Posizione in zona interna e più tranquilla. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, mi ha aiutato a risolvere delle piccole complicazioni e si è mostrato aperto a ogni tipo di feedback. La colazione varia ed abbondante, sia locale che internazionale. La stanza spaziosa, comoda, con ogni comfort. Possibilità di scegliere tra camere fumatori e non. Sono presenti una palestra, una piscina e una spa, delle quali non ho purtroppo usufruito ma che sicuramente sono un plus interessante.

The place needs repairs and upgrades urgently. The receptionist was not helpful in any manner. In fact the HK staff responded almost immediately to my request.

Some staff or supervisors needs more training, some are outstanding on response

Some front office staff are too slow and one supervisor during breakfast was not concerned at all on what us happening and the.young supervisor covered it by giving extra.care

Es gibt keinen Außenbereich wo man am Abend entspannt draußen sitzen kann! Die Bilder vom Pool im Internet sind lächerlich und entsprechen in keinster Weise der Realität. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer kommt nich signifikant über die Zimmertemperatur. Das W-Lan geht nur an der Rezeption im Zimmer ist dann sehr schlechter empfang

There was a small issue with the food billing which did get resolved later, and well compensated.

The breakfast wasn't great. The rooms were big but since it's an old hotel, the cleanliness wasn't there. There were cockroaches in the room. The bed was slightly uncomfortable

Staff was courteous. Very clean facility. Room was modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Having free water and some snacks was helpful. Close to Pune train station.

Although I wouldn't say that 'I didn't like': 1. The location does not have any cafes or restaurants at walking distance. 2. Breakfast is mainly Indian. No continental. Whatever few pastries they had were very dry.

Almost everything Love the room size and every corner. I had been there after meeting but would like to spend some leisure time- it’s cozy room They had really good bfast Staff was very helpful and friendly

Can’t say don’t like but corridor is bit very little humid without ventilation but it’s not a complaint at all

The property is located in a prime locality and yet is peaceful. The staff are very very hospitable and kind.

The rooms were cleaner and better compared to last stay where I had got accompanied with cockroaches. The location is always good as it is very close to where I need to travel. The mattress and pillows were neatly arranged & room service was good.

Breakfast was not upto the previous standards - repetitive items and spread was lesser compared to my previous stay. The staff was less and clear understanding / communication gaps were easily recognisable. Hence highly unsatisfied with the Room service and restaurant service. Even the room did not have body wash and upon requesting the staff got conditioner and shampoo instead of body wash. Are customers are expected to take bath with conditioners and shampoo?

The room was big, comfortable and complementary snacks were nice. The breakfast had a big selection of traditional European breakfast as well as meats and side dishes. Pretty quiet location.

I was surprised they don't exchange Euros (but there is an ATM just around the corner). Coffee was really not great, otherwise no objections.

Room was bright, clean and spacious. Has all the amenities expected. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good value for money.

There isn't much really and they're very minor. Hotel is located a fair distance from the train station though walkable in 10-15 minutes. There are not much eating or shopping options nearby and the hotel restaurant is relatively expensive. Room could do with some USB charging ports.

Hospitality is top notch

Pest Control and maybe they could confirm all bathroom utilities were in working condition without fault before room allocation. But response to the same was very efficient.

I had a nice room, staff was very nice and prices of the restaurant and roomservice are very acceptable. It is also nice that the hotel is close to the railway station and a number of small restaurants (try Nandu, one street over).

Last to last time I visited this place they serve bar snacks but this time there is no bar snacks.

Mr Nainesh is really customer service oriented, he made the restaurant suggestions very easy and as per European taste. The room is very clean and you get bath essentials The swimming pool is very nice and you get a rooftop view from there
