Pulizia, reception chiusa sul tardi, l'hotel di notte viene abbandonato dai dipendenti e sembra molto poco sicuro

Ideální místo k návštěvě Benátek. Kousek městská doprava, nádraží a z dálnice je to také hned. Parkování zdarma před hotelem. Čistá postel a funkční klimatizace.

Čisto jen na oko a někde ani to ne. Starý dům a staré vybavení

В целом отель чистый но была паутина и на шкафах и жирные пятна но в целом нас это сильно не беспокоило постель была чиста туалет чистый

Ants EVERYWHERE, cleaning staff claimed to “clean” but the dead ants that were there before they came in were still there after, not in the greatest part of town, the staff asked me to pay and additional fee for “tax” when I arrived in cash even though booking.com said I had no more payments to make

Das schlimmste war der Lärm in den Nachbarzimmern bis 5 Uhr früh. Keine Chance auf Abhilfe, denn die Rezeption war seit ein Uhr Nachmittags geschlossen und kein Personal mehr im Haus. Auch keine Rufbereitschaft oder ähnliches, die Gäste sind sich selbst überlassen.

La struttura è datata, la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Non ho osato entrare in doccia. Avevamo selezionato l’opzione ‘camera non fumatori’ ma c’era puzza di fumo. Siamo arrivati alla sera, il ragazzo alla reception aveva fretta di andare a pregare e si è dimenticato di lasciarci la chiave del cancello per poter parcheggiare all’interno della struttura…

the location was the only thing that was okay

The staff from the reception were very unfriendly and rude. When we entered our room and checked the shower we noticed that it was veery dirty. I didnt feel that it was even safe to use that shower. After telling the staff that it was dirty they answered very rude and told us that this wasnt a 5-star-hotel (I do know that but it should be at least clean). The lights in the toilet werent working so the staff told us to just use the flashlight on our phones.

War Ruhig,sicher,ich habe als personal ein Person gesehen immer aber war sehr lieb.

Sauberkeit war nicht so perfekt Habe private Bad und Klo gehabt aber war nicht sauber.nur nach 22 uhr in der nacht sollte von hinter Türen rein kommen sollte .

It's not bad, we had a small issue checking in, we came earlier, the receptionist had to come down from somewhere else, the room had a smell of cigarettes, but it wasn't distracting, the heater didn't work, but the shower and everything else was up to standard. I highly recommend this if you're staying 1-2 nights, no more!

Brak bezpośredniego połączenia z lotniskiem Marco Polo. ( Chyba że czegoś nie wiem)

Номер оказался не очень большим, но уютным и чистым. Отель удобно расположен: до автобусной остановки буквально 3–5 минут пешком, а дорога до центра Венеции занимает 15–20 минут.

Санузел «уставший», но в целом функциональный.

Responsive staff and good location

We made the booking as a double bed. However, it was two single beds joined together with a gap in the middle. The water in the shower kept switching between being very hot and very cold.

Se encontraba en un callejón bastante perdido, la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. No va el aire acondicionado (en verano nos costó dormir), está todo bastante viejo y oxidado, en ocasiones daba asco tocar ciertos muebles y zonas del baño. En general todo bastante viejo.

No aircondition, very dirty , smell is like coming from a sewer, the water has a black elements, the ceiling fan has a loud noise, the mosquitoes are inside no screens, needs a total renovation . It’s horable . BOOKING. COM your name reflects to this hotel .

Obiekt w opłakanym stanie technicznym wymagający gruntownego remontu. Odpadające klamki powyrywane gniazdka. W tym hotelu oszukują na wejściu pobierają opłaty za wszystko z góry. Wchodzisz do pokoju okazuje się, że klimatyzacja nie działa. Pan usiłuje wmówić, że wczoraj im się popsuła a jak poczytasz opinie to ludzie piszą, że klimatyzacja od lipca nie działa. Oczywiście w recepcji klimatyzacja działa. Hotel nie poczuwa się do żadnych rekompensat nie pasuje to szukaj sobie czegoś innego. OMIJAJ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM ten hotel.

A fogadtatás barátságos, rugalmas volt.

Kb 40 fok volt a szobában, a klíma nem működött. A szúnyogháló szakadt volt. A mosdó, zuhanyzó elhanyagolt, dohos, penészes. A wc tartály lehúzáskor folyt a wc mögé a földre. A szoba falai is fel voltak vizesedve, a radiátor alatt rozsdafolt, a radiátor retkes. Ágynemű 2 kispárnából, s lepedőből állt. 2 db huzat nélküli pokróc volt bedobva a szekrény aljába.Az asztal alatt egy -vélhetően- korábbi vendég füldugója🤮 Az éjjeliszekrényen a lámpa kritikán alulian volt koszos. Hűtő büdös, bele sem pakolutnk.A folyosóról nyíló, szobaárak elé érő erkélyrész tele csikkel, rajta 2 ülőke nélküli szék. Ha nem lettünk volna talpon kb 30 órája, akkor továbbállunk.

Avevo prenotato per 7 giorni una stanza con aria condizionata (come da conferma Booking), fondamentale visto che viaggiavo con un bambino di 2 anni. All’arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera senza aria condizionata, sporca e in pessime condizioni igieniche (polvere, odore sgradevole, bagno non pulito). Il personale si è dimostrato scortese e non disponibile a risolvere i problemi. È stata un’esperienza estremamente deludente e non tornerò mai più.

I didn't like anything, it was very bad, check in time until at 22:00, but we arrived at 23;30, that asked us, which we must pay extra money, I don't why.

Les chambres étaient très sales, j'ai déjà pris les photos comme preuve pas de draps propres pas de serviette de bain ya rien du tout l'odeur était horrible, déconseillé pour les personnes allergiques

Positiv ist lediglich die Lage. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle. Supermarkt und Waschsalon gibt es in der Nähe.

Der Check-in hat sich schon schwierig gestaltet. Anscheinend ist nur ein Mitarbeiter fähig, den Zimmerschlüssel auszuhändigen. Und der war gerade unterwegs. Wir mussten ca. 30 Minuten warten. Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist. Die Räder durften wir über Nacht im Aufenthaltsraum abstellen. Sehr zum Ärgernis der anderen Gäste. Im Hinterhof wäre genug Platz und auch Sicherheit (durch einen Zaun) gewesen, um unsere Räder dort abzustellen. Das Zimmer hat einen schlechten Allgemeinzustand: Das Mobiliar ist abgenutzt und schäbig. Es war dreckig, sogar auf dem Wasserkocher war eine dicke Staubschicht. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, lediglich einen Deckenventilator. Im Winter egal, aber im Sommer bei ca. 35 Grad schrecklich. Das Bad war schimmelig, abgnutzt und überall sind Ameisen rumgelaufen. Über diese Unterkunft kann ich nichts positives schreiben, außer dass es die billigste war.

The place is not clean at all full of bugs.The room wasn’t clean from the previous people and the bed sheet had hair and dirty spots, bugs, and ants everywhere.the hotel has no AC not like they advertised. They promised for refund and they denied it. It’s really bad experience. I don’t recommend it for anyone at all.
