De bedden waren niet heel comfortabel en het parkeren is lastig op die locatie maar we zijn wel goed geholpen door receptioniste die ons een adres gaf. Wel was deze locatie erg duur en we moesten de sleutel achter laten.

Inoltre le camere sono semplici e pulite ed i letti davvero comodi. Una nota in particolare alla gentilezza e disponibilità di proprietari e dipendenti che ci hanno fornito degli ottimi consigli per girare e godere della città e al fascino del angolino in cui si trova l’albergo

Anna con il suo staff competentissimi…. sono esempi per tutte le altre strutture da invidiare.

Mais l'hôtel est super La dame à l'accueil est super disponible Elle parle français..(rare en ITalie) Il y a un parking a l'hôtel Notre voiture étant trop imposante pour accéder à leur parking (voyage en groupe), cette dame nous a trouvé un parking adéquat a proximité... Étant donné la circulation dense a Genes...ça nous a bien aidés Les chambres sont parfaites Tout est très propre Allez y en confiance Attention....pas d'ascenseur. Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location is perfect. Close to the train station but set back off of the Main Street so it is very quiet. The rooms have been updated with quality fixtures. Perfect set up. Air conditioning was a plus! Anna the hostess is amazing. Always available and very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time staying here. First was in 2013 with a gfriend. Same excellent quality of service then and now. Very close to old town and all of the sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Recommend for sure 😉

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Der Bus direkt vor der Tür, die Metro 2 bis 3 Minuten weg. Parkplatz vor Ort. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und nett empfangen. Es wurden Tipps für Besichtigungen oder Essengehen gegeben. Neben einem Stadtplan gab es einen kleinen Prospekt auf deutsch mit Infos zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gerne hier her kommen.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Oase van rust in het drukke centrum. Perfect gelegen, afgesloten parkeerplaats te bereiken door heel nauw straatje, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat alles deed om ons verblijf comfortabel te maken. En dat is gelukt!
Geen ontbijt bij het hotel, maar genoeg mogelijkheden op loopafstand.

Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist extrem schmal und i.d.R. nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln möglich. Alternativ kann man z.B. in der Tiefgarage des Bahnhofs parken - kostet allerdings ca. 20 Euro pro Nacht.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Anna, Luca and the other staff were very nice. This is a family run business. The rooms are nice with designer touches and very clean. You can tell they are on top of everything, friendly, multilingual and they know Genoa very well. Anna helped us make reservations at local restaurants and the hotel is conveniently located a short walk from one of Genoa’s main train stations and the historic centre where you’ll be spending lots of time. On the first day it was raining and they even had an umbrella to lend us. Would recommend.

Pour info, plus que comme point que nous n'avons pas apprécié: l'établissement se trouve dans une ruelle étroite qui met à l'épreuve les conducteurs de voitures de grande taille. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, ce qui pourrait être un souci pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Mais sachant cela, l'hôtel est vraiment top!

La dame qui nous a accueilli à fait preuve d'une extrême gentillesse et nous a fait des recommandations sur les endroits à visiter autour, petit plus elle parlait français.

Agaren och personalen var fantastiskt trevliga, så vi kände oss verkligen välkomna och trygga. Vi fick ett mysigt litet rum i Marimekko-stil, så fint och fräscht!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Sin duda el trato del personal. La habitación recién reformada en un estilo vintage muy original y la limpieza del baño y de la habitación. Aire acondicionado, la cama muy cómoda y habitación en pleno centro y muy tranquila.
Creo que un cuarto piso sin ascensor es algo que debe avisarse, no sólo poner que no es accesible para personas de movilidad reducida. La ubicación para acceder con coche es algo que también debe decirse al ser una zona de circulación prohibida. Pudimos acceder gracias a la colaboración de la policía que vía telefónica habló con el alojamiento y supimos que no quedaban plazas para aparcar y que podíamos ir a un parking “asociado” a unos 100m y que nos cobró 25€ por día en lugar de los 15€ que figuran en la reserva.

I didn't use the parking, but I noticed that parking is available. The room was exceptionally clean—it truly felt like being at home. The bathroom was also spotless, and the thoughtful family-style touches, such as the shampoo, shower gel, and clean towels, made the stay even more comfortable.

De buurt direct eromheen is helaas minder aansprekend omdat het vervallen aandoet met een grote populatie migranten. Hierdoor krijg je geen Italië gevoel. Het was echter wel veilig.

Lo que más destacamos es la atención en recepción: el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, dándonos excelentes indicaciones sobre la ciudad y orientación detallada para desplazarnos fácilmente. Aunque el hotel no ofrece servicio de desayuno, esto no es un problema, ya que la habitación cuenta con hervidor, tazas y café de cortesía, además de que hay varias cafeterías muy cerca. Algo que agradecemos enormemente es que, al tener que irnos muy temprano por la mañana, ya nos habían gestionado el taxi que les solicitamos la noche anterior, e incluso nos acompañaron amablemente hasta que llegó. ¡Muchísimas gracias a Ana y a todos sus compañeros de trabajo por hacernos sentir tan bien atendidos!

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Nice hotel, a bit old style, but partly renovated (i.e. new bathroom, painted furniture). Clean and comfortable, and in a great position to visit both the city and Genoa nearby areas (7 minutes walk from the main train station + bus station right in front). Very quiet street far from traffic, excellent air-conditioning. Above all, very kind and helpful personnel.

El hotel es hermoso, y se nota que lo cuidan con mucho amor para que los huéspedes lo podamos disfrutar al máximo. Esta muy bien ubicado cerca del ferry, de la estación de tren y del centro.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The very precious special leather chair alone that came with our room was worth visiting Italy and Genoa 😄 - don't put anything on it! or on the fridge! or anywhere else...
we got upgraded to a room on the fourth floor because our room at the third wasn't ready. that effectively meant climbing 1 extra level since there's no elevator. we saw inside the other rooms as they were cleaned in the morning - ours was definitely the worst on the 4th floor.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato ad accedere al parcheggio e ci ha dato molte informazioni e ottimi consigli su cosa vedere in città con poche ore a disposizione: questo ha fatto davvero la differenza!
L'ingresso al parcheggio è complicato ma il personale offre assistenza e aiuto. Il palazzo è storico quindi non ha l'ascensore.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Für uns war die Lage ideal - sehr nahe am Hafen. Wir konnten unser Motorrad für 15,-/Tag im abgesperrten Hof direkt neben dem Hotel parken. Dort hat niemand Zugang, außer das Hotelpersonal öffnet das Tor. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt. Die Klimaanlage war eine Wohltat bei 30°C Außentemperatur in der Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Es gab 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt das Hotel wieder buchen.
Man sollte wissen, dass das Hotel in einem eher problematisch Viertel der Stadt ist (nahe am Hafen, viele Migranten, nahes Rotlichtmilieu, ...). Dies ist aber für die Nähe am Hafen üblich für die Stadt, weshalb es von großem Vorteil ist, dass das Hotel versteckt gelegen ist (ruhig und in einem Innenhof). Eine Bäckerei/Cafe (Café HB 1969) und ein Restaurant (Reale Pizza & Cafe) direkt an der außenliegenden Straße sind nicht empfehlenswert - Touristenabzocke!
