Rein gar nichts

Zimmer 301 ist eine Schande! Vertraut nicht den Hotelier-Bildern auf diversen Buchungsportalen. Unser Urlaubsbeginn als Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg in den Süden wurde versaut. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer für zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder gebucht. Wir erwarteten keinen Luxus, aber ein bewohnbares Zimmer (auf den Buchungsbildern wurde sogar ein separates Kinderzimmer angezeigt). Nun zur Wahrheit: Im Dachgeschoss angekommen erwartete uns vor der Zimmertür der aussortierte Sperrmüll des Besitzers. Ein herzliches Willkommen in Österreich quasi. Dann öffnete sich die Kammer des Schreckens: ein muffiges, abgewohntes Zimmer mit Dachschräge, vor welcher ein Vorhang hing, der ein fensterloses Kabuff mit zwei Einzelbetten vom Hauptraum abtrennen sollte. Unsere Kinder haben darin definitiv nicht geschlafen! Kabel gingen von der Wand, der Fußboden war versifft und fleckig, daumengroße Löcher in den Bettlaken, vergammelte Dusche und marodes Waschbecken, klebender Haartrockner. Blick vom Balkon auf eine Rümpelkammer mit aussortierten Elektrogeräten. Schon beim Schreiben werde ich wieder richtig sauer, wie man so etwas anbieten kann. Schämt ihr euch nicht, die Leute so zu veräppeln? Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde eine kostenlose Stornierung angeboten - klar, nach ganztägiger Autofahrt mit zwei kleinen Kindern begeben wir uns zur Abendbrotzeit auf Hotelsuche. Es gab dann von der Wirtin als Sorry 20% aufs Abendessen als Rabatt. Ehrliche Fotos hätte ich vorab lieber genommen - dann hätte ich dieses Loch nicht gebucht. Schämt euch!

Great location with beautiful mountain views. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but we still found something for everyone, including the kids. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.

Das Hotel, das in die Jahre gekommen ist und an einigen Stellen schon Renovierung bräuchte. Das kleine Schwimmbad draußen und der Saunabereich waren enttäuschend. Der Weg zum Schwimmbad führte über einen Raum mit altem Gerümpel, nicht angenehm. Die Kissen waren alt und unbequem.

Die Lage in den Bergen ist schön.

Das Frühstück ist etwas sehr spartanisch. Aber dafür ist der Preis natürlich auch nicht so hoch. Für die Durchreise absolut ok.

Location is great and the view from the hotel is stunning.

The bathroom was not clean and there was no soap for washing hands. Obviously nobody even checked that is was empty. And there was not a single cup at least to put my toothbrush in. Breakfast was very, very average. Didn't enjoy at all.

Pokój który rezerwowalem na zdjęciach wyglądał ładnie, niestety na miejscu otrzymałem inny pokój z przełomu lat 80/90. Brudna, poplamiona i brzydka, wykładzina a raczej podkład pod wykładzinę. Łazienka w odcieniach beżu pokrytego czarna pleśnią, brodzik z odpryskiem i bez kratki odpływowej, brak kubków na szczoteczki, połamane uchwyty, stara na wpół sprawna suszarka do włosów. W pokoju wielki stary blaszany grzejnik elektryczny, pokój przedzielony jakąś teatralna zasłoną, brak jakichkolwiek kanałów telewizyjnych, z tarasu brak widoków ( dach schodzi tak nisko że wszystko zasłania), brak jakichkolwiek szklanek i chociażby małej butelki wody ( nie ma nawet możliwości spożycia leków w pokoju) Właściciel w ogóle nie odpowiada na wiadomości wysłane za pośrednictwem booking.com. Potrzebowałem tylko informacji o której są śniadania i się nie doczekałem. Obsługi trzeba szukać po całym obiekcie a przed 18.00 nie ma szans na skorzystanie z baru, nikt tam nawet się nie pojawia. W moim odczuciu dyskryminuje się tu Polaków i osoby słabo mówiące po niemiecku tak samo jak przyjeżdżające na motocyklu. Uważam że zostałem oszukany przez właścicieli i próbowałem polubownie załatwić sprawę ale nawet na to nie chcą odpowiedzieć. Dlatego wystawiam tak szczera i niestety nie przychylna ocenę. Nie polecam tego obiektu. W okolicy jest wiele ciekawszych obiektów w których zostaniecie potraktowani jak goście a nie jak klienci którzy mają jak najwięcej płacić i niczego nie oczekiwać.

Lokalita naprosto skvělá, výhled na Alpy, ubytování se psem+, bazén, úklid pokoje každý den, velká spokojenost, doporučuji.

Chybělo nám něco sladkého u snídaní- koláč, croissant, muffin, apod.🙃

Wunderschöne Lage, gutes Frühstück

Der Dolomitenhof punktet mit seiner perfekten Lage. Zum Personal können wir wenig sagen, haben nicht viel gesehen, die was wir gesehen haben, waren okay. Für eine Nacht war unser Familiezimmer okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, nichts besonderes. Das Abendessen haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir schon auf den Weg dorthin gegessen hatten.

Unser Familienzimmer war sehr einfach und lieblos eingerichtet, es fehlten Handtücher zum Händewaschen. Zwei, drei Gläser, ein Mülleimer, im Bad fehlte ein Müllbeutel im Mülleimer. Das Bad ist schon sehr alt, müsste dringend renoviert werden, aber es war zumindest alles sauber. Für eine Nacht ist es okay. Unser Zimmer habe ich auch nicht als Bilder in der Beschreibung gefunden, nur die neueren Zimmer, deshalb waren wir etwas überrascht.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. But what impressed us the most were the views. The scenery around the hotel is absolutely stunning and truly breathtaking — definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

As for the downsides, the hotel is not new, and some minor things could use a little maintenance or renovation. Nothing that affected our stay, though. Our standard room also had a very small bathroom. It wasn't a problem for us, but it may be something to consider for guests who prefer more space. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich vor allem die wunderschöne Aussicht und die tolle Lage des Hotels. Vom Fenster aus hat man einen wirklich schönen Blick, und auch die Umgebung eignet sich sehr gut für Spaziergänge.

Leider gab es aber auch einige Nachteile. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden und die Auswahl äußerst begrenzt. Besonders für unser Kind gab es kaum etwas Passendes zu essen. Auch wir konnten eigentlich nicht richtig frühstücken – letztendlich haben wir nur Kaffee getrunken und ein gekochtes Ei gegessen. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt waren das Bett und die Kissen. Beides war für uns sehr unbequem, sodass wir leider nicht besonders gut schlafen konnten.

We liked the hotel and their area space. We had a nice room with a baby cot for our little baby.They offered a good breakfast and for the kids they enjoyed the playground there. My husband enjoy a cup of espresso on their sunny terrace with a view to the lift .

Pokój trudno nazwać rodzinnym... 2 łóżka za zasłoną (kotarą) bez okien. Drzwi do łazienki trzeba było z całej siły pchać aby otworzyć. Pokój... jakby na poddaszu, obok starych szafek chyba wyniesionych bo niepotrzebnych..... Niezgodny ze zdjęciami pokoju w rezerwacji! Na zdjęciach był dodatkowy pokój za drzwiami (może bez drzwi ale w oddzielnej przestrzeni). Drogo w stosunku do jakości.

Labai paslaugus personalas. Gražus vaizdas pro langus, kalnai, ryte ganosi karvės - tradicinos vaizdas, kurio tikiesi Alpėse. Kambarys naujais suremontuotas, jaukus ir patogus šeimai.

Pusryčiai kuklūs, iš šilto maisto tik virti kiaušiniai. Labai nepatiko, kad restorane viduj yra rūkoma. Austrijoj tsi priimtina, bet mums jau atrodo nesuprantama, kodėl turime kvėpuoti kitų žmonių dūmais.

Náš pokoj pro rodinu se dvěma dětmi byl dostatečně veliký. Děti měly samostatnou místnost se dvěma postelemi. Za celou dobu pobytu jsme nezaznamenali žádný obtažující hluk z okolí (nepočítám ranní cinkání zvonečků krav, které bylo spíš příjemné než obtěžující). Okolní krajina nabízí pěkný výhled, ubytování bylo čisté, snídaně sice relativně skromnější, ale plně dostačující (výběr z asi čtyř druhů pečiva, několik salámů, sýrů, jogurty, ovoce, vajíčka + kávovar a dšusy - plně dostačující). Obsluha na recepci nápomocná.

Nechci to psát jako "nevýhodu", ale asi jedinou drobnou malinkatou vadou bylo méně prostoru v koupelně kombinované se záchodem. Pro prostornějšího člověka je sezení na záchodě mírně nepohodlné (sousedí se sprchovým koutem a není tam příliš prostoru, musel jsem sedět trošku bokem). Nebylo to však nic, co by pobyt znepříjemnilo.

The balcony area should be separated by some sort of partition, in keeping with the apartment layout. There are not enough chairs and tables on the balcony. It is pet-friendly accommodation, yet the dog is only allowed in the room. They charge a high fee for the dog, considering it doesn't consume or use anything—it just sleeps in the corner of the room.

Nagyon szép helyen található szállás, jó étteremmel. A szoba nagy volt, tágas és kellemes.

A fürdőszoba eléggé lelakott volt, illetve a reggeli is a megszokottnál gyengébb (csak hideg), viszonylag szűk választékkal.

It's located in a beautiful valley, and we really loved it, both for the sunset and in the morning. Combination of a restaurant and a hotel comes in handy (we had a dinner onsite). Facilities are great, even bicycle garage was available to us for the night, which was perfect! Room was spacious and cozy, calm for the night with comfy beds.

The staff manages both restaurant and hotel "reception", and that can cause delays for both check-in and restaurant experience, no big deal in the end, but noticeable.

Wir hatten eine dreckige Unterkunft. Bad war nicht geputzt. Teppichböden waren auch schmutzig. Rezeption katastrophal unordentlich. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Duży pokój, dobra lokalizacja blisko różnych stoków. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Łazienka wymagała odświeżenia.

Csodálatos környezetben fekszik, a környék látnivalói minden irányban könnyen elérhetőek. A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes.Az erkély a hegyekre nézett.Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

A reggeli kicsit lehetne szélesebb választékú (rántotta, virsli). A szobák erkélyrészei nincsenek egymástól elhatárolva korláttal.

Obligation de payer en cash la taxe séjour on aurait aimé y être au courant avant, car embêtant quand on en a que la carte. bouteille d’eau n’est pas dispo dans la chambre. Nous étions déçus du petit balcon qui ne donnait pas sur la meilleure vue tout en étant dans un endroit aussi magnifique. Nous avons apprécié d’y être malgré tout car le coin est très reposant. mais la seule chose très très dérangeante était l’accueil pas très souriant en général mais encore plus celui de la dame du matin qui nous a accueilli au petit déjeuner le jeudi et vendredi, qui était désagréable, sèche et sans sourire et avec un regard agressive comme si on avait pas le droit d’exister ou être là, comme si on mendiait et qu’on avait pas payer notre séjour. Je pense qu’on peux fermer les yeux sur tout ses petits défauts à cet hôtel vu son emplacement incroyable, sauf sur l’accueil de cette dame. Je ne suis pas certaine qu’il mérite ses 3 étoiles, un peu cher pour le service rendu.

Labai nepatogios lovos, čiužiniai per minkšti, pagalvės senai sugulėtos, atsibudus kūnas jaučiasi nepailsėjąs. Į kambarį buvo ateita tvarkyti, nors nebuvo prašyta ar uždėta kortelė, kad prašau išvalyti. Kambaryje nebuvo normalios šiukšlinės ir tualetinio popieriaus nebeliko po "išvalymo".Personalas be emocijų. Pusryčiai labai paprasti, jokių karštų maistų.

Lage, Zimmer ausreichend für den Preis

Ich habe es für eine Nacht gebucht zur Hinreise nach Venedig und wollte es eine Woche später wieder buchen für die Rückreise, es hätte über das Doppelte mehr gekosten. Saison hin oder her, der Preis ist überteuert. Hab ich dann auch nicht gebucht, wäre auch dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerecht geworden. Frühstück war nichts, man verhungert nicht, aber es ist langweilig und lieblos. Kann man sich sparen hier.

No había ascensor y las instalaciones algo viejas Luz del balcón no funcionaba desayuno básico pero suficiente no se siente acogedor me esperaba algo más.

De omgeving is prachtig. Het eten in de avond was goed. De gastvrouw tijdens het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk.

De hygiene op de kamer en balkon, was slecht. Het is allemaal zeer gedateerd/oud. Het ontbijt was minimaal.

The room and facility were old, with a worn-out bathroom. The breakfast could be better. The pool in the pictures doesn’t accurately represent the reality; it was significantly smaller.

Camera spaziosa con balcone panoramico. Piscina all'esterno molto gradevole in queste giornate di gran caldo. Parcheggio gratuito e comodo. Posizione molto bella dell'Hotel in un paesaggio stupendo e silenzioso.

Toglierei la moquette dalle camere che non è igienica. Servirebbe anche l'ascensore. La colazione è stata nella norma anche se migliorabile per qualità.

Bardzo urokliwe i spokojne miejsce. Piękny widok z okna i miła obsługa.

Słychać bardzo głośno wszystkie rozmowy zza ściany. Byliśmy w momencie, kiedy hotel nie miał pełnego obłożenia i było super, ale jak 3 dziewczyny za ścianą rozmawiały to praktycznie wszystko było słychać. Przy pełnym obłożeniu hotelu chyba trzeba mieć ze sobą zatyczki do uszu.

Snídaně dobré, výborná káva. Osvěžující bazén k dispozici od 7 h ráno velké plus. Lokalita moc hezká.

Trochu horší komunikace s majitelkou. Na pokoji by mohly být odpadkové koše a malá lednice na chlazení nápojů.

The area is so beautiful you want to cry. And many cool attractions in the area. we visited during summer. the staff are sweet and helpful. the room was big. the breakfast was nice. plenty of parking space.

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, mit Blick auf den Dachstein. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist beeindruckend!

Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Den Teppich im Zimmer finde ich sehr unhygienisch.

Gedateerde kamer en dame bij ontbijt. Het leek er helaas op dat de oudere dame bij het ontbijt graag iets anders wilde doen dan enige service bieden. Ze was ook niet aardig naar de gasten te toe.

Am Besten von den ganzen Aufenthalt war das Abendessen. Das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich. Recht mehr Positiv gibt es leider nicht.

Bei der Zimmerauswahl wird man leider auch bei Ankunft ernüchternd. Wir haben Comfort gebucht. Es gibt aber keinen Unterschied zwischen Comfort und Standzimmer. Unter Comfortzimmer verstehe ich erwas anderes. Anscheinend verstehen sie unter Comfort sogar zerrissene Vorhänge. so wie bei uns. Bei den anderen Zimmern gab es gar keine Vorhänge! Bei den Bildern der Zimmer hat man das Beste rausgeholt. Das Frühstück war leider keine 14 Euro wert. Ehrlich gesagt war es leider keine 5 Eurto wert. Die Auswahl war für mich unterer Standart. Aufgebackene Semmeln, billigste Nougatcreme, Das Ganze war einfach nicht ansprechend. Sehr enttäuschend. Das Billigste wurde teuer verkauft. Bei den Zimmern, naja, man hat sich Mühe gegeben die Zimmer neu zu gestalten. Die Aussattung der Zimmer ist auch leider wieder unterer Standart. Wir hatten nicht einmal Zahnputzbecher im Zimmer. Es gab leider auch nicht einmal Gläser auf den Zimmern. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre für mich schon beim Standart dabei. Dirsen gab es leider auch nicht. Es gabe einfach nichts!!!!! Wenn man schon auf der Homepage schreiben muss das Toilettenpapier dabei ist, das sagt ja schon alles aus. Der Aussenbereich ist leider auch schon stark abgerockt. Die Tische könnte man auch mal aufbereiten. Sieht halt aus wie in den 80iger Jahren. Sie wollten auch noch bei Anfrage 20 Euro für einen Hund verlangen. Frage, für was bitte 20 Euro. Der Preis dient anscheinend nur als Abschreckung das man sein Tier nicht mitnimmt. Das Fazitist, schade um das Geld was wir ausgegeben haben. Da hätten wir was Besseres bekommen.

Hyggeligt sted, med et rigtig venligt personale/ejere, som tog godt imod os. Deres restaurant har en god morgenmad og aftensmad. Poolen er også testet og godkendt.

Vores familieværelse på øverste etage havde knirkende senge, og en toiletdør som bandt, men det gav ikke anledning til ikke at komme igen.

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut – es wurde stets darauf geachtet, dass nichts fehlt, und das Buffet wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die warme Küche am Abend ist sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden, um dem ansonsten guten Gesamteindruck gerecht zu werden.

Pool was a great thing for kids and since it was very hot at that time, our kids truly enjoyed it. During winter, I assume, that it's better place due to the near by ski track.

Stayed there for two nights during our trip with family. Was one of the cheapest options in the region. It's a place where you simply stay over, if you have a plan what you will be doing. Rooms are quite old and also are in the need of refresh. Interesting that neighbours can see your bathroom from common balcony. Would be nice if conditioner would be in the room.

Personalet ikke særlig imødekommende. Værelset lidt slidt.

Wir hatten das Lieblingskuscheltier unseres Sohnes im Hotel vergessen. Das Hotelteam hat es gefunden und uns nach Hause geschickt. Spokojne miejsce, gdzie można odpocząć. Bardzo ładny widok z hotelu.

W pokoju brakowało podstawowych rzeczy takich jak śmietnik, czy szklanki na wodę. Brakowało również klimatyzacji. Łazienka strasznie mała.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu z pięknymi widokami na góry i z bliskością ładnej trasy spacerowej. Przyjemny i wygodny pokój pasujący też do otoczenia i lokalizacji. Miła obsługa i bardzo dobra kuchnia na miejscu.

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej różnorodne.

Obiekt usytuowany w spokojnej okolicy. Mieliśmy pokój z balkonem z widokiem na góry. Pokój czysty, obiekt zadbany. Na terenie basen i restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem. Dobre śniadanie. Miła obsługa.

Pozitívumok: Nagyon szép helyen van a szállás, és olcsóbb mint más szállások a környéken. Negatívumok: A recepciós eléggé modortalan volt, hűtőszekrény nem volt a szobában illetve a medence nyár közepén nem üzemelt.

Amazing views from the mountains around. Calm place here in the summer. Friendly owner family were very helpful with our questions and requests.

Location

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. We booked a room with a mountain view, but there was no mountain view at all, not even from the side. It was very misleading. There was also no mention anywhere that the balcony was shared. Having strangers walking and sitting right in front of our balcony door meant we had no privacy, which made us feel uncomfortable. When we entered the room, it didn’t seem properly cleaned. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. In the bathroom, the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was completely empty. Although the bathroom had a window, which initially seemed like a nice feature, we soon realized that part of the window was transparent. This meant people from the shared balcony and even from outside could see into the bathroom, leaving us with no privacy at all. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was very limited, and at first I thought I must have been in the wrong room because there was so little food available. The cheese was dried out around the edges, there were only a few types of ham and salami, and the only hot option was boiled eggs. It was difficult to find anything appealing to eat. The service was also poor. When we arrived, the staff didn’t seem to know that breakfast was included in our booking and initially told us that it wasn’t. At checkout, there was no one at reception, and we had never been told what to do when leaving the hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The room did not match what was advertised, there were cleanliness and privacy issues, the breakfast was poor, and the service was unprofessional. In my opinion, this hotel was a waste of money, and I would not recommend staying here.

Ubytování je v krásně lokalitě, přímo na sjezdovce. Stojí za to využít nabídku restaurace - především žebra, která opravdu předčila naše očekávání. Poděkování patří i kuchyni, kdy nám večeři připravili i po zavírací době restaurace.

Drobnou výtku máme ke sdílenému balkonu s vedlejším pokojem, tato infromace nebyla nikde uvedena, a když jedete jako pár, nemusí být každému příjemné, že Vám cizí sousedé vidí až do postele. :)
