Had a good stay at Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa. The beachfront location in Station 3 is quiet and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but overall it was still a pleasant and worth-it stay.

Just got back from Boracay Ocean Club and I'm still on cloud nine! The resort is quite simple and I just want to say that minimize the construction worker - the beachfront location is EVERYTHING. Rooftop pool vibes were fine, and the staff were super hospitable.

It's the best experience, I was happy and delighted because I'd see the best view of sky lounge with infinity pool and approachable staff in BOC, I thought of coming back again with my family, I like the services and foods they given me. Thank you BOC!!

I recently completed my OJT at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the facilities were top-notch - modern, clean, and well-maintained 🏨. The hotel's systems and equipment were also up-to-date, making it easier for me to learn and adapt. However, my experience with the RA staff was a bit hit-or-miss 😓. Some were super helpful and patient, taking the time to explain tasks and answer my questions 🤗. Others seemed put off by my presence and lack of experience, making it harder for me to get the most out of my OJT. Despite that, I appreciated the hands-on experience and exposure to hotel operations. If they could improve coordination and training for OJT students, that'd be awesome 😊. Maybe a designated mentor or buddy system? 🤔 Overall, 3.5/5 stars.

False Advertising and Poor Service Agoda clearly states that the Superior Room comes with a balcony, which was one of the main reasons I booked. But as per their Customer Service, this kind of room doesn't have a balcony and I should raise the concern to Agoda and not to them (see screenshots). This is misleading. Housekeeping service was just as disappointing. I specifically requested my room to be cleaned before 8:00 AM. When I returned around 11:30 AM, the room was still untouched—no cleaning done, no bed made, nothing. I asked them 3x to clean the room (first: before 8am, second: when I arrived around 11:30 AM, and third: when I directly asked those housekeeping staff roaming in the hallway). The Front Office representative (Joy Reyes) told me that they are following an MUR system that's why my room was not yet cleaned (even after more than 3 hours). Well, obviously, their system didn't work and failed. Instead of proper service, it was the General Manager herself (Hanel Salcedo) who went to the room and cleaned it. While I appreciate the effort, this only highlights how poorly managed the hotel is. Even then, they failed to refill basic toiletries, which is the bare minimum for any hotel, let alone a “resort & spa.” For the price they charge, this level of service is not acceptable. Misleading room descriptions, unreliable housekeeping, and lack of attention to basic guest needs make this place not worth the money. I would not recommend this place!

B400 Family Room This is the best option for families. It has two rooms, perfect for a family of four, and can even accommodate an extra bed for a family of five. One room has a king-size bed, while the other has two double beds. We requested to join the two double beds, and it turned out to be even more spacious than the king-size bed. My son and his wife, together with their two kids (3 and 8 years old), were comfortably sleeping in one bed. Room 3312 – Panoramic Ocean View This room was for my other son, his wife, and their baby. They were celebrating their wedding anniversary, and I requested a simple greeting from the hotel—but it was beyond my expectations. It was perfect. The room itself, the bed, the outdoor jacuzzi, and the breathtaking ocean view truly justified the higher rate. This is definitely one of the best rooms in the hotel. K Kitchen Hands down, the best unli-BBQ we have tasted. Sky Lounge The foam party was amazing! The kids enjoyed it so much—and of course, so did the adults. The staff were very accommodating, except for the manager, who was not very welcoming. I don’t discriminate, but as a leader, being customer-oriented really matters. The Spa Very elegant, relaxing, and beautifully done. However, I noticed that it closes early at 10:00 PM. I hope they consider extending the hours to at least beyond 12:00 midnight, as it’s the perfect time to enjoy a massage after a full day of activities. The Gym Perfect—complete with all the necessary equipment. Front Desk Very good and accommodating. Housekeeping I specifically requested that the beddings not be changed to help minimize costs for the hotel—just cleaning the room and changing the towels. It was my small way of contributing to environmental sustainability. Overall We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Boracay Ocean Club. We will definitely be back this Holy Week, bringing along more family members.

I had a great time staying at Boracay Ocean Club. We went to celebrate the new year’s and we made the right decision to stay here. I especially liked the foam parties and events they do at the Sky Lounge. Would definitely come here again.

We have once again had the pleasure of vacationing at Ocean Beach Club Boracay and it has once again been a great experience. Friendly and always helpful staff, nice room with a fantastic view of the sea, nice room, all in all a great experience.

I strongly advise other travelers to stay away from this establishment, due to their shockingly poor attitude toward customers. I had booked two rooms with Boracay Ocean Club through Agoda, and this booking was listed as fully refundable. Two of the people in our party ended up canceling their trip, so I asked the hotel if I could cancel one room and keep the other room. Boracay Ocean Club flat out refused, saying they would not allow me to modify the booking. They insisted that only Agoda could make such a change. So I contacted an Agoda agent, who called the hotel to modify the booking. But he was told the same thing -- the hotel still refused. My only remedy was to cancel the booking entirely via Agoda and find another hotel, which is what I wound up doing. This should have been a very simple matter for the hotel to resolve, and the absolute unwillingness to help speaks volumes about their appalling lack of care for customers. I would never again attempt to book a room at this hotel, knowing how little they care.

It was a lovely and cozy place. Luckily, we got a free upgrade and got the premier room (I think?). We are on the 3rd flr and got a balcony, the view though is residential but not a big deal, the room is spacious, and well lit and smells clean. I'm particular with the bathroom and I am satisfied with the cleanliness of this place. They also have a rooftop pool (not sure if it's infinity pool though) and a bar. The staff are all nice, this is a beach front and I'd say the end part of the upbeat area, the right place for peace and a little bit of crowd. The breakfast buffet was good, there's cereals, bread, rice and noodles, viand and taho!! (silken tofu). The food on the first day was good, I liked everything. But on the second day, there's only one viand which is corned beef, sadly, I don't eat this. The options are less than the first day so I'm a little sad and disappointed. On the other hand, they have a foam party! Timed one in the morning and one at night. They have performers at night as well. Overall we had a good stay here, we are well accommodated from start to end of our stay and might be back again in the future, who knows. :)

The pillows were incredibly fluffy—the best sleep I've had in ages! The ocean views were breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort's tranquil atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. I'd definitely return.

Location: this hotel is on the beach which is great. But getting to it once you get dropped off from your transfer is quite a hike and if you have lots of luggage and it's hot, forget it. We used Southwest Transfers which was great btw, would recommend. But with the 5 of us we had 1 guy walk us to hotel which meant only help for 2 luggage. You probably can arrange for hotel to come help but then you would be waiting. It's located in station 3 which is super quiet. So if you want this then yes this is the right station but if you want more action and really busy area go to station 2 for sure. There is a food court/night market close by. The set up is weird you don't go to different stalls, whatever stall seats you basically gets your service. But they had the most amazing and entertaining fireshow show that I have seen yet! Room: I got a diamond suite beach front. Which had an AMAZING view. Do not go for the panoramic suite as even though you have this huge deck, I doubt you could see the ocean from your room, you'd have to go to the end of the deck. I happened to get an updated Diamond suite which was pretty nice. My daughter who also booked a diamond suite got an older one. I think they only have 1 updated room. Her tiles on her floor were litterally moving, like they were coming out. You would think they would fixt that before letting anyone stay there. Both our rooms had really bad stained sheets. I mean so much staining that not only did I have to take the pics and send to the manager to make sure I got charged but they were so many, so gross and so big that i am surprised housekeeping would even put them on my bed. I always travel with disposable sheets and its the best thing ever. The room smelt like mildew, both rooms. My daughter and my other friend in a standard room checked in with no towels in their room. The room does have a hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker. Breakfast: no thanks. The selection was just not good. And when they had a decent selection like corn beef one morning, they ran out, filled it up with COLD cornbeef like i mean COLD. Fresh cooked eggs but not made to order. A soup station. Selection was small but it is a smaller hotel. The rooftop bar was DEAD every single night. The foam "parties" no one was there but just children. It definately is not a party hotel as advertised. They did have singers every night but also dead. And a 24 hour bar located at the hotel. staff was really great but this hotel is just so run down and the location is boring. The only thing that made this stay great was my view from my room.

Do NOT stay here! We booked the Diamond Suite, expecting a premium experience based on the room description and price point. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. First of all, the room was dirty and clearly not maintained. There was no separate bathtub, even though it was clearly listed in the room details. The sheets were stained, mold was all over the shower, and there were ants crawling everywhere, likely because the balcony door didn’t shut all the way. To make things worse, there was a constant sewer smell in the room. The balcony doors didn’t have handles on the outside, making them hard to open. The flooring tiles are loose, posing a tripping hazard and making it hard to open the front door. We didn’t even receive towels upon check-in, and the dental kit was already opened, which is just gross. There was also nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, which is baffling for a suite-level room. On top of all this, the hotel refused to give us more than one room key, which made things inconvenient for two people. The worst part? We paid the same price as my parents, who got a much nicer, more modern room. This room felt outdated, neglected, and far from luxurious. Save your money and avoid the disappointment—we will never stay here again.

However, accessing the hotel requires a 5 to 8-minute walk, as e-trikes cannot reach the front beach area. While the serene location is a highlight, certain aspects could use improvement, such as food variety and service efficiency—I had to contact the front desk three times before receiving bath towels for my room. Additionally, there were no slippers provided, and I did not receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Despite these minor inconveniences, I was delighted to have booked my stay four months in advance at a lower price and was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a premium room featuring a partial sea view, making the experience truly memorable.

Highly recommended Family Hotel. Close to the beach and quiet area. Perfect if you want a quiet environment. Beautiful place with friendly and very helpful staff, we really enjoyed our short stay. The only thing we didn't like was that the room wasn't cleaned on time on daily basis, no one would even check/follow up. The floor tiles (about 5-6 pcs) in the Panoramic Ocean Suite Room near both the bedside table and the back of the headboard near the bathroom were broken, cracked and wobbly which was unsafe. Reservation staff takes too long to respond to emails and doesn't read the query carefully.

This is my first time na mag check in sa hotel and na experience at Nakita ko kung pano nila asikasuhin nng kanilang guest simula arrival hanggang sa kanilang pag uwi. Ang gaganda rin ng mga rooms with Aircon sobrang napakakomportable perfect lahat. Pati mga pagkain napakasarap Lalo mo pa itong ma eenjoy pag nagsimula na Ang bubble party super amazing and super ganda. May wifi din sa room and lahat ng area.. So kung kayo ay may balak na mamasyalsa Boracay, I recommend Boracay Ocean Club Resort and Spa ay isang perfect na lugar para sa mga naghahanap ng relaxing at luxurious na bakasyon sa Boracay. Boracay Ocean club for me is one of the most excellent and It's exactly the right mixture of luxury and value for money,it is really an affordable paradise. First of all, the location is unbeatable. Steps from the renowned White Beach, you're in the midst of the action but far enough away to have a quiet retreat. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept. Not palace-like, perhaps, but they provide everything you want for a restful stay – a comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and even a balcony to take in the breathtaking ocean views (I spent hours just sitting and watching the sunset!). The rates are very affordable, considering the prime location and high-quality facilities.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. Super friendly staff. Nice 6th floor upper deck viewing with nightly fire show and Hawaiian dancers. Lovely room fully equipped. Good changeable buffet breakfast daily. Easy to go anywhere. Only very small quibble, we had to ask for new room towels most days but sent up within a minute. Check in was 3pm but no bother as you have paradise just on the doorstep. All in all great place and highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for a very memorable holiday. Overall stay was great. Food selection was good, but could be better especially the breakfast, very limited choice. Also the service could be a lot better, they were not prompt when it comes to their welcome drinks.

The. Beach

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

This was a great little resort right on White Beach. They had an acceptable breakfast buffet with the water kettle and coffee in the room and a very nice bar that opened up onto the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The shower was nice, however the water pressure was quite lacking.

There are only a few things we enjoyed during our stay. The best was the 2.5hr spa treatment! They did a wonderful job and would definitely recommend booking with their spa! We booked an ocean view suite. For the price we paid, we expected better. First off, they will only give one key to our room. This apparently is their standard and will not issue a 2nd key. They only responded with just come to the desk and we will open it for you. So we did this once and no one showed for 30mins. I had to talk to the manager to get it opened immediately. The room was very spacious and had a sitting area and decent terrace. The view was obstructed by coconut trees, so I would say it’s more of a partial ocean view. The room had quite a bit of damage and poor conditions. It rained one evening, in the morning I slipped as a puddle formed under the A/C, which maintenance looked and found that the hole to let the tube in for the A/C to pass through the wall was not filled in. The bathroom had random corners of the wall damaged and black spots along the edges. The toilet did not seem to flush properly every time as we would see presumably back flow before the next use causing the bathroom to have a smell. The phone in our room also would not work. As part of our booking, we did get complimentary buffet tickets. The buffet was decent for being complimentary. I would recommend thinking twice before booking here.

The breakfast is bearly edible, everything is processed or canned. If you need two key cards it is impossible for them to facilitate, not even possible for a fee. Got two queen beds rather than the king bed we booked. The good news is that it's clean.

Water from the rain would entered the room yet it was an expensive room. The breakfast was very basic. for example they didn't have tea/hot water on the breakfast items. No fresh juice. Some of the breakfast food items were cold or finished with 1 hour left before end of breakfast.

The infinity pool on 6th floor was a pretty nice area to hang out & relax.

Very bad experience staying at this hotel. The room was very old with a noisy aircon. The shower does not have pressure so actually its impossible to have a proper shower. The breakfast buffet is bad and with little options. When something is over they don't refill and when you ask for refill you get an impression that you are bothering them. The Korean woman manager is useless and incapable of the the title. The worst part is that the night shift at the hotel is terrible and rude. They treat Filipino like prostitutes. Make yourself a favor and spend your money in any other same category hotel.

The recent typhoon at no fault of hotel, caused power failures on the island. I arrived to find no power at hotel . They were powering hotel with generators which adequate while working not without issues. I would appreciate that before arriving ,hotel could of notified Hotels.com so that I could make informed decision whether to arrive on an island with intermittent power. As much as I researched conditions online, reality was different than reported . Boracay is a place to be appreciated. I would just try to stay informed of untold events such as major storms.

The view was incredible, I'll give that a 5 on a scale of 1-5. The staff was also incredible. I had a couple of issues # 1 The water pressure in my room was barely there. # 2 Maintenance turn off what little water I had without informing me that made it very uncomfortable when you use the bathroom and have no water to flush the toilet. So needless to say I was without water for a few hours.

The property still under renovation. Toilet so slow to flush and need to hold the handle for 10 sec to completely flush. Breakfast are great and staff are courteous and helpful.

I loved that they upgraded my room to an ocean view room for free. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff the room the service was second to none. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. I can not say enough about my experience at the ocean beach hotel. I plan on returning in october

Loved that the beach is just steps away. Had a BIG balcony which was nice and could watch the sunset from daily. Breakfast buffet was ok, could use more of a variety in the choices though. Our hotel door kept getting stuck as we opened it, had to push real hard, a minor thing but should be fixed. Room is spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower head however was pointed too high and could not be adjusted.

Absolutely no reason to stay at outrageously priced resorts for 3x the price when you receive such exceptional service and amenities right on White Beach

Great location at station 3, close enough to walk to station 1 and 2 restaurants and shops but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Rooms are fairly dated, particularly the bathrooms and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms at the back of the hotel away from the pool are very dark and there is ongoing construction. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.

The hotel was nice and the staff couldn’t of been better, however, the bed was rock solid and the WiFi was very poor. We were woken up quite early every morning by the pool fountain directly outside our room.

Great attitude by staff and nice ambience. Good breakfast and dinner choices. Nightly singers was also pleasing.

Very nice location right on the beach with a nice size pool as well. Lots of activities in the area such as diving and boat trips!

If you're looking for a noiseless place in Boracay, this hotel is perfect for you. It may take you about 5-10 mins walk going to Station 2 and about 20 mins walk going to Station 1.

Great pool, friendly staff and the rooms were always clean. Anything that you ask for from the front desk was attended to quickly.

The hotel environment is good and the staffs are friendly. The cons are the room has many mosquitoes

Well presented hotel right on the white beach with a large pool and facilities on the beach. Very good service and friendly staff. The room AC broke during our stay and was promptly replaced with minimum fuss. On the downside- poor WiFi in the room and lot of labourers were carrying building material straight thru hotel and over the pool as the construction of the back hotel extension was in progress

We booked Ocean View for 5 night which is really nice. have a lovely balcony. We stay in the balcony all the time as the beach is quiet busy (We stay in station 1 last year, feel the beach nicer there). the room is clean n really good. the restaurant food is not really nice. we had a dinner one night but choose not to eat there any more as expensive but the food is not that good. Hotel staff is really nice and friendly. One thing we don't really like is... we arrange airport pick with the hotel, after drop off, we need to walk around 15 mins from the main road to hotel which we didn't expect that. when we leave, the hotel arrange a bike deliver us from hotel to main road for the airport bus. however, we informed need to paid PHP50 to the biker. We paid total PHP2500 for transportation, what we expect is is door to door pick up but not this. This is not really good.

The staff isn't very welcoming or friendly. There were tons of kids in the pool ALL the time, which we were not expecting. The breakfast was not very good. We just didn't love it. It is nice to be in Station 3. It is nice to be at the beach. The rooms are simple and clean, which was a highlight.

Ocean view is good from my room. But the "bathtub" shown in the photo is not usable. I face a number of faulty facilities in the room too. One of the satisfied option will be the swimming pool.

Raw sewage stench in the bathroom..and minor things, but a great location.

Everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful. We were trying to stay another night and the receptionist really tried to help me to get in touch with Cebu Pacific but they never picked up phone or it was busy. The hotel is very nice amazing views only thing was the wifi was a little slow in the room . We have been to Cebu, Boracay, Puerto Princesa, el Nido, and now Oslob... the wifi is slow everywhere... it's best to get your own wifi router .. but even that at times doesn't work .

Staff are very helpful. Close to the beach. In quiet part of the Boracay Ocean Club Resort. If you like to be in the white beach area, this is your Hotel.

The room was great and great service. The food at the restaurant wasn't great but the breakfast is good. Good location and quite.

THE ROOM: The first room we were given had extremely strong paint fumes. We ended up with severe headaches after only being in the room for a few minutes so we requested for a different room. The second room didn't have the paint fumes, but after using the room for a day, there was a horrible stench coming from the bathroom pipes which made us want to vomit. This room is located in the back, so the wifi was nearly non-existent, and the view out of the room was towards the slums. The room itself seemed outdated, and looks much worse than what you see in the pictures online. LOCATION: Conveniently on the beach, but is surrounded by an overwhelming amount of solicitors, trying to sell you their adventure packages and various gadgets. We were even harassed by local children who tried to force us to give them cash for taking pictures of the beach. STAFF: Friendly and responsive, very helpful with carrying luggage through the dirt alleys and the sandy areas. The only complaint I have is that when we asked about shuttle service to the airport upon check-in, they didn't tell us we needed to book 24-hours ahead of departure time. They only said, "Yes, we provide shuttle service to the airport." The night we needed to leave for the airport at 3am was when they said, "Sorry, you needed to book the shuttle service 24-hours ahead of time." For something as critical as that, they should have mentioned the details when we first asked about it. FOOD: 2.5 stars out of 5

This place hard to fault. It was stunning. It's at the quiet boat station. Still plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of things to look at and do there. Right on the beach. However after staying at busy boat station 2 for some nights before hand this was a pleasant relaxing area to be in.

We stayed in two rooms due to a booking fault of my own. But this gave us a great example of the scale between room prices and we were very happy with both. The second room had a balcony which we prefered. Overall the hotel was great the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious and had different options each day, the pool was a great alternative to the sea for when you just needed a quick dip to cool off. We loved how we could walk everywhere and it was close to a quieter end of the beach also.

It was ok. I wish the beds are more comftable and sliding doors to the pool works ok.

Good beachfront location for Boracay l, clean and bright room. Quiet area compared to station 1 and 2. Hotel staff inspects everything very closely (even the smallest mark on a towel)in the room everyday and before checkout so make sure you check everything when you check in to avoid any surprises.

Fantastic location right in the beachfront in station 3. Short walk to the action in station 2. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Away from the crowded crowd but beach front was abit dirty when we arrive other than that it's a good beachfront for sunset viewing.

Wow. What a romantic location. My fiancee and I loved the ocean view suite. A little hidden gem. The balcony with Jacuzzi was amazing. The room was huge. The staff was great.

Good quiet location. Friendly staff. Great view. Will definitely stay here again.

good 5 days getaway, reasonable charges, great breakfast and cordial staffs. Will not hesitate returning next year.
