When asked to change ..they said you had done booking from site and they had given the money for this room only..very unprofessional. My luxury car parked below the tree and in the morning entire car was dirty . No cooperation to clean the car..I had to take it to the service centre to washed. Wasted lot of time.

Bad odor in the bathroom. High Music noise in my room 415 from Rasta Cafe till quite late in the night. Hotel management should play the music well for Cafe only. There was noise in my room at 4th floor

Les personnels au restaurant et le house keeping étaient arrogants, le Lit pour la troisième personne n était pas prêt , puis on m'a apporté un matelas à poser au sol 😡puis après discussion on a eu droit à un deuxième matelas pour superposer les deux ce qui fut satisfaisant pour passer la nuit...
