Every time we check in to different room, its different experience to us. The toilet bowl, the aircond.

The breakfast really good and really very clean... Everything is very clean and the staff also very kind with us... I really like ur hotel.

Toilet agak berbau 'hancing' sebelum digunakan kali pertama dan bilik yang dapat agak sempit bagi untuk 2 orang sedangkan saya amik katil king/queen. Pastinya untuk 2 orang. Mungki perlu diperbaiki pada masa akan datang. sembur pewangi sebelum customer check in. Biarpun hanya untuk tidur tapi kebersihan amat penting.

Money worth. Spacious parking on basement. Bukhara Restaurant is 24 hours just beside of hotel's building. Its also a friendly user for OKU. Menu are quiet variety n decent. Infront of the hotel, got a car wash. I havent try yet on the spa (jacuzzi, foot n body massage). You can enjoy self service on soft drinks n snacks from vanding machine in the lobby. Need a room card to access lift. Iron n board are provided. Can request for conecting room. Highly recommended!

The toilet's door got NO lock. You need to make an anouncement to use the toilet to your roomate. Dont forget to ready cash for the deposit. Mine was rm100 for 2 rooms. Fortunately the Public Bank just a walk away.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was nice. Water dispenser at ground floor was convenient. There is basement parking available for hotel guests to park their cars.

The room was not well kept. The floor beneath the bed is exposed but is not swept or cleaned. The air conditioning leaked a few times even though I was only staying for 1 night. The shower water pressure is inconsistent and the toilet smells of sewage. This room was way below my expectations as I had paid similar price for a room in KL with much better cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.

The location

The price is very reasonable with decent breakfast. Location is pretty near to Old Town, staffs were very friendly, no complaint for their service and hospitality at all.

The AC was not able to swing. The housekeeper also didn't make the bed daily & restock the drink/coffee/tea daily. I also didnt get towel unless I asked for it. The keycard is sometimes bugged I needed to tap multiple times to enter.

It is a pretty nice hotel. Nice furniture. Brekfast nothing short of amazing. Perfect location too.

Room was clean OK, but window was completly covered with bird's excrements 😛. So, with stomach full of beautiful breakfast I was ready to spew when I was looking through it (see pictures). Window closing mechanism practically didn't exist (it was hanging loose and could be ripped out without using any significant force (see pictures). Handle of the door connecting neighbouring room was almost ripped out of the door. Definitely, this did not help to feel secure and the look of it... (see pgoto). Staff members (cleaning crew and other support people) congregate next to hotel lift in front of vending mashine. Every time I went by, I felt like I was intruding on their private space...

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the location was also very convenient.

The rooms are quite small, making it difficult to open two suitcases comfortably. The bathroom is also fairly compact and basic, with limited space.

The breakfast was decent, with plenty of options to choose from, both hot and cold. The room was alright too and generally clean, although the bathroom had a bit of a smell.

The only thing that caught me off guard was the extra fees and deposits we had to pay on arrival. Altogether it was over 100 MYR. We did get part of it back at the end, but I wasn't really expecting those additional charges when checking in. (Maybe I missed it somewhere while booking, but still.)

Good location becos it's quiet. It's a weekday, though. Room was just nice to chill n sleep. Staff was quite friendly.

Just the hangers area, didn't know where to hang my wet towel. Btw, the housekeeping did not change my sheets the following day. (FYI, I added another night's stay the next day!)

Our luck was where we got a complimentary breakfast while booking the room. The surroundings are very quiet and you can sleep till you don't even realise it's already afternoon. You can park your car in the basement area. The hotel also provides free toiletries. I will surely book this hotel again every time we go to Ipoh.

The phone inside should not be hanging beside the door. I accidentally bumped twice into the phone hanging on the wall. The bidet water pressure is very low, you may need to check on that. The ceiling fan and the anti-slip carpet (inside toilet) also need to clean up.

The water pressure in the bathroom is not consistent, makes me to have a bad experience in bathing. Somemore the bed is less comfy, until i have a bad sleep.

Blízkost centra, velká snídaně, milý personál, na dvě noci pro člověka, který je hlavně venku, to bylo dostačující.

Neměli jsme normální okno, metr před oknem byla plechová konstrukce (na fotkách hotelu je to to červené). To by možná ještě tolik nevadilo, denní světlo tam alespoň trochu šlo, ale okno bylo neskutečně špinavé, i od trusu. Dále pod postelí silná vrstva prachu, špinavé skvrny na stěnách i v koupelně, v koupelně cizí vlasy.

the room is suitable for 3 of us which is all the facilities and equipment for 3 person. the environment of the hotel very clean and every Sunday morning in front of the hotel has pasar karat.

Untuk akan datang if (kalau boleh) sediakan lap kaki depan pintu bilik air kadang2 lepas mandi kaki masih basah so if ada lap kaki even smaller at least tak basahkan lantai yg lain dah agak selesa bila sentiasa dalam keadaan kering ketika keluar dari bilik aur/mandi ✅😉
