Hotel strat co widać na każdym kroku. Wszędzie nakazy i zakazy. Na śniadanie i bufet każdego dnia to samo. Restauracje średniej jakości. Zamykania basen w środku dnia. Siłowni nie ma tylko jest strefa gdzie jest rowerek i bieżnia. Pokoje mają słabą wentylację . Ciężko się dogadać po angielsku

It was great overall, excellent place.

VERY far away from almost everything. And being forced to hide tattoos being an international tourist was rude specially with the high temperature we had during those days.

Swimming pool closes too early. For kids that's OK, but for adults, no swimming pool at night is terrible.

The staff were excellent and it felt like a real resort experience where we could relax and be catered to. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of selection.

The restaurants on site are all quite expensive, but luckily there are plenty of delicious options just a little way down the road from the resort.

Sehr grosszügige Anlage an wunderschöner Lage. Teilweise etwas ins Alter gekommen aber insgesamt gut unterhalten. Personal sehr freundlich.

Essen in den Hotelrestaurants okay und relativ teuer. Relativ restrektive Pool- und “Meeröffnungszeiten”.

Très bel hôtel qui donne directement sur la mer. Les chambres sont grandes.

Pour les occidentaux habitués à accéder librement à la plage, oubliez le Japon. Même à Okinawa, il n’est possible de se baigner que dans les zones réservées, ce qui est très frustrant. Au Busena il faut payer 50 euros environ pour accéder à la plage surveillée ! Les horaires de la piscine sont restreints et pas de chance pour nous, la piscine intérieure était fermée pendant tout notre séjour (nous n’avions pas été prévenus et nous n’avons pas reçu de compensation). Il a plu toute la semaine, donc cela nous a manqué de ne pas avoir de piscine couverte !

Ok the food stinks! the buffet is always the same and doesn’t really do quality food and I’ve seen a lot of complaints online about this so yeah that was hugely disappointing and then it’s a bit expensive inside the hotel to eat and take taxis everywhere so be aware

Restaurants weren’t open and limited bars were open when we wanted to have a drink. Also at breakfast the very long wait when many tables were still free Swimming area was restricted to a tiny area

We’re staying in the club section of the resort and it’s really gorgeous. The views are stunning. The staff in general is absolutely wonderful. We went to the La Tida restaurant for dinner last night. It was a buffet dinner, and I have to say it was the absolute worst buffet I’ve ever had. There were several stations with the usual meat and salad and chicken, etc. The roast beef and the pork were extremely dry. The salad bar featured wilted lettuce, tiny displays of various vegetables. The chicken as well was very dry. It’s as if there was no chef responsible for this buffet. It was manned by very young servers, and although they were very polite, were extremely slow at clearing the table of used dishes. It’s as if no staff whatsoever went to the various warmed up stations to see if everything was still warm and I assure you it was not. The “french fries” were cold and tasted like cardboard. The cost of the meal for four of us was approximately $300 Canadian and was not worth 1/4 of that amount. I’ve had better buffet dinners at a Holiday Inn.

Hotel jest już zniszczony. Meble w pokoju, łazienka nie spełniają warunków nawet hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego.

Frühstück war hervorragend, Wartezeiten davor erträglich durch Nummernvergabe, man muss die Nummer auffällig zeigen, sonst wird man übersehen, wenn auf Japanisch die Nummer angesagt wird. Die Lage ist top, der Strand auch, es gibt einen eingefassten Bereich, in dem man schwimmen darf. Angeblich sind zuviele gefährliche Tiere weiter draußen, allerdings kommt dort sofort das Riff, so dass man nicht möchte, dass die Leute auf den Korallen herumtrampeln (richtigerweise) Unbedingt Schnorchelausflug buchen, lohnt sich sehr! Ist extrem gut organisiert und nur eine mega-kurze Bootfahrt, tolle Ausrüstung wird gestellt. Poolzeiten waren etwas kurz, aber um die Jahreszeit, in der wir dort waren, kein Problem. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge und schöne Live-Musik dabei! Es ist ein Familienhotel geeignet auch für Kinder, wobei viele Asiaten weder den Pool noch das Meer nutzen und daher wenig los war draußen (im April) obwohl es sehr angenehm warm auch zum Baden war. Man muss sich den gelieferten Bademantel (kurz) überziehen wenn man im Hotel unterwegs ist, das wird aber alles gestellt und ist schön kuschelig, ebenso wie der Schlafanzug, der bereit liegt. Im Hotel kann man selbst waschen, das ist sehr günstig.

Restaurants im Hotel sind extrem teuer, aber direkt in der Nähe kann man sich versorgen mit Family Mart oder anderen Läden. Außerdem sind einige günstige Restaurants in der Nähe erreichbar mit Taxi/Auto. Der Fitnessraum ist mager ausgestattet mit nur Laufbändern o.ä. Manchmal dauert das Valet-Parking etwas, aber das ist kein Problem. Im Bad müsste mal die Dichtung etwas erneuert werden und es kommt ein etwas schwächerer Strahl aus der Dusche, aber das Hotel isst ja schon älter, was man aufgrund perfekter Pflege aber kaum sieht.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und sprachen auch größtenteils Englisch (ich kann die negativen Kritiken diesbezüglich nicht nachvollziehen). Das Frühstück ist überragend, auch das japanische ist ausreichend (was ich nutzen musste, da ich keine Zeit zum Anstehen hatte). Der Indoorpool ist toll und auch der Sauna/Spa-Bereich. Beides hat ausreichend lange offen und es gibt kostenlose Pflegeprodukte.

Leider habe ich keines mit Meerblick bekommen sondern ins Grüne geschaut und Fröschequaken statt Meeresrauschen gehört. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig, man hört, wenn jemand einen Stuhl rückt. Das Restaurant Tilda mit dem Frühstücksbuffet hat Wartezeiten, ca. 20min. Sämtliche Aktivitäten waren an den Tagen, wo ich da war, geschlossen. Der Strand schließt bereits um 15 Uhr.

The hotel was amazing, pool incredibly clean and so were the rooms

No all day bar which meant you couldn’t get tea or coffee by the pool without having to walk a far distance to the restaurant. Not sure if this is a seasonal issue as we went in early April.

Huge queues at breakfast- we waited 45 minutes one day. It opened at 7 and by 6.55 there were 40 people queuing . Also the rules around everything- where to swim, hours when the pool closed during the day. Rules are good but some explanations would help!

TLDR: THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR RESORT BUT THEY CHARGE YOU LIKE THE RITZ NEXT DOOR Disclosure: I really did not want to write this review, but honestly, after how much I paid and the value I received, I needed to make sure to warn anyone thinking of celebrating their honeymoon or even visiting here. Time of travel: April 4th to 8th. Our three-week trip to Japan for our honeymoon has been incredible. Truly one of the best trips of our lives. Every hotel we stayed at across the country was thoughtful, warm, and incredibly well run. The people in Japan have been kind, welcoming, and professional everywhere we went. Unfortunately, our stay at The Busena Terrace in Okinawa completely spoiled the ending of the trip. We had been staying in luxury properties throughout Japan and expected something similar here. We stayed in Japanese luxury properties and American ones, such as the Four Seasons Kyoto. This hotel missed the mark by a mile. This is not a luxury hotel, and it should be ashamed of the prices it charges for the service and quality it delivers. First, the amenities are honestly terrible. We arrived in early April and almost everything was closed. Restaurants closed, beach facilities closed, parts of the property closed. Yet the hotel is still charging full luxury resort prices. We paid $130 to go free diving, and it turned out to be hopping in a boat and going right in front of the hotel to dive. For $130, we paid to go a little bit further than our own beach line and rent some goggles. We were also only able to swim for 35 minutes. I felt like I was in a Truman Show episode because everything was so lazy and so poorly executed. The pool is basically useless. There is no bar service and no drink service anywhere around it. If you want a drink, you literally have to leave the pool, walk down to the little beach store, buy a cooler, buy ice, and fill it with drinks yourself just to sit poolside. I have never seen anything like that at a "luxury" resort. The beach situation is even worse. The hotel advertises a beach, but in reality, only a tiny sliver is actually open for swimming. The rest is gated off. Everything costs extra. Literally everything, including bike rentals. At most beach hotels, bikes are included for guests. At every beach resort in Miami they are included. Here you pay for everything, and there is not even basic drinking water available around the property. The property itself is also very dated and it shows. This is not a modern luxury resort experience. It feels old and tired. The restaurants are horrible but charge Miami-level prices. Somehow every restaurant claims to be fully reserved every night, yet when you walk by they are mostly empty. The whole thing feels like a bad joke and just adds to the overall experience. The food was honestly shocking for the price. We paid about $30 for a buffet that was cold and soggy. Another night we spent $180 per person on what they called a French dinner. It was not remotely French and nowhere near the quality you would expect for that price. The buffet lunch is the same every day, as is breakfast. Zero variation. The fish restaurant cost $180 total and everything was disappointing. The mussels had no flavor. The fish was mediocre, yet you were paying Miami or Dubai prices while looking at the ocean where your fish came from. The service was the most disappointing part. The staff does not speak much English, which is completely fine and understandable. That is not the issue. The issue is that they were noticeably rude and dismissive toward foreigners. For the first time in three weeks in Japan, we actually felt unwelcome somewhere. We had even told the hotel ahead of time that we were coming for our honeymoon, and there was zero effort or acknowledgment. We asked the front desk staff if there was a shuttle into town. The staff member laughed in my face as he told me there was no shuttle available at that time. I do not understand what was so funny or why he was laughing. The entire stay just felt off and was honestly so disappointing. I paid Miami-level prices, which is totally fine, but the value was not even close to matching. Japan is an incredible country with incredible people and hospitality. Every other place we stayed was wonderful. This hotel was the one exception, and unfortunately, it was the last stop of the trip. We ended up canceling the last two nights of our four-night stay and moved next door to the Ritz-Carlton. The difference was immediate and night and day. It is extremely frustrating because this hotel charges Ritz-Carlton level prices while delivering more of a Motel 6 experience. Honestly, one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have ever had. I would never stay at a Busena Terrace property again.

Furniture a bit outdated

The staff was so kind and amazing! Location was everything has everything! We didn’t leave for a week and also we got engaged here so now we will definitely be returning many times in the future!

멋진 곳입니다. 이곳은 무조건 바다뷰 룸을 예약해야 합니다. 바다뷰가 서향이라서 저녁 일몰이 무척 아름답고 보는 내내 행복해집니다.

렌터카를 이용하지 않다보니 공항에서 숙소 도착까지 다소 번거로웠습니다.

家族4人で宿泊しました。落ち着いた雰囲気ですが子供にも優しいです。ビーチにもすぐ出られ、グラスボートにもすぐ乗れます。定期的に生演奏も聴くことができます。子供も大人も心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
