The amenities were very well maintained and beautiful. I enjoyed the unlimited free drinks, both alcoholic and regular as well as the activities available to hotel guests such as the nightly drinks, fire sparkles and entertainment lounge. You can tell the hotel really takes pride in itself and making all guests feel welcomed, comfortable and attended to.

Все понравилось, провели с удовольствием 5 ночей, в номере есть все необходимой для приживания, достался номер с прекрасным видом на на море, в комплексе несколько лаундж зон, предусмотренные для отдыха в том числе для отдыха с детьми, вечерами проводят различные мастер классы для детей и взрослых.

Однообразные завтраки и ужины, не очень удобная транспортная доступность с Аэропорта добирались на автобусе и такси, а в обратном направлении заказали трансфер т.к. вылет был ранний пришлось перестраховаться

朝食がいろいろあって美味しかったし、ラウンジもたくさんあってゆっくりできたし、ドリンクお酒も飲み放題でとても満足しました。お部屋もとても綺麗で快適だったし、従業員さんも親切で、海も近くてとても綺麗で、一泊するだけなのがもったいなかったです。もっと満喫したかった。

待っていてもラウンジのダーツが全然できなくて、20分以上やっている家族がいて迷惑だった。9時以降になっても小学生以下の子連れがいたり、もう少しみんなができるようにしてほしかった。

とにかく、綺麗でオシャレで ロケーションも良く最高でした 食事も美味しくで、流石クチコミ評価高い所だと思いました。

ランドリーの使用後の クリーン作業をしても、 ちょっと耐え難い庫内の生乾き臭が 嫌でした。

とにかく施設や設備がよかった。アネックス棟の部屋も天井が高くジャグジーもついており掃除も行き届いていた。バスソルトやヘアオイル、スキンケアのアメニティもクオリティが最高でラウンジではアルコールやノンアルコールドリンクも飲み放題スナックも食べ放題で至れり尽くせり。庭のキャンプファイヤーや花火の提供もあって子供だけでなく大人も間違いなく楽しめるホテルで本当にまたリピートしたい程気に入りました。

アネックス棟に宿泊したが隣の部屋の客が玄関前に海で使ったであろう靴や水着などを干していたこと。部屋の中でいくらでも干せるだろうになぜ人の目がある共有スペースの廊下なのか。真隣だしこちらの玄関の目の前でもあったのですごく不快でした。現地のスタッフにも伝えたが、どうしても干すスペース、ベランダやテラスがない為なかなか強く言えないとのことだがなんとかしてすぐに改善を求めたいです。 とても良い施設なのにもったいない。

ホテルの目の前に広がる海です。とてもきれいで景色も良く、遠浅なので子どもが遊ぶのにも最適でした。ヤドカリやカニなど海の生きものもたくさん見ることができました。子どもたちにとって貴重で楽しい経験になり、そこは本当に良かったと思います。

今回の宿泊は正直、とても残念でした。 まず、宿泊客は海外（特に中国）の方が非常に多く、時間帯によっては館内や食事会場がかなり混雑していました。 朝食・夕食付きのプランでしたが、ビュッフェは朝晩ともにメニューの変化がほとんどなく、連泊では特に飽きてしまう内容でした。さらに、料理が並んでいるテーブルには小さなアリが何匹も歩いており、衛生面に不安を感じました。 共同トイレも汚れていて、流されていない状態のことがあり、清掃が行き届いているとは思えませんでした。 宿泊前に追加料金などについてホテルへ事前に問い合わせをしましたが、返信はありませんでした。そのまま当日を迎え、現地で追加料金を請求されました。返信がなかったことについての謝罪もなく、とても残念な対応でした。 また、オーナーと思われる体格の大きな男性スタッフの接客も終始無愛想で、歓迎されている感じはありませんでした。 建物は11階までありますが、エレベーターは小さなものが2基しかないため、常に混雑していて待ち時間が長く、低層階なら階段を利用したほうが早いほどでした。 オーシャンビューの部屋を予約しましたが、ベランダの柵が低く、子どもでも簡単によじ登れてしまいそうな構造で、安全面に大きな不安を感じました。そのため、景色を楽しみにしていましたが、ほとんどベランダには出られませんでした。 楽しみにしていた旅行だっただけに、サービス・衛生面・安全面ともに期待を大きく下回り、残念な宿泊となりました。改善されることを期待します。

Ein wunderschönes Hotel! Sehr komfortabel und alle sind wirklich sehr sehr freundlich! Wir waren Anfang Juni dort, als ein Taifun die Insel bedrohte. Und in dieser Situation hat das Hotel und die gesamte Crew bewiesen, wie professionell sie wirklich sind. Wir wurden vom Hotel informiert im Hotel zu bleiben. Obwohl der Strom ausfiel hat Ein Notstromaggregat oder Ähnliches die Aufzüge in Betrieb gehalten, die Küche konnte uns verpflegen und die Popcornmaschine (die es sowieso gab) war auch den ganzen Tag in Betrieb 😊 Getränke gab’s auch. Sie waren top vorbereitet auf solche Ereignisse. Das hat uns sehr beruhigt! Eine Spielelounge mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an spielen gab’s auch! Nach 24 Stunden war dann alles vorbei und wir konnten diese traumhafte Insel erkunden.

Dass wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren.

Stayed there for two days and the staff didn’t clean our room or make the beds. We even consolidated all the trash for them and the towels but they just left all the trash in the room. Didn’t vacuum or anything even after letting the cleaning service know if they can tend our room. Every other hotel will clean your room and make your bed everyday except for this one.

L’hôtel est placé au centre de l’île, facile pour visiter le nord ou le sud. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi, la vue est dans la nature ; seule bémole nous avions une chambre à côté d’un lounge et la musique dure jusqu’à 23h… Sinon la chambre était spacieuse et confortable

本館と新館が離れていて食事など面倒すぎた。 食事がイマイチだった。

The Twin-Line appears to be a popular family holiday hotel comprising the original 11 storey building plus the more recently built, modern style Annex. We stayed in a Sea-view suite with Lounge access. These are "2-storey" apartments in the uppermost floors of the original hotel with the apartment's "ground floor" being the living area plus shower, loo and a jacuzzi. There's a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom with ensuite. The room facilities were good. The Lounge access was OK but more family oriented than mature couple. Being at the top of the building and potentially because there were few guests staying in suites; it was nice and quiet, although during the day there was some noise from the Lounge. The hotel has given a lot of thought to activities for guests including glass pen writing and drawing. Likewise there is the ground-floor "Session Room" which has free drinks, including draft beer and a popcorn machine. We used the breakfast buffet which has a wide range of Asian plus a small selection of western "continental" items. The majority of guests were Asian families who were generally quiet with well-behaved kids. The system of "occupied table plaques" and everyone clearing their tables was a pleasant eye-opener. The hotel is rated 3-Star but it's approach is well thought-out and works well. We did a couple of evening dinners which feature Shabu-shabu as well as the full buffet. They have live music each night with audience participation. The musicians were different each night the audience bit was the same. I think our stay was enhanced due to being in a Suite. With the large number of young families, being in an adjacent standard room may not have been so convivial? The nearby Annex has an interesting waterfall lounge on the ground and first floors. There's also free sparklers for use in the firework's area.

Not much! The toilet in the ensuite is set up to be all singing & dancing meaning it senses your presence, lifts the lid does a preflush and then starts a night jungle sound... which is a bit disconcerting at 3 am. So I unplugged the toilet before bed, each night. The aircon unit in the bedroom was a bit tempremental but I worked out a way to keep the room cool with help from Google Translate. Rooms are not serviced on a daily basis, which is OK, however we stayed 6 nights and had fresh towels delivered outside the door, nearly daily, which we didn't need. They ended-up under the spiral staircase, in the original brown paper bags. We could have dealt with this, but let it happen. There's no pool, which is clear from the description, but the main hotel's outdoor "paddle area" isn't much to shout about.

全部都完美，沒有可以挑剔的地方，好舒服，好適合渡假，住了3日2夜也感到未夠，下次必定再入住。好適合：情侶，夫婦，家庭，小朋友可能6歲以上吧，因為如遇上晚上可以免費玩煙火棒棒。雖然每人五枝，但如果一家四口已可燒20枝，大人也有 free drink 周圍都有，包括大堂 Lobby 丶花園丶Annex丶洗衣房< drink + game，飛標，卓球玩具等＞，Main Building 有幾百¥洗衣機及乾衣機。晚上唔怕蚊咬，在花園 chit chat ，休閑 hea 一下，超級享受，飲杯免費 Mango juice 好懷念！員工溝通能力高，前台也有 Native 英語 Speaking staff ，加分。有問必答，超級 helpful 用心協助，加分！

煙花棒打火機有些少使用困難，又或者是晚上有風又下微雨吧⋯⋯ 但仍然玩得好開心😁

附停車場，適合自駕遊。適合住3天以上如要前往恩納及名護北部等參觀或參加已預約之活動，算是中閒點，開車好方便。

早餐或會遇上人多，可注意早餐用膳時間。有一天遇上有團（Group Tour) 整個大堂都是人潮，影響了一點渡假心情。

朝食がおいしかった。ラウンジではフリースナックとフリーアルコールがありくつろぐことができた。

オフシーズンだったからか、おそらく割安で泊まれたとおもうが、あまり値段相応の宿とはおもえなかった。

假日時停車場很快就滿了，停滿後園區外的停車場沒有設燈光超暗的路.

The resort is located conveniently next to the beach, convenience store and good dining options all within 5 minutes walk. Front office staff were friendly and able to speak English.

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided for the room. Instead of having to go downstairs to make a cup of coffee. The coffee machine on the 11th floor lounge was not working for the 3 days we were there. It felt like staff did not bother to upkeep service and maintenance.

部屋が綺麗でバスルームがついておりアルコールやソフトドリンクが飲み放題でとても快適だった。ラウンジではBGMの選曲も相まって自然の中に溶け込むような感覚でとてもリラックス出来ました。雨の日の利用でしたが、雨音が心地良くなる空間でした。天気問わず快適に過ごせると思います。かなり最高でした。

チェックインのフロントで施設内の飲み放題は全て無料です。と案内されたが夕食は有料だったようで追加料金がかかりました。少し紛らわしたかった点が気になりました。

Loved the lounges and game room. The outside fire pit was so cozy. Having lemon sour on tap was excellent.

Enjoyed everything. Wish we had a tub in the room like the pictures showed online.

Service van het personeel is uitmuntend. Erg behulpzaam. Loungeruimte met pooltafel en dart board en gratis drinken en nootjes. Super relaxte sfeer. Ontbijt was ook formidabel met ruime keus.

The location was quite nice compared to some of the areas on the island. The beach is close and very clean. The lounge area in the 'annex' building was probably our favourite part. It has a foot pool where you can sit and watch the forest while cooling your feet. It does get pretty busy around check-in time though with all the new arrivals. One of the bars in the main builidng has a pool table and a great view of the ocean. Just be aware that around 3pm (check-in time) it tends to be overrun by loud children running around.

Our room did not look like the images. It was smaller and had nowhere to put luggage or clothing or hang towels. The view outside our room was an overgrown small garden with a fence through which people walking past could see us in the bath. The hotel advertises bars, but there are no bar staff. You have a couple of self-service premixed 'cocktail' options (a weak highball, and in one of the bars a weak sour) and a local beer. There are not really any food options close by. If you don't have a car you're going to be stuck with hotel food, and from what we saw we chose not to do that. Also be aware that it seems to be a very family oriented property, so definitely would not recommend it for couples or singles.

Food was hit and miss at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Some really good elements such as the French soufflé toast amongst a fair amount of low quality fast food style offerings. Nice facilities but usually overrun by small children.

The annex room was excellent with a great bathtub, smart TV and modern styling.

Communication with guests was terrible. We stayed during the typhoon and there was no direction from staff. Our room was pitch black and we had no water. We had to pay for bottled water and weren’t offered any lighting. There were families in their cars because the annex side of the hotel was so dark. Messages to guests were sent via an in room smart device however this was useless once the power went out so important information was never relayed. Our flights were cancelled and we needed to book an additional night. The first staff member we asked told us we would have to book online which made no sense. Eventually we did extend our stay but when we returned to our room our keycards no longer worked.

Het hotel was geweldig, mooi uitzicht, goede airco, ruime kamer en leuke lounge met drank inclusief.

Um die Insel zu erkunden ist man hier in der richtigen Lage. Die Zimmer im Annex Gebäude sind modern und für uns waren die unterschiedlichen Lounges ein Highlight. Hier gibt es Getränke (Mit und ohne Alkohol). Beim Frühstück finden sich sowohl westliche wie auch asiatische Dinge zum Essen.

Während unseres Urlaubs ist ein Taifun über die Insel gezogen, was zu mehreren Stromausfällen in der gesamten Region geführt hat, da kann keiner was für. Lediglich die Kommunikation vom Hotel hätte hier besser sein können. Informationen hat man nur auf Nachfrage erhalten. Schöner wäre in solchen Fällen eine Infotafel oder ähnliches, wo man aktuelle Entwicklungen und was man tun sollte auf Englisch den Gästen bereit stellt.
