The walls are not sound proof. The neighbor phone alarm went off since 3 if not 4 am and he or she didn't switch it off, so it kept on snoozing and after sometime it rang again and again.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026I loved the cleanliness and quietness of the rooms. High appreciation for the well manered staff at the facility. I loved that the room was equiped with an Iron and Ironing board and hair dryer aswell (saves the trip to reception/call for room service for those accessories).
I really didn't like the firm bed. That was the biggest downside to my stay, as I had trouble relaxing.

1. The towels were stained and did not smell fresh 2. The toilet was not flushing well, upon arrival there was floating tissue in the pan and there were stool marks in the bowl. 3. The blanket smelt sour, unbearable, we literally only used the sheet throughout the night. 4. The bed was sooo uncomfortable and was squeaky. 5. The body wash gel smelt awful, luckily I had brought my own. All in all the experience was terrible.

The Bed is hard and there was a floating marble shelf on top of the basin that was not attached to anything but rather it was just placed on top of two pins, it fell fortunately no one got hurt but it broke their basin. There was no notice or warning against this in the room. The TV is outdated. The chef was not available when you want to book and request breakfast for the next day.

Television channels were not working. View wasn't that clear and open view allowed limited channels that I'm not used to. Breakfast options are too limited.One need to ask always as inside rooms they don't keep microwave teabags/coffee and milk sachets. Noisy rouph bed.

I didn't like the parking space, I struggled to park my bakkie because the space is very small, especially for big cars. I also didn't like the door handle and the bed made noise when you turn, and not Comfortable.
