The fridge didnt work. The hot water from the shower was a bit inconsistent. I had to have a cold shower one day. Also the wifi wasn't good enough for streaming.

Good location, short walk to old town which was what we wanted since we only stay one night. Staff, particularly security guards were very helpful, particularly helping with directions. Reception was polite although one didn’t speak English well.

Very fussy about giving us towels. We had 4 in our room and we constantly gt two new towels. On the last day, they refused to give us any towels. A shame as it was a great hotel otherwise.

Limited parking spaces which hampered our plans. You have to be parked elsewhere and rely on a hotel van. There were only 2 power outlets, with a non-working one, which effectively left us with one.

Great location for exploring Old Town. The guards on the lobby door are the most friendly and welcoming staff we encounter on our trip, they are a credit to the hotel. Beautiful view from the 12th floor dining area.

Rooms weren’t sound proof. All night you hear people talking or dragging the chairs around in the room. They really need to add some scuff pads to the bottoms of the chairs to reduce noise disturbances.

Nothing good as the bad experience more than negate anything good

Staff and security. Male housekeeping staff opened our room door and walked right in without knocking or ringing the door bell while my wife was changing. When my wife shouted in surprise, the staff just mutter an apology and slowly backed out of the room while staring at my wife. We complained to the receptionist during checkout and she confirmed that based on our description of the male staff uniform, he is part of the hotel housekeeping crew. Receptionist then just apologize and try to change subject by asking us how was the condition of the room. Room door does not have a security latch and anyone with master key card can just walk right in.

Loved the lobby staff opening the door for me with a smile every time. Enjoyed the location - central to what I was doing. Grateful that the hotel was on the river and a high rise. Helped when I was lost - which was frequent. Fabulous views from the 12th floor where I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. There was cold and hot water machine dispenser available on my floor. Close to both Indian and Asian style food.

The sheet’s smells a bit off, parking is limitted, room is a bit small, bed is small and a bit high not really babies friendly

The room is compact but clean and comfortable for the price. No issues on the lobby / reception which is on Level 12, it is well maintained.

The carpark situation is atrocious. They have terrible parking facilities and you are expected to park at an isolated building which about 150m away from the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle to transport you back and forth but certain hours only. It is not practical to have a hotel with such poor parking facilities.

The lobby and the restaurant is on the last floor with spectacular views. Our room was very clean and had nice view of the river and surrounding greenery. Staff were super kind and helpful.

2nd time stay...this time my washing basin got stuck, had to call the facilities guy to come fix it. Good thing the guy came quite fast.. and managed to resolve the problem. I feel like if U stay for 1 day the room facilities are not that great. The boiler is plastic and the room seems smaller. Before this, we stayed for 3 night though the room also have some fault (toilet bowl cannot flush), the room seeem slighlt bigger and the boiler is stainless steel 😆😆

The toilet flush was not working properly and had to call the reception to get dinner to come settle.

Un bell’albergo in posizione strategica. Personale gentile. Camera ampia e letto comodo. Dispenser acqua potabile gratuita in ogni piano delle camere.Reception per check-in e colazione al 12 piano. All’ingresso c’è sempre una guardia che controlla( importante). Nello stesso piano un piccolo mini-market.

La colazione continentale non all’altezza, nessun dolce, tranne piccoli croissants e dolcetti “sottoteca “ chiusi a chiave e a PAGAMENTO!!! Macchina del caffè rivedibile… peccato perdersi per così poco.

The location is very strategic with 7E on the groundfloor, breakfast was good and most importantly elevators are fast!

Your covered parking is very limited. During one of my stays, I saw an available covered parking space but was not allowed to use it because it was reserved for staff, even though I was travelling with a pregnant woman. I understand the security guard was only following instructions, so this is not his fault. My concern is with the management’s priorities. Paying guests should not be asked to park in a distant or abandoned-looking area while reserved covered parking sits empty. I hope the management, including the GM and senior team, experiences parking where guests are directed so they can better understand the inconvenience their customers face. Please reconsider your parking policy and prioritize your guests comfort and safety.

J'ai réservé pour 3 personnes, accessoires pour 2 , pour la 3eme personnes cetait en extra (payant) serviettes de bain et coussins. Les coussins étaient trop epais pour dormir. La clim etait glacé, impossible de régler la température. Pas de laverie, tout etait payant, exemple un pyjama cetait 16 rm 😳. Les photos de l'hôtel datant, car l'hôtel est vieillissant, en perte de tourisme a mon avis. Musique le soir jusqu'à 00h donc impossible de dormir avant avec les enfants. Impossible de fumer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel faut sortir pour en cramé une lol. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel soit disant 4 étoiles, ce nest pas a la hauteur de la prestation attendu.

Parking is really limited but the guards are superb. They have another carpark location further down the road and there are hotel shuttle bus to commute between carpark and hotel.

The breakfast for RM32 was really really poor. Food are limited and they offered pastry but was locked and juices was locked :) and need to pay RM10 for 2 tiny pastry.

Our room did not match the photos on Booking.com One of the main walls had torn wall paper and a severely damaged wall. The bed base looked torn and pillows were stained yellow. The basin in bathroom needed a good clean around the base where it is attached to cabinetry. We discussed our dissatisfaction with manager and all he said was that some of the rooms had been renovated and some were not. I had chosen a standard room and there was nothing he could do as the hotel was fully booked. Seems strange to me that the hotel was fully booked as there was no one around in this town.

Staff & guards so helpful and cheerful. Hotel nearby the attraction places. Easy access also. Once the basement parking full, you can park at the open space as the staff recommended and got shuttle so no worries if u have to park outside.

The toilet doesn’t smell very fresh and air conditioner is not very cold even though it’s set to 16°C but i still can sleep peacefully.

Love the location.

Hand towel for the bathroom was not provided. But the staff was obliging enough to provide an extra bath towel as the hotel does not have hand towels.

Parking was BAD. First time in 7 years I think I broke my car while parking on the iron rod. Too high. Aircond was not cold at all even at 16 deg and HH fan. One staff...no tudung, with specs (indian something mix maybe)- she didnt even care when we entered for dining. We have already informed another staff by the counter which is our room number. Our was triplet room, obviously breakfast for 3 people. There was no smile on her. After a while she walked to our table with suspicious look, is your room number this? (which is not). What is your purpose of asking a customer WHILE WE ARE EATING? After checkout, we let our mom to wait at the lobby while I go get my car and also keep our luggages all together so that we dont wait long on the road as the hotel entrance is at a very dangerous corner. The lift which connects to the B level and G level is a dumb dumb lift. Once we got into the lift to go down, the lift just went up. At some level a staff came in, we told her we are trying to get to the basement but somehow the lift just came up. Staff said yeah its normal. Then went up again to another floor, this time the bad face staff came in. The previous staff got out on another floor. So this one got out later, after few steps, before the door closes, asked me if Im going G floor, I said yeah. I mean where else should I go. This idiotic lift brought me upper floors wasted my time. The only face I didnt want to see again I had to see again, feels like whole series of unfortunate events unlocked by seeing her again. She cannot talk to a customer like that. I may look like a beggar but doesnt mean I have to show how much money I have. Its holiday of coz I am in my comfy dress and slippers. Im going to drive for 2.5 hrs!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel has limited parking in basement. However, there is parking further away with shuttle provided by the hotel to the hotel. Otherwise, there is public parking at the shops behind the hotel which is a short walk away.

Usually when we book hotel with certain amount we will expect some good quality of food the be serve but this hotel really disappointing. The breakfast was too limited, not much choice's. Nasi lemak & sambal was lousy as well as other foods. Not worth for the money. Totally spoiled the mood and will not plan to come back again.

in booking.com it said we will get parking, when we got there they said parking is full and we'll just have to park anywhere outside with the possibility of fine. Had to wake up early to pay city council parking. we were checking in at 2am from a long drive and this man at the reception were not friendly at all. when i ask him about the parking, he told me to ask the guard and not him. at checkout, they told us to wait, and it was around 10-15 mins of sitting around until they said housekeeping said ok. it was a wait. should've been easier.
