Отличное расположение, прямо у подъемников. Внимательный персонал. Отличный завтрак. У нас был включён ужин, отличная еда, приближённая к высокой кухне. Отличный спа центр, открытый бассейн с коктейлями. Мы были приятно удивлены.

Единственно, что диссонировало - пост по приготовлению яиц на затраке. Скрембл был серого цвета и подавал его повар не красиво. Ну это если придираться.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Family owned, really luxurious but without any hint of stuffiness or unnecessary formality. The facilities are excellent - a large spa, sauna and steam room area, but the real jewel is the roof top pool and hot tub, where you can relax following a hard day’s skiing with a beer and watch people brave the ski in! Food is deliciously, with a big selection on offer. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Great location close to two gondola. We will definitely be back!

When we initially booked the hotel, we only considered the location of it. We had mixed feelings about the half-boarding option. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised because for dinner, the hotel provides fine dining concept. The food was simply delicious. On top of the high quality of the food and drinks, the staff was also super friendly, smiling, and very helpful. On top of this, the room was spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean. All these factors determined us to book upfront the room for our next ski holiday.

We stayed for a week skiing, with the half board package. The hotel is excellent on every level. Very close to the main lift, easy walk. All the facilities are of the highest standard, the spa with 2 saunas and a steam room is the best we ever experienced in Austria. The pool on the top floor is a dream come true - was amazing to watch the skiers come down the slopes while having a beer in the jacuzzi or pool. The food was just amazing - we felt super spoilt with an amazing breakfast buffet every day including an egg and omelette station. Dinner every evening was sensational with a wide great choices and cooked to fine dining standards. The hotel works really hard to keep things interesting which is appreciated. Best of all were the team, everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Kata in the restaurant. You will not be disappointed to book here

Stunning location and exceptionally friendly staff team. Right beside two major lifts up to Idalp. Easy check in. Rooms have the most amazing view. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi warm and great fun in the snow. The new spa area is lovely. Don’t miss out on the Apres snacks in the bar, which is stunning with great slop views. Brilliant ski locker with no stairs to navigate. Each room has a spacious heated locker. The food is so nice with a different focus every night. Mohammad and the rest of the lovely team looked after us very well. Would definitely return. Service is excellent and there is a lovely relaxed family atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s right beside the connecting tunnel to the rest of the village. Lots of hire stores, Apres bars and a supermarket near by.

Great location for ease of slopes, the lifts do get very busy in the mornings as everyone heads off up the mountains. Hotel was well presented, fantastic spa facilities. Had a treatment which was great. The Hotel has had a recent make over but not all rooms have been refurbished, these felt dated and tired. Food was great, buffet had plenty of choice, some of the vegetarian options were poor from the menu. Felt the staff were friendly but service could be slow at times and it wasn't overly busy during our stay.

An amazing location, beautiful hotel, attentive staff - I can't say enough! The hotel makes for a perfect location to visit Ischgl, especially for skiing.

Szkoda , że Sylwester w samym Hotelu dość słaby, właściwie bez pomysłu. Szkoda również , że niektórzy goście nie docenili miejsca , nawet w czasie posiłku.To , że dress code nie obowiązywał to OK. Ale granie w karty w czasie posiłku to już przesada , na którą należy się reakcja personelu

Hervorragendes Personal im Speisesaal. Hohe Fachkompetenz und teilweise aussergewöhnlicher, hoher Kundenfokus. Prima Auswahl an ausgewogenen Speisen beim Nachtessen.

Frühstück, Speisen direkt aus dem Kühlschrank heraus mit wenig Leidenschaft einfach nur hingestellt. Speisen entsprechend gekühlt mit wenig Geschmack. Ein krasser Gegensatz zum Abendessen was die Präsentation und die geschmackliche Qualität anbelangt.

Beste Lage am Fuß der Talabfahrt, der Rooftop-Pool ist kaum zu schlagen und das Essen beim Abendmenue ist schon sehr, sehr gut! Wenn es um Ski-Urlaub geht, dann kaum zu toppen.

Dass die Tiefgarage 18 Euro/Tag kostet ist angesichts des Gesamtpreises zugegebenermassen irrelevant, und wir hätten die bei Anfrage ohnehin genommen, aber man sollte den Gast zumindest beim Einchecken darüber informieren, dass das Hotel ausschliesslich gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze anbietet. Personal wirklich sehr, sehr gut, freundlich und professionell, aber es kann nicht ganz darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass das Hotel von der Leitung her sehr businesslastig geführt wird und nicht unbedingt auf familiäre Atmosphäre oder ausgelegt ist.

We stayed at FLIANA multiple times since 2018 and have kept coming back although the hotel does not necessarily make that easy. Last year we stayed for a week in January and requested an offer for a 4 night stay in a family room in February, which was denied (we had to book 7 days). So we stayed elsewhere…. This year we again stayed for a week in January and requested an offer for early April for 3 nights, which was denied again (we had to stay 4 days). Funnily enough, I could book it via booking.com a couple of weeks later, which I did. While there in January, I shared this with the hotel, who suggested to cancel my booking reservation and book directly with the hotel as we both know this is far more interesting for the hotel. So far so good. I even ended up adding an extra person to the booking a week before arrival. Knowing that the hotel is now making more money than if I had kept my original booking, I was silly enough to think that they may appreciate me as a returning customer. Not…. Ok, an upgrade to the empty “family” room next to us was maybe too much to expect, a late check out seemed realistic, or at least a drink at the bar or something, …. Nothing. And this review should not come as a surprise to the hotel. I always share my feedback directly and the lady at reception would pass my comments to the management (a day before our departure when I learned the late check out was declined). I never heard back.... This is a great place to stay but it would be so much better if they would appreciate returning customers.

Excellent hotel located right next to two gondolas leading to the top of the mountain. We stayed here as a family in March 2025 and enjoyed the easy access to the slopes and proximity to the main street of the town. We also appreciated the large and well-maintained spa with sauna, indoor pool, and relaxation area, as well as the stunning rooftop pool/jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet each morning was extensive and the dinners each evening were delicious, with new courses every day and a large salad bar to go along. The rooms in the hotel all felt new and have great views of the slopes, with some even having their own balcony. Overall, we had a relaxing week at Hotel Fliana and we hope to be back!

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Fliana for some late skiing and had a wonderful 5 nights at the hotel. We can highly recommend it, the location, ambience, cleanliness, delightful room and food, everything was absolutely perfect. It is quite expensive but the quality is high throughout. We also loved using the pool each evening before dinner.

We had a great ski week with our adult children at Hotel Fliana. The deluxe rooms are fabulous - spacious with lots of storage, very well appointed with great views of the slopes. The breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious and the outdoor pool and hot tub are wonderfully warm and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel bar is also lovely and the barman David is an huge asset to the hotel. Really good week and we could not recommend the hotel more highly. Perfect position between 2 gondola stations. We will certainly be back.

The quality of the service, size of the room, amenities, food and location (about 1 min walk to each of the main lifts) are all second to none. They are currently 4*s and I would imagine the 5th * will not be long. They far exceeded our expectations.

5 nights in March, group of older brothers. This hotel is incredible. Best location in town, right between the two main gondolas and base of red run 1 home, 50 yards to either gondola from front door. Service and food are 5 star not 4. Rooftop hot tub is perfect!! Will be back asap

Hotel fabulous. Staff so helpful and friendly. Food lovely and roof hot tub overlooking the last slope with a drink service was a big hit. Travelling as a family of 4 with a disabled skier and they made me feel more welcome than any other hotel I’ve been to since I became disabled. Thank you for the best, least stressful holiday we’ve had in years. Your staff are a real credit to you, every single one of them.

Every year, we visit a new ski resort with our family. We are a family with older children (18+). This time, we visited Ischgl and stayed at Hotel Fliana. The location of this hotel is phenomenal, as it is very close to two of the largest lifts that go up from the town/valley. The hotel breakfast and dinner were exquisite, and the service was always kind and helpful. The menu for diner varies every day and it always contains something you will like. After a long day of skiing, the spacious outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We went for a week to ski in Ischgl and stayed at Fliana. The location is perfect, very close to main skilifts and only few minutes away from the town central. The room was big, view from the room was great (mountain view) beds are good and overall service was perfect. Food was also good. Highly recomended.

Thе room has a direct view of the outdoor pool. There is a constant feeling that we are looking at the swimmers inside the pool, and they are looking at us inside the room. It's not very pleasant.

Our 2nd time at the wonderful Hotel Fliana and another wonderful stay. Great location, friendly staff and guests, wonderful food and of course, the amazingly restorative Aperol Spritz’s served in the rooftop pool and hot-tub, overlooking the Alps, after a full day on the ample reds, blacks and off-piste runs. Always had good snow and sunshine and looking forward to coming back for a 3rd time with our grown-up “kids” in March…

Pool was nice

Dinner was bad, staff at the desk and office were appalling and screwed up on the invoice as well as informing about prices and over charged on several agreed items. After THEY screwed up, they were utterly incompetent in resolving the issues

Beautiful hotel with a high hospitality. The best location. Very good food. Nice people.spent 2 weeks family constantly of 2 adults and two teenagers. Nice big family room with stunning view over the mountains. Fantastic infinity pool with gorgeous view. Very happy. Next year will be back

One can hardly think of a better location of a hotel. Just across the street from the final piste to the valley, and the 2 main cable cars. Fine cuisine for dinner, variety of meals for breakfast, snacks available in-between. Kind and hospitable staff.

I booked online without doing much research. Upon arriving I realized that I made a great choice! The hotel is extremely conveniently located. Everything was top notch service and high end. My room fee came with breakfast and dinner. Both being fantastic. While you are there you keep the same table at all times. The Apre Ski scene is what Ischgl is known for, and it does not disappoint. You can start in the hotel's own bar and proceed on to Trofana for a massive Apre Ski experience. The ski rentals and main Gondola is a stone throw's away and clean and professional. The runs are clearly marked with color and number. All around it was a great ski hotel and vacation.

Location is great in close proximity to the slope and cable car

Unfortunately, too many unqualified staff, partly even unfriendly. Not what we’re used to for many years when going to Austria. It seems Austrian facilities face similar problems getting professional hospitality staff like Germany and some other European countries. Breakfast was great, but the highly praised kitchen of Fliana was also not matching the expectations at half board.

The facilities of the hotel were fantastic, we wanted a hotel with pool and spa facilities near to the mountain view which this had both. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing, great temperature and being able to order a drink to enjoy while you relax really made it special.

the meal was a little different to what we would have normally ordered. We would have like the option to order from a separate menu even if we had to pay a supplement charge,

Staff is absolutely a nightmare of that hotel. Breakfast works from 7.30 before that the hotel is a dead city. There is no chance to get even coffee- also no kettle in the room if you wish to make your own. 90% of personal are so unpolite. Lady at spa area works for 5 days, but do not know that outside swimming pool is open and how to get there. Logistics and navigation inside of hotel do not exist if you are living “at the back of the house”- second building. In general the hotel itself is ok, but people who owns it, runs it, works there have so limited knowledge regarding hospitality.

The location, the food, the staff were all fabulous.

Our family room with 4 grown men in it was a bit small and there was only one shower and one loo…

Property was located right next to two different ski lifts so that was amazing being able to ski within minutes of walking out of door.

The dinner was below average. I have stayed at much cheaper hotels and had much better dining experience.
