Location and the pool was nice.
Dim lighting in the rooms, super small tv (maybe 13 inch tv), and dark staircase.
The staff were Fantastic, friendly and helpful. You could not fault them .The hotel was in a great location near by so many fabulous restaurants, although I have to say the restaurant in the hotel was one of my favorites .The chef here was one of the best .Also the whole area around swimming pools was so comfortable and relaxing. And you had so many different areas to relax have a drink ,chill or enjoy a delicious 😋 meal. Missing the place already...
The Gym Sadly, I found this area needed some work doing. A good clean-up would be a start .. I like using gyms when i am on holiday, but unfortunately, it's the only let down, I had as I would not use it .sorry, guys.
Great location
Stayed a few years ago and it walks really good. Sadly now it seemed tasty and in need of a lot of improvement.
Sadece sezonda olmadığımız için kahvaltı zayıftı ve çatal bıçaklar vs biraz tozluydu
The location
Almost everything It was the worst hotel I have stayed in as far as I can remember. Whilst almost all the staff were pleasant, especially the night manager, the daytime receptionist was extremely unfriendly bordering on rudeness. There were 2 small, lumpy pillows in our room and only a sheet- no blanket or duvet despite it being November and cold. I booked this hotel because it advertised a spa and fitness centre but that was closed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and even though the accommodation was advertised as a duplex apartment there were no facilities whatsoever for an apartment- not even a glass to drink water from. The room was not cleaned on the second day and we had to ask for clean towels. No bottled water was provided and a sign in reception told guests that no food or drink was to be brought into the hotel from outside - everything must be purchased from the hotel itself. We were told that the restaurant was open for dinner and had an a la carte menu but when we actually sat down to eat we were told that almost all the dishes were unavailable as it was out of season. The dining room where we had breakfast was dirty and the tables were not cleaned when guests left. The windows were so filthy it was difficult to see outside. Breakfast itself was very poor and the hot food was left in unheated containers. The only drinks available were water or instant coffee.
Very basic,display was unappertising
None of it.
Another fantastic stay at bc spa Firstly the staff and owners are just so friendly and helpful , from Aysun at the spa itself , onur at reception , the bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping , nothing is too much trouble , they make your stay even better if that’s possible . The location is fabulous, breakfast on the riverbank , peaceful , but close to town and 2 pools . Check out hassan for massages and Bhurcu for yoga too.
The at I couldn’t stay longer !
Turkish breakfast generally good,
Often had to ask for yoghurt, milk etc. The coffee was poor, there was no juice, and only had melon twice in 2 weeks.
The location is fabulous
Communal grounds are unkempt. Dining room not cleaned and full of ants. Plates and glasses not cleared by staff around pool area. Glass in restaurant/bar not cleaned. Dog chained up outside all day and night (very sad to see).
Great location
Standards have gone down over the years and staff were lacking in many ways
Not much. Staff were nice…. Mostly
Expensive. Tiny grubby room. Breakfast very limited . All a bit old and tired. Been to Dalyan many times and everywhere is better value for money.
Location
Needs a lot of refurbishment - very run down. No soft drinks available for 2 days. Poor maintenance of rooms. Lights not working.
Location was great only 5 minutes to the town centre shops and bars and boats. Pools and pool bar area were good with plenty of beds and areas to sit and eat. The rooms we had were split level - with a double settee bed downstairs and a double bedroom and shower/bathroom upstairs - all were adequate, clean and comfortable.
Could do with a bit of TLC as there are large areas that have been let go a little although these areas do not intrude on the main hotel areas. There are signs of these older areas being tidied up and put back into their original condition which can only be good.
The location
Didn’t like anything about it the lighting around the swimming pool that you had to walk around every night to get back to the room was terrible couldn’t drink their coffee. It was disgusting ants on the dining room tables. rubbish piled up out the front. it looks dated and needs a facelift also staff not very friendly swimming pool out the back on the first week was slimy. I wouldn’t even let my dog swim in it but they did clean it the second week.
brilliant location, lovely pool, nice clean hotel room.
nothing
Location was good
We were there 3 days. They didn’t clean our room and change the bedding & towels. We tried several times to get them to clean it. Also we had 2 treatments in the spa and they overcharged us and I didn’t get the treatment I wanted. Due to the lack of English I kept telling her and she after. She also booked me in for 2pm and when I got there she said they are just going to dinner.
Daytime staff were brilliant and helpful. Night reception was a cowboy who demanded 400 Turkish Lirra for making a call to my room. Otherwise I couldn’t fault the staff or facilities
Lovely location on the waterfront and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Güleryüzlü hizmet konum çok iyi temiz bir oteldi otele ve aracı kuruluşa teşekkürler
Great hotel for what you need. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice spa / sauna on site, in a nice quiet area with access to all you need with just a short walking distance.
Quietness and relative remoteness from the center. Descent spa and pools.
Breakfast is awful and has not at all improved. Poor pastry, very few veggies and absolutely no fruits. We thought it was due to late coming, but certainly not. Staff (except the maids, the barman and spa personnel) are not welcoming at all. Seems like I was even charged extra night, which I figured out only now, after return.
The location of this property is the only positive. Right on the River and a very short walk to the facilities of Dalyan.
The hotel is very tired and needs some money and TLC. The majority of the staff are indifferent. They have really let the hotel go donwhill. It is very reasonably priced, but you still expect it to be clean and a ncie experience. What a shame.
Pools were great, property is in great location in relation to town. Rooms are great, however considering they have kitchens in them provide no amenities such as kettles or plates etc. Turkish bath in property is lovely.
Room aircon was broken from the 2 night we arrived. We had service men out twice on consecutive days to try and fix it. We were told to move rooms at 8pm on a night 1 day before we flew home with a 2 year old. When we asked just to sleep in a different room for the night so we didn’t have to pack and move everything was told this was not possible and we had to move rooms. We explained we would not move all our belongings they wanted our original room key. Tired to explain if they had someone coming to fix the aircon the next day we would just leave the belongings in the original room, sleep in a new room for the night then go back to our own room if the aircon was fixed. The offered no help in moving the cot from one room to the next, when I asked for the cot to be moved was told this is not possible. I appreciate the tried to get service men to fix the issue but the staffs attitude in moving rooms and what they expected us to be doing late in an evening with a toddler the day before we flew home was totally unfair.
Great location. Few minutes walking into town. Right by the river. Great spa.
The breakfast is not great
The Pools were clean and great for swimming. Lots of sun beds. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious.
Good location just off the strip. Nice and quiet and the rooms were perfect although in need of glasses and a kettle!
Breakfast was shocking. No fruit, fruit juice, cereal and the tea was stewed to writhing an inch of its life. The breakfast was not catered for English. Just Turkish. The staff don’t speak English or understand a word you say so download google translate before you go!
The location was amazing, right by the river so we could see the boats going up/down and the Turtles. The lady that looked after our room (318) was so lovely and helpful. The man on reception who gave us the lovely room with a great view was so helpful.
The location was amazing, right by the river so we could see the boats going up/down and the Turtles. The breakfast was the worst breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. The tomatoes were on their last legs. The staff in the restaurant were unhelpful, untidy. The view looking back to the hotel from the outside eating area looks awful. Old chair seats, rubble and generally a mess. The man on reception who gave us the lovely room with a great view was so helpful but the others on reception were miserable. The lady in the spa was lovely but one day another man was there and really unhelpful and rude so I didn't bother using. Had I known they are separate to the hotel I would have made the effort to go back.
The room was situated right at the poolside ,the cleaning staff were lovely and efficient . Apart from this can't really think of much.
The staff were not really interested apart from the cleaners. On arrival we were charged more than was quoted on confirmation docs. When we reached our room there was no key for the safety deposit box ,and we were told it had been lost .When I asked how I could safeguard my monies ,I was told it's ok there are cameras about . I had to spend the whole two weeks hiding my money in the room ,and hoping it would be safe. The food was very poor ,we only ate there once and when we complained, we were told there was no chef. Breakfast was pretty poor ,no fruit juice or friut provided. When I asked for ketchup at my table ,I was pointed towards the bar area.
Location and Room were great Maid service clean towels etc Quit around hotel at night Good security Spa massages were excellent
Breakfast was very poor Lunch was very poor also and it took over an hour to get one pide bread
Breakfast basic, location excellent. One room did not have air conditioning working or a useable safe. When moved to another room the safe still did not work. Outside in the grounds it looked like it was overgrown. Although we enjoyed our stay the hotel is in need of re-organising. Hardly anyone ate ae the hotel as sometimes the chef wasn't there. even passers-by didn't eat even though the restaurant location was ideal. It needs a lot of money spending on it by someone with a bit of hotel experience. The pool was good and plenty of sun loungers for the few people that were there. Staff grasp of English not very good even though the majority of the guests were English
See above
Location was ideal for us. The breakfast was basic but decent. We had a room right next to the second pool, which was lovely. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.
Tea and Coffee facilities in the room would have been nice
Great location and just a short stroll into the main town. Two good size outdoor pools with plenty of loungers. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the AC was good.
some outdoor seat cushions would have been nice
The location was great. Room was nice.
Breakfast was basically the same each day. Housekeeping was hit and miss, until I clarified things with them. Trouble with the safe and air-conditioning which was eventually sorted.
Good location and nice rooms
Breakfast was terrible in a rather dirty dining area.
Lovely traditional Turkish style hotel with two lovely pools located right on the river and only a short walk along the river bank to the center of town. Friendly staff but badly let down by very poor food. Very little choice and any hot food available was usually cold. The Alsatian guard dog was permanently chained in the hot sun on a very heavy chain near the entrance. The poor thing would lick you to death if you showed him some affection. No animal should be kept like this! I would not come here again.
The food was extremely poor. No fruit juices at breakfast and stale bread and very little hot food at all. The poor dog chained at the entrance was so friendly but should not have to live like this......
The spa was lovely, the massage therapists were great. Great distance to the centre of town. Lovely staff
Everything was great
I was worried about reviews about this property, this is a completely honest review. First of all lovely room, clean comfortable massive bed. Big bathroom. Good Aircon at no extra charge, reception staff were friendly. I didn't use the pool or spa as I didn't have time but pool looked clean. Now for the other bits which did not impact my stay directly.
Grounds are hopefully a work in progress due to being start of season, quite run down unkempt and in need of work I did notice Maintenance doing jobs about the place so hopefully by season's proper start then it will all be improved. Breakfast room needs a good overhaul and cleaners not so good on glass like windows, shower screens etc. It did not impact my stay at all and I would stay again if price was reasonable
Close to bars
No pools open and building work going on, same as when i stayed in oct which is ok but when I emailed hotel to ask if would still be going on got no reply
Do not stay here - checked in for two nights but didn’t even stay one night - renovation work going on all over the hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, tables and chairs being put together all day so lots of noise outside the room and had to go into town to find a quieter area to use wifi and work, other furniture stacked up in communal areas of the hotel. Genuinely did not feel a safe or comfortable environment to stay in. Agreed with reception staff that I would check out the same day and they agreed to process refund the next day. Got home two days later and refund had not been processed. Emailed the hotel three times over the course of a week and did not receive one response - all contact completely ignored. Asked Expedia to intervene and hotel told them they would not refund despite telling me when I checked out that they would process the refund. All of this is just basic good manners and customer service that you would expect any hotel to provide but to essentially lie that they would refund and then not do so, is inexcusable. All of this is without even commenting on the state of the rooms with old, tired and chipped furniture, small dirty bathrooms and communal areas - the whole place needs renovating - but they should not be accepting guests whilst doing so. If you want to pay good money for a poor hotel and even poorer customer service, BC Spa is the place for you. Took multiple phone calls and a lot of persistence to get Expedia to eventually make the refund.
plenty of food at breakfast, great location on the river and short walk to centre
Nice duplex, very clean The most friendly staff and close to town
Location was great, on the river and easy walk in to town.
Place looks as if no one cares. Chipped plates in breakfast room, grass needs cutting, no bulb in bread room main light , no plug in sink etc.
Good location hotel just looking tired in need of sprucing up in places
The pond for frogs and geese were dirty and full of rubish
Very good breakfast, it had a mixture of everything from hot stuff too Continental.
Didn’t like the blanket that was on the bed could’ve done with a very thin “quilt that covered us.
It stated fitness centre however there was none
Lovely hotel. Excellent Turkish bath a must. Getting a little shabby in some areas and english breakfast not the best, but overall very nice
Great value for money lovely location
Relaxing and quiet
Nice pool, riverside location. Nice spa. Excellent staff.
A little run down in places, sometimes cleanliness around the pool was not great.
The main positive about BC Spa Hotel is the location. It is located right next to the river which runs through Dalyan. Due to this location, the mountains on the other side of the river can be viewed from the hotel, such as from the pool and from the room. The hotel being situated next to the river makes it really special, as you can sit and eat breakfast/lunch with a view of the river and mountains, which is very pretty. The location of the hotel in terms of distance to the town is also great, as you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes, like restaurants, shops, and the boats that you catch to travel along the river. The hotel is also very quiet as there are no loud restaurants/bars nearby. One aspect of the hotel that we were very happy with was the spa. We were gifted a hammam treatment and massage by a friend, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very relaxing, and the staff were excellent and so friendly. Due to it being a gift, I do not know the prices and how expensive it is, but I think it would be worth a treatment there if you are staying at the hotel.
There were many broken items in our room such as the air conditioning, the TV, the fan in the bathroom, the fridge, the clothes horse, the wardrobe doors, the shower. This meant we were constantly having to ask reception to fix things in our room, resulting in us not having a very smooth or relaxing stay. Additionally, there was supposedly a leak from our room to the room downstairs, so we had to move rooms in the middle of our holiday, which was far from ideal. We had unpacked everything at this point, so it was a big pain to have to move all our items and suitcases to another room. You would think that with this many problems we had, the staff would be apologetic and doing everything they can to help fix the errors, but the customer service from nearly every staff member was appalling. They had attitude, and didn't seem like they wanted to make our stay the best possible. We needed pool towels to sit by the pool and go for a swim, but when we asked for some at reception, we were told there were none available, and there would be some ready in 3 hours. Not only is this unacceptable, but they didn't offer us any shower towels that they give out for the rooms, which meant we had to ask a cleaner who was happy to give us 2 towels. It is as though the staff do not care about making their customers have the best experience possible. We ate breakfast on the first morning, but did not enjoy it at all. The room the food is kept in is extremely hot (hotter than outside!), and it is full of flies, which is very unhygienic. As Turkish people, we could tell that this food was not of a very high standard. Therefore, we did not eat the breakfast at the hotel again, but found lots of other places in the town that were excellent and very cheap, such as Kral Bahce Cafe, and also Altin Tava Cafe for amazing gozleme (Turkish pancakes). A friend who has been visiting Dalyan for decades says BCSpa has changed drastically in the last 2yrs; it was never like this before!
Breakfast good. Wifi in room did not work. Great location and easy walk into town. Staff very helpful and kind.
Would be nice if one of the pools was adult only and one dedicated to kids.
Location, coziness and comfort. Nice terrace (in duplex) and powerful AC on both floors. Very friendly staff - both at hotel, spa and bar
Breakfast goes below any positive grading
Staff
Needs a refurb
Very disappointing. Our room looked pretty nice, however it was obvious that it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Paid extra for a hot tub in the room. When we tried to use it lots of worms came up with the water. Needless to say, due to such unsanitary conditions we didn't use it and it felt just as a rip off. As this wasn't bad enough, the breakfast next day was horrible, cheese with mold being served to guests. Wouldn't recommend it.
This hotel is in a great location. Right on the river where u can have lovely walks. The hotel is very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you.
There is nothing to dislike about BC spa
Super location, friendly helpful staff. Pool area lovely
Noisy frogs 😁 at night
Nice and lovely welcoming! Staff was very calm and very friendly!
Breakfasts was quite average, if you're 15 minutes delayed you're not getting served anymore and not even able to get morning coffee.. instead you have to go to restaurant and order a small size very poor quality coffe for £2.50 per cup... Rooms was quite good and look lovely, however on evenings you can see lots of mosquitoes and tarracans around your room and even in bed which actually slightly might scare you away! There was 2 outdoor swimming pool, one of them was quite dirty but second one was ok! There was also small pool for kids! For early check up we have to charge extra £20 agreed price instead of half days price, even if you're 3 hours earlier.... But overall nice quite area with great view on mountains
Location , amazing pool and spa Reception staff were wonderful
Breakfast
location and the swimming pools
bit noisy at night as there was a conference being hosted there
Pool enough large cool
The staff of snack bar never respect HACCP no clean.Sauna and Turkish bath no included price have to pay 7or8€ this is no normal
Location was good, spa ok , staff great, food ok

Thank you guys so much xxx Regards Onur and Jelena Ondag
absolutely stunning and comfortable
Lovely hotel-great potential. Loads of character, beautiful setting. Will be great in the Summer.
We booked a 3 night stay at the BC Spa because our friends were there for a week and we had other friends staying nearby. They had previously stayed there in the Summer and were very complimentary, hence why we chose to go. We arrived and the hotel which looked typically Turkish and characterful which is why we booked to go there. We were greeted at reception and told we had a free upgrade to the jacuzzi room. En route to our room, we could see that the Hotel had a lot of work going on, you could hear the tile cutters and everything was covered in dust. We met with our friends who had been there a few days already and they said that they were unable to sit on their terrace as the dust and noise was so bad (the husband is asthmatic). They said that he couldn’t put up with it anymore as he said it felt like a vice was on his chest so he requested a room change and the Hotel Staff immediately relocated them to a room near us overlooking the water. One thing we also noticed was that in the rooms that were being updated, the mattresses were still in there, stood up, uncovered and sitting in the dust and dirt. It’s likely that these were going back on the beds once the room was completed as they looked fairly new (I hope I’m wrong). Breakfast was a little disappointing. It was served between 8-10am and we usually arrived about 9.15. There were empty trays that were not replenished and on one of the days we were asked if we wanted an omelette which was lovely but we weren’t asked again which is a shame. Everything was half-hearted. We were checking out on the Wednesday and our friends had made the decision to check out too and move hotels because they hadn’t slept (constantly coughing all night). It’s such as shame as I know The BC Spa is a beautiful hotel in the summer. We should have been told when we made our booking that there was building work going on. We definitely wouldn’t have booked here if we knew.
so so
pool not heated in December, steam bath ok but the seats never got warm because it was December
kitchen staff were nice.
We booked a jacuzzi room for £750 for 7 days and the water was freezing cold. We told the hotel staff upon arrival yet they failed to replace the room/fix the water and heaters. Receptionist who covered night shifts was very rude and hostile. We had been complaining for 4 days about the hot water and heating problems and asked him if he could give us another room yet he said we should have come earlier..when we had already complained 4 days in a row. We ended up paying £300 and booking our flights 3 days early and leaving. A heated indoor pool and sauna was mentioned in the description which is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Yet upon arrival we were told there was “technical issues” so we were unable to make use of these facilities.
Was a little disappointed with the breakfast options. there was fruit (melon) only on the first morning. could see that some guests were served freshly made items (looked like omelette) but there was no mention that this could have been available to all guests. Need to ensure that loo roll is replaced in the rooms when cleaned.
better breakfast options.
We stayed at the hotel for our daughter's wedding. Of course, expectations were high. The hotel met all these expectations!
Great facilities and location
Shower cubicle difficult to get in and out of. Bathroom slightly cramped
location
breakfast time is very short. people on leisure do not need to have breakfast before 10. staff is not enough to find solution of any problem
friendliness and the safety
breakfast
The staff were generally good, and the hotel is in a pleasant location beside the river. The food was simple and perfectly acceptable but we only ate breakfast there a couple of times as it was more fun to walk into Dalyan (5 minutes)
I booked the 'best' room for a few days as a surprise for my partner's birthday. The room had a jacuzzi in it and two small bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived. Not a single cup, glass or plate anywhere (I don't bother about tea-making facilities but if you need your cuppa you'll be disappointed). The room was extraordinarily bare. The toilet was behind a large glass screen directly in front of the bath. Any occupant is clearly visible from everywhere in the room thanks to the many mirrors there. If you're a shy couple, this room is NOT for you! The jacuzzi was pleasant but took ages to fill and, even in August, the solar water heating could only manage to get the water luke warm. To cut to the chase, the proprietors clearly want guests to buy *everything* from the hotel during their stay, with signs forbidding anything being brought in. The lack of...well, anything in the rooms other than the bare fittings and a couple of spare pillows belies their pretension that this is a 'luxury' resort. You can do much better.
Fabulous location on the river and just 2 mins walk to the restaurants and town. Nice room with terrace by the pool for us, very good value bar and restaurant, spa is wonderful and very reasonably priced and the staff are welcoming and very friendly.
The view from my children's room wasn't great, it was at the back of the hotel and overlooked rubbish. I am hugely disappointed with the price increase for next year, it has literally tripled in price for the same week we had this year.
