Beautiful property in a great location. Fantastic views, comfortable beds and good amenities. Lovely welcoming staff.

Annoying that you have to pay for sun loungers and beach towels to sit on the beach. For the price of the room you should have the ability to sit on the beach without paying extra. The hotel restaurant was very expensive and quite disappointing. Much better restaurants locally at a better price.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded upon arrival - we had a lovely, large room, with a fantastic view of the sea. We felt so well looked after.

団体客がうるさすぎる。 朝食一般客と一緒にしないで欲しい。 ベランダで大声で乾杯したり、喋ったりしていたのは把握していましたか？ 一般客への配慮しっかりしてほしい。

入住第一天飯店準備的浴巾其中一條是臭的，房間內的空氣清淨機也無法使用

The view is amazing, also the breakfast was good.

Everything is illegal: 2/3!!! of the beach is some kind of playground and you have to pay for it (on a private beach), so the „free“ swimming area is 100% too small for this many guests, you have to pay for a parasol, you have to pay for a towel, you can’t go swimming after 6pm and if you drink a beer, you cannot go swimming at all, i had a small snorkel set and even this isn’t allowed, you have to book the tour, you cannot smoke on your own balcony, also there were around 50-60 young adults on some kind of graduation trip and they behaved like 10-year-olds, you have to get away from this beach because they really do anything to ruin the experience and just wanna make extra money

Fantastic customer service from the hotel reservations team. Our flight was delayed for a day and the hotel was so accommodating to waive the cancellation charges for the 1st night. I would highly recommend this hotel just for this point.

Location: The only positive aspect of this stay was the hotel's location, as it is right next to the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Room Cleanliness: The room was not clean at all. The toilet had many dark spots, and there was an awful smell coming from the drainage, making it feel like I was sleeping near a public restroom. To make matters worse, the balcony was full of dust and spider webs, which was very unpleasant. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast food quality was not too bad, but the menu was exactly the same every single day. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless cleanliness and variety in meals are improved.

旁邊就是沙灘，還有水上活動可以玩，很多有充氣的類似水上樂園的東西，還有其他像是香蕉船的遊戲，這個可能要預約。 入住雙床房，房間非常大，可開啟兩個28吋行李箱，且還有多餘的大空間。 早餐很好吃，飯店內有居酒屋，但時間關係就沒有吃。

早餐很好吃~~多樣化的選擇!! 一定要去一樓的Marine Club Berry Kise玩拖曳傘+三合一!!! 超級好玩~~~ 中國小哥哥很帥而且很親切 雖然玩的過程遇到超級大雨 超新奇的體驗 四人房 是四張單人床 但還是有空間可以打開29吋行李箱 還有面海的陽台 超級推薦 地下一樓有多台洗衣烘衣機 十分方便 停車場很多 ~ 最近的比較容易客滿 但對面跟旁邊也都還有停車場 十分方便

今回家族6人旅行で宿泊しました。 スタッフさんの対応がよく、清潔感もあり、ちょうど夕日を見ることができ、海もすごい、いい景色でした。 夜🌉ホテル内にある居酒屋🏮ちんぼーらで食事し🍺飲み食いしましたが、料理も美味しく特に（フーチャンプルー） 良かったです。少し遅めのスタートだったので、次回あるならバーベキューにもチャレンジしてみていです。 楽しい時間を過ごす事ができ、 チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てに関してよかったです。 ありがとございます。☺️

confortable beds in the room

The beach has a lot of rules. For example, you can't swim after 6 PM! However, you can do whatever you want on the public beach, which is 100 meters away on the right. Even for the sunbed only a daily fee. Furthermore, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room when we arrived.

食事やアクティビティがホテルで完結できた｡

In front a beach. Clean, courteous staff. Great breakfast. Would like to return to this hotel and stay longer.

The beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel has the marine activity counter, which we found it was so convenient. Also the hotel was running a small summer fair on the ground floor, and my 7 years old enjoyed it. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

Direkt am Meer, Zimmer mit Meerblick. Gutes, einfaches Restaurant mit sehr netten Bedienung.

Kein Pool, Meerbereich ist eher ein Kinderpark….. Keinen wirklich gepflegten Aussenbereich am Meer, schade, Strand wäre sehr schön.

房價略高且不含水上城堡的費用，房間內設施偏老舊。 建議若要自助洗衣可以考慮入住其他間飯店清洗，洗衣機烘衣機內皆是沙子。 飯店停車位置稍嫌不足，飯店大門周遭又有點昏暗，若停到對向停車場過馬路會有點危險（車流量大且沒有紅綠燈）

以NT$15000/晚 的房價來看, 飯店設施偏少, 停車不便, Check in 時 飯店活動說明不足, 沙灘活動幾乎需另外付費, 連一個休息位置都沒有, 陽傘躺椅都要另外收費, 早餐選項少

トイレ浴室は別々がいい 宿泊者はマリン遊具の使用料もう少し安くしてほしい

酒店旁邊就是沙灘，小孩愛死了❤️ 住的很舒服，床也好睡。 網路上有人抱怨氣墊要收費不好，但我覺得使用者付費應該的，因為那邊都要維護也要請救生員守護大家，付費是應該的。 我們在拍照的時候，有一個男服務員主動說要幫我們拍一張，服務很好👍

3回目の利用となりますが、毎回とても快適に過ごせています。 外資資本になってしまうと聞き、とても残念ですが、運営が変わってもまた利用します

名護観光便利。部屋も人も非常に良かった。ホテル内のイベントの縁日も楽しかった。一階の居酒屋も子連れでも入りやすく、夕ご飯に利用。１点かなりのマイナス点が、駐車場。非常に不便。ホテル敷地内は、すぐに埋まる。道路向かいの駐車場に停めなければ行けない。交通量が激しく５分待っても渡れない。。。。横断歩道も無く、本当に困った。改善してほしい。

為了私人海灘去的，可是因為海嘯警報而關閉沙灘跟遊樂設施，也沒有退部分的費用

Zimmer genug gross für 4 Erwachsene. Frühstück nicht viel Auswahl aber genügend Auswahl für jeden, eher Asiatisch. Anreise mit Bus ab Flughafen möglich, allerdings bis zu 2 Stunden Fahrt. Taxi 1.2 Stunden für 60 Euro.

2x Sonnenliegen und 1x Schirm nur gegen Aufpreis von 17 Euro pro Tag. Lärm von Motor Jetski, Wassersport zu nahe am Beach der Sonnenliegen. Wenige alternative Restaurants in Hotelnähe zu Fuss. 1 Restaurant bei der Busshaltestelle günstig.

Ein unangenehmes Gefühl, es war sauber, aber auch nicht. Die Zimmer haben nicht gut gerochen wenn man einkam. Der Balkon war ungepflegt. Das ganze Hotel hatte so ein muffiges Geruch. Die Stühle und Schirm gehören nicht zum Hotel, genau wie der Fun-Wasser -Park. Es gibt auch kein Outdoor Pool.

所在位置有點不便，設施也偏舊，但是價錢不低。

I liked the location especially with it being on the beach front. There are also a variety of restaurants around but they only accept cash. They also give a 2 liter bottle of water every time they clean the room. The breakfast is decent but they have the same thing every other day, so it gets repetitive.

I didn’t like how they charged 200 yen for one towel even if you are a guest in the hotel. They also charge 2,000-3,000 yen for chairs, tables, and umbrellas on the beach. So we could’ve easily stayed at a cheaper hotel and just came to the beach since it was public. They also charge 3,000 yen for the water obstacle course even if you are a guest, which is only 500 yen cheaper than if we just showed up from another hotel. Lastly, the pool was closed even though they marked it as open when we made the booking (a day before). The hotel and immediate area also has nothing to do if it is raining, it’s lucky we didn’t have kids.

Stay was nice. Beach private was beautiful. Could have more adult events like games, music, bar scenery atmosphere, sunset fires with music, etc. Rooms were very nice. Bed was little hard. View from balcony was amazing.

해변이용객으로 주차가 힘들수 있음. 근처 편의점은 패밀리마트 오후 시간에 가면 맛있는 제품은 없음 식사는 리조트 내 식당과 주변 식당이용해야됨

Pro - had a lovely accommodation of flowers that really lasted our whole stay, and the champagne was pretty good. (This was a special request for arrival). Pro- had a great view of the beach. Pro - shower water got nice and hot. Con - water pressure kind of sucked. Con - beds aged my back about 20 years it was extra firm, need better pillows also. Con - no microwave in room. Con - no pool available, pool was full of storage supplies. Pro- had a good snorkeling/swimming area Con- not much around walking distance (few close restaurants and a family mart close by). Pro - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close to do things if you have a car. Overall, stay was 3.5/5. The room had a smell as soon as we walked in (probably from it just being humid so the AC needed to stay on to keep that smell at bay. Pool def not available, wasn’t aware of this when we booked and also they didn’t tell us when we arrived - could have offered a discount because of that. You have to rent the lounges on the beach (really should just be complimentary if staying at the hotel). Would we stay at this hotel again, probably not but it was sufficient for what we needed this time around. Thank you.

Alles andere. Schimmel in den Zimmern. Kostenpflichtige liegen und Sonnenschirme, obwohl uns per Mail versichert wurde, dass diese kostenfrei seien. Unfreundliches Personal am Strand, sobald man keine liege oä gebucht hat. Dreckig ‚Spinnen überall Eine Terrasse gibt es nicht. Draußen sitzen im Restaurant ist nur möglich wenn man BBQ bestellt. Aber da laufen Kakerlaken lang…

我們是6月份入住 可惜海灘只開放到下午5點 小朋友少玩一次水 有點可惜

有私人沙灘 如果是喜歡水上活動的，又有預算考量的，那這間算是一個選擇，大推飯店一樓的水上活動廠商，雖然價格比一般外面的貴一點點，但品質跟服務很好 尤其是KUO教練 人超級好 對小朋友友善 又會說中文 大力推薦可以去那邊嘗試水上活動

飯店設備稍嫌老舊，廁所都有一股尿騷味不知道從哪來的，用水沖過都沒用，房間霉味很重 應該是冷氣問題 飯店可以重視一下這個問題， 陽台的話 因為樓下是燒烤店，味道都會飄上來 希望飯店對硬體設備可以再做改善 不然可惜了

美しいオーシャンビューで、ホテル自体もリノベーションされていて、快適でした。 朝食のドリンクが充実すると良いなと思いました。コスパが良いと思います。
