Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Die Dame am Empfang war trotz Ruhetag (Mittwoch) sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns eibe warme Küche angeboten und die Terrasse war zum Ankommen auch geöffnet. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt an einem Bach, Berge rundherum. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und unheimlich urig-modern. Ich möchte die Sauberkeit in jeder Ecke des Zimmers loben. Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt, kommen aber ganz bestimmt zum Wandern wieder... Tolle Natur und schöne Berge.
Leider liegt das Hotel auch direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Entweder hat man ein Zimmer zum Bach oder zur Straße. Wir hatten eines zur Straße und ehrlicherweise war es schon ein bisschen laut durch den Verkehr. Die Autos fahren nachts nicht langsam.

Sehr lautes Zimmer. Bett sehr unbequem, Rückenschmerzen (Lattenrost waren einfache Holzlatten). Nur ein Kopfkissen und nur eine Decke, obwohl es ein Doppelzimmer war. Fliesen in dem Badezimmer extrem rutschig. Verdunklung mit Vorhängen kaum möglich

Die Betten sind wirklich sehr weich. Das Bad könnte durchaus sauberer sein (Toilettenbürste und Waschbeckenstöpsel sehr schmutzig, großer Farbkleks in der Dusche,...). Wir haben extra ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon Richtung Bach gemacht. Das war keine gute Idee. Der Bach ist wirklich sehr laut und man muss auch bei warmen Temperaturen mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Check-In erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We booked bedroom for 2 adults and a child and specifically requested the river side rooms. We were glad that the hotel team kept our request and gave us the chance to experience this unique feature, listening to sound of the river water flow which was truly exceptional. Not too many places you can get this wonderful experience of waking up with the sound of water. Understand it may not be right thing for everyone. Rooms were nice and tidy with necessary amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lily at front desk was friendly and always serving with a smile. The balcony was handy providing a place to sit down and enjoy the trees and mountains. Breakfast was also good with adequate choices. Would definitely recommend this place.
Parking directions could have been a bit better, the direction we were given was from coming from the opposite road hence it took a bit longer to find the right place in the dark. But there were adequate spaces available.

In our room there was some kind of colour on the toilet seat, but otherwise everything was very clean and I believe that the colour on the seat cannot be cleaned. Probably just changing the seat is the way.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026这下住宿卫生很干净，但是上面写的桑拿房，其实我们根本没有办法使用，因为我们晚上8:00入住，第二天也没办法正常使用，这个体验不是很好，然后当时我预定的时候没有注意，然后就洗了一个人办理，退房的时候要多收一个人的钱，那相当于是房费的两倍，我不可以理解这种行为，其他都挺不错，早餐也不错
应该讲清楚房费是因为人头的变化而会加倍，所以请大家一定要注意，还要问清楚是否可以使用

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Angenehmes und entspanntes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Im Bistro mit Terrasse an der Lammer konnte man Abends schön sitzen. Nach einem gesundheitlichen Problem konnte ich morgens meine Sachen noch im Zimmer lassen und den nahegelegenen Arzt aufsuchen.
Der Straßenverkehr schallt sehr laut.

Check-in is a bit “complex” with the forms that need to be filled in. Due to the season restaurant only served pizza and the bar was closed early. Breakfast was good.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Superior szobát rendeltem, elvártam volna 1 hűtőt. 3 szor vagyok itt, sajnos mindig romlik a szinvonal. Amikor az Évike volt a tulaj, földim, akkor minden szuper volt. Amióta a lölő megvette csak romlik. Látszik ez a vendégek számából is, régen mind a 2 helyiség tele volt étkezéskor, most volt,hogy csak ketten voltunk. Kaptam emailt az ingyen felvonóra, de nem tudták, hogy még 1 hónapig zárva lessz.😪

Reviewed May 26, 2026The biggest credit goes to the very friendly and helpful staff. Every single member of the team was kind and professional. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the chairlift leading to the red slope. We had a spacious double room. We enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good selection of food. The hotel also has a large ski storage room. At the ski lifts, in the slope-side restaurant, in the local grocery store, we were lucky to meet very kind people.

Strassenseite sehr laut - morgens wenn die Pendler fahren. Die Fenster sind wohl nicht dicht. Sauna kann man nur 2 Stunden pro Tag nutzen, von der eine für das Abendessen reserviert ist. War unter anderem ein Grund, das Quartier zu buchen. Also keine Sauna gesehen :-(

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Poloha, umístění hotelu a velmi milá obsluha. Slečna mluvící i česky ráno u snídaně je velmi milá, snídaně chutné, vše bylo čerstvé, výběr dostačující, káva z automatického kávovaru výborná.
Komplikující a nepříjemná byla situace, když nám paní na recepci oznámila, že budeme mít jiný pokoj, než jsme si objednali. Rodinné studio s balkonem a soukromým vchodem, ač jsme měli bukováno měsíc předem, byl obsazen. Dostali jsme po přemlouvání pokoj s balkonem v 1. patře, ale s tím, že se musíme přestěhovat za dva dny do 2.patra, do pokoje bez balkonu, pokoj byl nižší kategorie, a to z důvodu, že pokoj už se musí připravit dalším hostům.

Hodilo by se víc možností pověšení mokrého lyžařského oblečení na pokojích. Jedna postel byla měkká, druhá extrémně tvrdá. K večeři by se hodil rozmanitější výběr jídla a větší porce.
