The rooms are big, accessible and in a good location.

The night front desk shouldnt be in hospitality. Never smiles, makes eye contact and never speaks unless spoken to. Not pleasant for a guest to first time meet someone at the hotel. The house keeping people are probably the worst of the lot. Constantly had to keep asking for basic toiletries and towels as we had a child. One night, I had to ask for toiletries 4 times and no one came and when asked for an extra towel, the house keeping over the phone refused as we were only 2 people in the room. Felt like we had to beg for basic necessities

Only the housekeeping staff was polite. Nothing I enjoyed.

Everything, you name this, and I did not enjoy even a single night. Initially, they gave me a corner out of sight room, which was a bit uncomfortable, and I felt I am stuck somewhere I did not want to stay. Later, I requested them and then the lady at the reception, I am sorry to say she do not have a basic sense to even communicate with the customers. The language was so rude, the food was so bad, no breakfast spread was nice ,no options, every single thing I regret, I am so sad I wasted my money for a rest in this cheap property. I recommend everyone to please do not stay at this property. I wish I had my refund. And please teach your front desk some hospitality, at least the lady, The funny thing was when she said you could not take the water bottles today because you are checking out, hahhaha. The food I ordered, me and my daughter, literally had loose motions after that. Save yourself and your money, please

very good breakfast. Very clean and big rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service food was excellent. View from the upper storey room was very good, especially during monsoons.

Bathrooms a bit dated. Needed more soap/shampoos and handwashes.

Can be included as part of the package for the price i paid.

المكان بسنتر بونه وقريب على الأسواق والمطاعم ، يوجد بالقرب منه مول صغير والمطعم الإيراني ، وكذلك اشهر واحد يبيع شاورما في بونه ، أنا لم أتذوقه لاكن البعض قالوا عليه مميز والله اعلم. أنا جربت وجبت الفطور كانت لابأس لاكن الموظفين بشكل عام يريد لهم لغه إنجليزيه اكثر.

The locality is great. They upgraded us to a better room since what we chose was sold out. The room was clean and the AC worked very well.

The staff was not welcoming. Check in and check out took a lot of time. Property is old so the rooms are not impressive for the price. The TV was also very small.

The rooms are very big and spacious. No one bothers you, we have a mini observation deck type of view from room on 9th floor.

Excellent location with the places that we wished to visit being within walking distance. Staff were very helpful.

The AC was cooling only half the room (old building?). Hand towels were delivered only after we requested for them. There were internal cameras which required us to remove our face-mask, but there was no notice of the possible use of facial recognition or the need to remove the face-mask.

The location (for my requirements) is excellent. That was the main reason for booking. The reception & staff are friendly. The foyer etc, welcoming. The offset ramp for cars to pick up & drop off is good. The restaurant is very good. Nothing fancy but breakfast & any meals are all well prepared and ample cold drinks available. (in 35 degree heat in May that is a big deal). Restaurant staff are very polite, attentive & happy to oblige. The rooms are large, clean and there is a safe & fridge. AC works well too so cannot really complain. Adequate. (If you like Kenny G then the classic cliché poor chap (extremely talented) has had to endure all his life of 'elevator music' is practised here. The way the floors are numbered in the lifts is also very amusing but works.)

This really is a budget friendly hotel so if one is a seasoned global traveller assuming some luxuries then you will be disappointed. It is more positioned for lower to middle management short corporate stay. If you accept this is a 'what you pay for' place and expect a 'glamping' experience with a reasonable modicum of comfort & safety then okay for a few nights stay. Unfortunately my room had dangling cables outside that banged against my window all night and at 06:00 am when I needed to shower there was absolutely no hot water. The lady at reception was attentive to my feedback and apologised. Said manager would be notified. The only other thing I would add is that it is most definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor and there are steps (some without even railings to hold) all the way to the restaurant.

Location . Easily accessible, a busy hub yet peaceful once in the room. Friendly and helpful staff particularly, saeer was helpful.

I didn't like this hotel at all.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of renovation, but the service was the biggest issue—the staff was incredibly rude. Most concerningly, the front desk tried to charge me for a visitor using a non-hotel QR code and was very evasive about providing a legitimate invoice.

Great location and large hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet is also good.

Location was good.

Safe didn't work. Asked for it to be fixed. 2 days and nothing done. Shower was very weak - just a trickle of water. We are international travellers. Submitted a Visa card which the machines did not accept. For a large hotel, this was disappointing. It was fortunate for us that we had enough cash to cover the cost.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice. The shower was very nice. Good water supply and pressure. The breakfast was very good. The wait staff were very attentive and met your requests quickly. Conveniently located adjacent to MG Road.

Nothing negative to say

It is very conveniently located in the centre of where we wanted to be in Pune. The Camp area. It is basic - but that is absolutely no fault of the hotel as it does not claim to be a 5 star hotel. Family member insisted on staying at a value for money/budget hotel for the short stay and this hotel is fit for purpose. A clean (not very comfy) bed, clean bathroom and a safe in the room. Adequate for 1-2 nights max stay. The hotel entrance allows cabs/cars to come off the street up to the doors which is very useful.

The most harrowing thing was that we were travelling with a parent who needs a walker and the restaurant is situated on the first floor, with no direct lifts. There are stairs, some with no railings! If the person requiring assistance cannot scale a wall like spiderman then this will be a very challenging task to get to breakfast or the restaurant. The staff do assist but it all gets very challenging all round. They really should make a bold statement on the booking page that this hotel is absolutely not for those with mobility issues. So, if anyone needs greater assistance with walking or stairs then this is definitely not the place to go to.

No wi-fi. Was not informed of it when I made the hotel booking. The receptionist was unapologetic. Person at the reception is not welcoming, poor at communicating and not courteous. The front desk did not explain what facilities they have, what restaurants are in the hotels, where to have breakfast etc. one of the worst experiences as far as front desk is concerned. He did not pickup the phone when I called the front desk. Overall a bad experience. Although the rooms are spacious, the place is rundown. Bathrooms are outdated, No light at the writing desk. visible gaps in the window panes.
